(2.2)灵芝子实体与水比例20-40;80℃-95℃,2-5小时;
(2.3)过虑,干燥、喷雾、冷冻、浓缩加热;
(2.4)制成颗粒,灭菌包装,贮存低温环境下作,销售;
(2.5)副产物料渣干燥,粉碎,包装,灭菌,饲料添加剂,销售;

本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:
(1)本发明利用超微粉碎技术将孢子粉进行充分的粉碎及破壁,使其有效成分得以充分的释放,完全被人体吸收利用。
(2)本发明的灵芝子实体部分制成中药饮片,供应医药市场,部分提取灵芝精华素,做成颗粒剂,供保健人群食用,提取后的残渣用于制做饲料添加剂。灵芝这样可以避免中药饮片市场存量过剩,价格降低,直接损害农民利益。综合性开发提升产品附加值,且无三废产生,环境友好。
(3)灵芝孢子粉破壁后一部分分离提取脂肪,即灵芝孢子油做成凝胶糖果,供保健和功能目标人群食用,产生的脱脂灵芝孢子粉进一步提取多糖,余下的料渣开发饲料添加剂。一部分可直接压片,解决定量食用、方便食用,保持质期延长等问题。一部分根据孢子粉的功能复方配制四种功能食品,满足不同人群保健用。增加食品种类和食用人群的特殊性,一是改变风味,二是增加不同功能、三是定量包装,四是降低成本、五是食用方便。即可特殊人群食用,也可正常人群食用,提高免疫力,预防疾病。

3.2.3凝胶糖果:100公斤灵芝破壁孢子粉,制粒,提取灵芝孢子油(超临界压榨、普通压榨法(冷、热)),孢子油净化处理,得15-25公斤纯净孢子油,制成凝胶糖果30000-50000粒。
3.2.4多糖颗粒:由3.2.3产生的脱脂孢子粉65-80公斤,进一步提取灵芝多糖:灵芝脱脂孢子粉与水比例1:20-40;80℃-95℃,2-3小时,过虑,干燥(喷雾、冷冻、浓缩加热)10-15公斤,制成制成颗粒50-80公斤,灭菌包装,贮存低温环境下,销售。
3.2.5由3.2.4产生的副产物料渣45-65公斤,干燥得40-55公斤,包装灭菌。作饲料添加剂,销售。
4、灵芝废段木,干燥,直接作为薪材,或粉碎,做制炭原料。
作为本发明的进一步阐述,灵芝子实体萃取精华物制成颗粒剂,其料渣制成饲料添加剂。
作为本发明的进一步阐述,灵芝凝胶糖果,由灵芝破壁孢子粉萃取精华精制而成。
作为本发明的进一步阐述,灵芝多糖颗粒为脱脂灵芝孢子粉中提取获得,其料渣干燥制成饲料添加剂。
作为本发明的进一步阐述,复方压片糖果为4种产品,即辅助降血脂功能的灵芝孢子粉压片糖果、辅助降血糖灵芝孢子粉压片糖果、改善视力灵芝压片糖果、改善睡眠压片糖果。

作为本发明的进一步阐述,综合利用灵芝栽培的主副产物,提升产业附加值。

Claims (4)
1.一种段木灵芝产业化无废弃物制备处理工艺,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤,
(1)采收下来的灵芝子实体、灵芝孢子粉、灵芝废段木分别存放处理;
(1.1)灵芝孢子粉筛分去杂、烘干、破壁,真空包装、低温贮存;
(1.2)灵芝子实体分类,干制,切片;
(1.3)灵芝废段木,干燥,粉碎,做制炭原料;
(2)灵芝子实体精华素提取;
(2.1)灵芝子实体粉碎40-60目;
(2.2)灵芝子实体与水比例20-40;80℃-95℃,2-5小时;
(2.3)过虑,干燥、喷雾、冷冻、浓缩加热;
(2.4)制成颗粒,灭菌包装,贮存低温环境下作,销售;
(2.5)副产物料渣干燥,粉碎,包装,灭菌,饲料添加剂,销售;
(3)灵芝孢子粉深加工,包括片剂、凝胶糖果和多糖颗粒;
(3.1)破壁,破壁率达85-100%;
(3.2)破壁灵芝孢子粉进一步加工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种段木灵芝产业化无废弃物制备处理工艺,其特征在于:所述片剂是单方片剂和复方片剂,采用本工艺的压片方法制成片,包装,灭菌,贮存低温环境下,销售。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种段木灵芝产业化无废弃物制备处理工艺,其特征在于:所述凝胶糖果采用灵芝破壁孢子粉,制粒,采用超临界压榨、或普通压榨法,提取灵芝孢子油,孢子油净化处理,制成凝胶糖果。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种段木灵芝产业化无废弃物制备处理工艺,其特征在于:所述多糖颗粒采用步骤(3)的副产物--脱脂孢子粉,进一步提取灵芝多糖,灵芝脱脂孢子粉与水比例1:20-40;80℃-95℃,2-3小时,过虑,干燥、喷雾、冷冻、浓缩加热,制成颗粒,灭菌包装,贮存低温环境下,销售,其中,产生的副产物料渣干燥,包装灭菌,作饲料添加剂,销售。
