Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于连接屋顶窗和屋顶贯穿建筑构件的屋顶防雨板的可变形薄板材料,该薄板材料至少部分地由被加工成具有连续波形的瓦垅板的金属薄板或金属箔组成。
这些可变形薄板材料常常用于在屋顶贯穿建筑构件,特别是屋顶窗跟可由瓦或其它形式的波纹形覆盖材料组成的周围屋顶之间构成防水和防雪的配合。
为使这些防雨板材料通过纯手工变形就能适配窗周屋顶覆盖物的外形,最终还得建议用如尤其在德国实用新型G8200019.0中所公开的由铅或其它类型的可变形金属箔制成的上述型式的波纹状屋面材料来代替厚度为1~2毫米,原用于这种场合的平面铅制周边材料。
在日趋关注环境的同时,还建议使用许多不同的夹层或复合材料,包括在本申请人的丹麦专利No.148.064,欧洲专利No.0123141和丹麦专利No.165.014中的所公开的那些材料,以避免和使用铅有关的污染问题。
然而,这些夹层材料通常认为比纯铅制防雨板贵得多。而且,不仅本身,还在于它们与有部分弹性材料一起组合成一种夹层材料的结果,由于某种剩余弹性回弹,所使用的金属箔总不会有所要求的永久变形特性。
根据上述德国实用新型中公开的这种波纹状防雨板材料,本发明的目的是要获得一种新结构的防雨板材料,它能以低价格生产,并具有完全达到最好的夹层材料的变形性能标准的变形特性。
为此目的,本发明上述型式的防雨板材料的特点在于:该材料沿大体上相互垂直的两个方向,被制成具有连续波形的瓦垅板。
本发明防雨板材料的双波纹形使每单位成品防雨板材料面积的金属薄板或金属箔面积增加,这种增加对于用波纹的波峰和波谷的伸展而无须延伸或挤压那箔材料就能完成轻微的手工变形,是具有决定性意义的。
可以采用厚度最好在0.05~0.4毫米之间的铝箔作为本发明的一种合适的箔材料。然而,也可以采用具有良好塑性变形性能的其它类型的金属箔,例如,黄铜箔、锌箔。
此外,根据本发明,采用折迭起来的厚度较小的二层金属箔层,能获得特别好的实际上没有回弹的永久变形性能,同时能获得强度和刚度的改善。
一个优先的实施例,其中将薄板材料设计成一个长筋或长条,长条的一个长边用来连接屋顶贯穿建筑构件,根据本发明,其特点在于:在压瓦垅成所述的波纹状之前,沿大体处于二条相反长边中间的折迭线,顺其纵向将长筋或长条折迭。
而且,本发明涉及到制造上述可变形薄板材料的方法,根据本发明的这一制造方法的特点在于:在沿第一方向滚轧以生成第一连续波形之后,至少部分地由金属薄板或金属箔组成的长筋或长条,通过沿大致垂直于所述的第一方向的第二方向的滚轧,被加工成大致垂直于第一波形的第二波形。

在图中所示的实施例中,本发明的防雨板材料由厚度最好在0.05~0.4毫米之间,例如0.1毫米,被制成宽度例如为15~20毫米的筋或长条1的铝箔组成,以便被固定在普通屋顶窗上。如在本申请人的丹麦专利No.151.112中所说明的。
根据本发明,这种金属箔材料,采用二个沿图1中箭头A和B所示方向的连续滚轧工序在二个互相垂直的方向上被加工成具有连续波形的瓦垅板。
采用沿最好垂直于长筋或长条1的方向A的第一滚轧工序,当通过一个或多个断面滚轧工位时,在所示实施例中的材料被加工成具有连续波形的瓦垅板,其形状大体为具有如图2所示波峰2的S形波纹。
用相同或相应的滚轧设备,即具有如图3中所示波峰3的相同波形结构的滚轧设备,沿最好是筋1的纵向B,可完成随后的滚轧。
由一道或二道滚轧工序所引起的可能的冷作硬化,通过退火较易消除。
然而,在二次滚轧工序中的波纹无须相同。这样,例如象图4所示,与第一滚轧工序不同的另一种波幅和波长的不对称波形就可在第二次滚轧工序中轧出。
通过图示的实施例,长筋状或长条状材料,在滚轧工序前,沿折迭线4被折迭,折迭线4大体处在长筋的两个相反长边的中间,使折迭的防雨板材料包括二层折迭的金属箔层5和6,如图2~4所示。第一,这就得到了屋顶窗长条状防雨板材料在折迭线上的完全封闭的自由下边沿。第二,由于采用了二个比较薄的折迭金属箔层,而不是有二厚度的一金属箔层,可认为提高了其手工变形性能。而且,似乎这种折迭防雨板材料实际上没有弹性,从而跟其表面形状无关,能非常紧密地贴靠在周围的屋面上。
在贴着屋面构成防雨板方面由于瓦垅在二折迭的箔层5和6之间产生一定的锁定作用,还获得了刚度的提高。特别是当波峰沿滚轧方向经受变形,使箔层在图3和4中以8标注的波峰的一端被向后折迭时,第二滚轧工序在箔层之间形成有效的锁紧。
如图4所示,能将中间层7置于两折迭的箔层5和6之间。这种中间层可以是铝箔,其厚度与层5和6相同或不同,或者它可以是完全不同的材料,例如粘性的或非粘性的热塑性材料。本发明的防雨板材料可由此被制成,它具有所要求的性能,例如强度、变形性能和重量。
按一般方式,成品防雨板材料可按通常的方式涂以漆或按另外的方式涂以涂层,以获得一种改善的防风雨性能和例如与周围环境适配的色彩。
Claims (12)
1.一种用作连接屋顶窗和类似的屋顶贯穿建筑构件的屋顶防雨板的可变形薄板材料,该薄板材料至少部分地由被加工成具有连续波形的瓦垅板的金属薄板或金属箔组成,其特征在于:沿大致相互垂直的二个方向(A;B),该材料被加工成呈连续波形的瓦垅板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的并被设计成一长筋或长条的薄板材料,长条的一个长边用于跟屋顶贯穿建筑构件相连接,其特征在于:在制成波形的瓦垅之前,沿大致处于二相反长边中间的折迭线(4),顺纵向将长筋或长条折迭。
3.根据权利要求2的薄板材料,其特征在于:在折迭的薄板材料内的二材料层(5,6)间,放置一层中间层(7),以提高强度或变形性能或减轻重量。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3的薄板材料,其特征在于:沿二个大体上相互垂直的方向其波形基本上具有同样的波幅和波长。(图2,3)
5.根据权利1、2或3的薄板材料,其特征在于:沿二个方向中的一个方向,其波形是不对称的,并与另一个方向上的波形不同。(图4)
