背景技术
随着现代生活节奏的加快和生活水平的提高,患有三高症(即高血压、高血糖和高血脂症)的人群也越来越多。作为现代社会的“富贵病”,三高症还是导致人类死亡的危险杀手。高血脂会引起动脉粥样硬化和心脑血管疾病,高血压会引起脑溢血和脑血栓,高血糖则会导致糖尿病,全世界每年由三高症及其相关代谢疾病导致的死亡率占所有病因的36%。由此可见,控制三高对维持人体健康具有至关重要的意义。目前人们对于三高症主要治疗方式是使用化学合成的药物,价格昂贵且具有一定的毒副作用。另一种治疗方式是饮食调理,其中膳食补充、干预是控制三高的重要途径。因此,急需研发出适用于三高人群的膳食补充剂以满足市场需求。本发明提供了一种三高人群专用的松仁蛋白复合咀嚼片,所选原料均为药食同源的植物及提取物,天然无害且方便易得,具有一定的应用前景。

本发明的目的是提供一种三高人群专用的松仁蛋白复合咀嚼片及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种有三高人群专用的松仁蛋白复合冲剂,其特征在于,按照质量百分比由以下原料组成的,松仁蛋白20~40%,核桃蛋白10~20%,大豆蛋白5~15%,蒲公英提取物5~15%,红茶提取物5~15%,黑果枸杞提取物5~15%,海藻多糖5~15%,桦褐孔菌多糖10~20%,山楂提取物5~20%,桂皮提取物5~15%,葡萄白藜芦醇10~20%,木糖醇15~20%,糖粉5~10%,麦芽糊精10~15%。
上述三高人群专用的松仁蛋白复合冲剂的制备方法,包含以下制作步骤:
一、原料的制备
松仁蛋白、核桃蛋白以及大豆蛋白按照碱提酸沉法提取并进行冻干即得相应蛋白粉,蒲
公英提取物、山楂提取物、红茶提取物、黑果枸杞提取物、葡萄白藜芦醇采用醇提并冻干得粗提取,海藻多糖、桦褐孔菌多糖和桂皮提取物采用水提法提取并冻干。取仁蛋白20~40%,核桃蛋白3~10%,大豆蛋白3~15%,蒲公英提取物3~15%,红茶提取物5~15%,黑果枸杞提取物3~15%,海藻多糖3~15%,桦褐孔菌多糖8~15%,山楂提取物3~15%,桂皮提取物5~15%,葡萄白藜芦醇3~15%,木糖醇15~20%,麦芽糊精5~15%,粉粹后进行三维混合,备用。
二、造粒
对步骤一中的混合物喷入浓度为50~70%的食用乙醇进行造粒,造粒完成后放入烘箱干燥。
三、压片
干燥完全后,放入压片机进行压片,每片直径为1cm~3cm,重约2~6g。
本发明各主要原料具体功效如下:
松仁蛋白:松仁是红松的果实,含有丰富的营养物质,自古以来就有“长寿果”的美誉。松仁中富含蛋白质,尤其是与免疫系统相关的球蛋白含量较多。松仁蛋白可以通过调节血脂平衡,对一些由于血脂升高带来的慢性疾病如高脂血症、肥胖和糖尿病产生有益的影响,还可通过抑制血管紧张素转化酶的活性起到有效的降血压作用。松仁蛋白氨基酸组成齐全,几乎包含所有氨基酸,其中包括8种必需氨基酸。含量最高的是被人们称之为“活性氨基酸”的精氨酸,能有效调节胰岛素和胰高血糖素水平。
核桃蛋白:核桃作为珍贵的坚果类食物,富含多种不饱和脂肪酸、蛋白质和维生素等,营养价值极高。核桃蛋白是补充大脑营养的优质成分,具有降血脂、降血压和预防改善心脑血管疾病等作用。核桃蛋白有独特的氨基酸组成,其中精氨酸、谷氨酸、组氨酸、酪氨酸等含量相对较高,接近联合国粮农组织(FAO)和世界卫生组织(WHO)规定的标准,是一种优质的植物蛋白。

葡萄白藜芦醇:白藜芦醇是一种多酚类化合物,广泛存在于葡萄中。白藜芦醇又称芪三酚,是肿瘤的化学预防剂,也是对降低血小板聚集,预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化、心脑血管疾病的化学预防剂。白藜芦醇具有多种有益人类健康的生理活性,已被广泛应用于医药、保健品和功能性食品领域。

具体实施方式一:
一种三高人群专用的松仁蛋白复合咀嚼片制备方法,其步骤如下:
1、原料的制备:松仁蛋白、核桃蛋白以及大豆蛋白按照碱提酸沉法提取并进行冻干即得相应蛋白粉,蒲公英提取物、山楂提取物、红茶提取物、黑果枸杞提取物、葡萄白藜芦醇采用醇提并冻干得粗提取,海藻多糖、桦褐孔菌多糖和桂皮提取物采用水提法提取并冻干。取松仁蛋白20%,核桃蛋白4%,大豆蛋白6%,蒲公英提取物7%,红茶提取物10%,黑果枸杞提取物5%,海藻多糖5%,桦褐孔菌多糖10%,山楂提取物5%,桂皮提取物3%,葡萄白藜芦醇5%,木糖醇15%,麦芽糊精5%,粉粹后进行三维混合,备用。
2、造粒:对步骤一中的混合物喷入浓度为60%的食用乙醇进行造粒,造粒完成后放入烘箱干燥。
3、压片:干燥完全后,放入压片机进行压片,每片直径为1cm,重约2g。
具体实施方式二:实施方式与实施方式一不同的是步骤一中的各原料重量不同:取松仁蛋白25%,核桃蛋白3%,大豆蛋白3%,蒲公英提取物10%,红茶提取物8%,黑果枸杞提取物4%,海藻多糖6%,桦褐孔菌多糖8%,山楂提取物4%,桂皮提取物4%,葡萄白藜芦醇3%,木糖醇15%,麦芽糊精7%,粉粹后进行三维混合,备用。
具体实施方式三:实施方式与实施方式一~二不同的是步骤1中的各原料份数不同:取松仁蛋白23%,核桃蛋白5%,大豆蛋白5%,蒲公英提取物9%,红茶提取物7%,黑果枸杞提取物3%,海藻多糖5%,桦褐孔菌多糖9%,山楂提取物5%,桂皮提取物3%,葡萄白藜芦醇6%,木糖醇11%,麦芽糊精9%,粉粹后进行三维混合,备用。

Claims (5)
1.一种三高人群专用的松仁蛋白复合咀嚼片,其特征在于所述含片由以下原料组成:松仁蛋白20~40%,核桃蛋白10~20%,大豆蛋白5~15%,蒲公英提取物5~15%,红茶提取物5~15%,黑果枸杞提取物5~15%,海藻多糖5~15%,桦褐孔菌多糖10~20%,山楂提取物5~20%,桂皮提取物5~15%,葡萄白藜芦醇10~20%,木糖醇15~20%,糖粉5~10%,麦芽糊精10~15%。将上述原料粉碎后进行三维混匀,喷入浓度为50~70%的食用乙醇进行造粒,造粒完成后进行压片,每片直径为1cm~3cm,重约2~6g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三高人群专用的松仁蛋白复合咀嚼片,其特征在于取松仁蛋白20%,核桃蛋白4%,大豆蛋白6%,蒲公英提取物7%,红茶提取物10%,黑果枸杞提取物5%,海藻多糖5%,桦褐孔菌多糖10%,山楂提取物5%,桂皮提取物3%,葡萄白藜芦醇5%,木糖醇15%,麦芽糊精5%,粉粹后进行三维混合,备用,喷入浓度为60%的食用乙醇进行湿法造粒,造粒完成后进行压片,每片直径为1cm,重2g。
