本发明涉及电池涂布技术领域,且公开了一种锂电池电极片涂布装置,包括导料环,所述导料环的上下侧安装有调节辊。该锂电池电极片涂布装置,通过计量辊与涂布辊在导料环的内部套装,且导料环分为不连接的两半,使得涂布辊在料斗内粘起物料后,被计量辊刮层限定其厚度,然后与导料环夹持的基材表面接触,将物料粘附在基材的表面,在导料环的旋转离心力和导料环带动导风板旋转,将导料环中间的空气向两边排,加速导料环中部的空气流速,使得物料粘接在基材的表面离心力作用下更紧密,且空气流速增加,使得导料环在转速增加后,物料粘附在基材的表面时不会将空气夹住,产生气泡,使得设备生产质量优秀产品效率更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池涂布技术领域,具体为一种锂电池电极片涂布装置。
背景技术
锂电池是一类由锂金属或锂合金为负极材料,使用非水电解质溶液的电池,锂电池的正、负极极片通常是将液体浆料涂布到铝箔或铜箔上并通过烘箱加热烘干而制成的,涂布是锂离子电池生产过程中必不可少的工序,也是直接影响电池安全性、容量、一致性等各项性能的关键工序,涂布就是将制作好的糊状粘稠浆料,均匀的、连续或间断的涂覆在基材上,按工艺要求,控制涂布的厚度以达到重量要求,同时,通过干燥加热除去平铺于基材上的浆料中的溶剂,使固体物质很好的粘接于基材上。
现有的涂布机构,在使用过程中,为了提高生产效率,会提高其转速,就容易出现空气夹带,在涂层表面会有许多小气泡,电极片产品质量低;同时锂离子电池极片是分段涂布,生产不同型号锂离子电池所需要的每段极片长度也是不同的,如果采用连续涂布,再进行定长分切生产极片,需要在组装电池在每段几篇的一端刮除浆料涂层,工艺效率低,不能满足最终进行规模生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种锂电池电极片涂布装置,具备涂布不会夹带小气泡,产品质量好,能够自动断涂,工作效率高的优点,解决了涂布速度快回夹带小气泡质量下降,不能自动断涂,需要后续手工刮除分段,操作麻烦的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种锂电池电极片涂布装置,包括导料环,所述导料环的上下侧安装有调节辊,所述导料环一侧的外表面且与调节辊配合套装有基材,所述导料环的一侧啮合安装有压料辊,所述导料环的两侧活动安装有活动套,所述活动套的中部且通过导料环活动套装有计量辊,所述计量辊的内部且位于计量辊的一侧活动套装有涂布辊,所述涂布辊的下方固定安装有料斗,所述导料环外表面的另一侧啮合有传动齿,所述传动齿轴安装有电机,所述导料环分为左右两半,且中间不连接,所述导料环的内表面固定安装有导风板,所述计量辊与涂布辊的两端固定安装有调距机构,所述活动套的背面滑动安装有固定板。
作为优选,所述活动套的底面与固定板之间固定安装有弹簧一,所述活动套中孔的一侧活动安装有百叶扇,所述百叶扇的顶端活动套装有转齿,所述固定板顶部深入到活动套内固定安装有齿板,所述转齿与齿板啮合安装,所述活动套的内表面活动套装有滑动电板,所述滑动电板的上表面固定安装弹簧二,所述弹簧二的中部固定安装有电片,所述固定板内表面的顶部固定安装有电磁铁,所述电片与电磁铁电连接。
作为优选,所述导料环为内凹阶梯结构,所述压料辊为外凸阶梯结构,且两者之间两端齿啮合。
作为优选,所述导风板在导料环两侧安装时,两侧的导风板倾斜方向相反。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、该锂电池电极片涂布装置,通过计量辊与涂布辊在导料环的内部套装,且导料环分为不连接的两半,使得涂布辊在料斗内粘起物料后,被计量辊刮层限定其厚度,然后与导料环夹持的基材表面接触,将物料粘附在基材的表面,在导料环的旋转离心力和导料环带动导风板旋转,将导料环中间的空气向两边排,加速导料环中部的空气流速,使得物料粘接在基材的表面离心力作用下更紧密,且空气流速增加,使得导料环在转速增加后,物料粘附在基材的表面时不会将空气夹住,产生气泡,使得设备生产质量优秀产品效率更好。
2、该锂电池电极片涂布装置,通过导风板旋转与百叶扇配合,百叶扇受转齿与齿板啮合控制,使得导风板产生风后,被百叶扇闭合挡住,在活动套内部气压增加,带动滑动电板移动与电片接触通电,使得电磁铁带磁吸附活动套移动,进而能够控制计量辊与涂布辊的位置移动,涂布辊与基材之间的间隙增加,无法粘附,在活动套移动时,齿板与转齿啮合,带动百叶扇旋转打开,释放气压,涂布辊与基材之间的间距回位,使得设备在为电池生产间隔式的电极片时,能够自动进行间隔分离。

请参阅图1-3,一种锂电池电极片涂布装置,包括导料环1,导料环1的上下侧安装有调节辊2,导料环1一侧的外表面且与调节辊2配合套装有基材3,导料环1的一侧啮合安装有压料辊4,导料环1为内凹阶梯结构,压料辊4为外凸阶梯结构,且两者之间两端齿啮合,使得基材3与导料环1配合后,被阶梯限位,同时压料辊4的配合能够夹持基材3,使得涂布辊6与基材3接触粘附物料时,基材3的位置不会外凸,保证物料的粘附效果,导料环1的两侧活动安装有活动套12,活动套12的中部且通过导料环1活动套装有计量辊5,计量辊5的内部且位于计量辊5的一侧活动套装有涂布辊6,涂布辊6的下方固定安装有料斗7,导料环1外表面的另一侧啮合有传动齿9,传动齿9轴安装有电机8,导料环1分为左右两半,且中间不连接,导料环1的内表面固定安装有导风板10,导风板10在导料环1两侧安装时,两侧的导风板10倾斜方向相反,使得导料环1在旋转时,导风板10带动空气向两侧流动,增加物料与基材3接触时的空气流速,具有一定的真空度,不会产生气泡,计量辊5与涂布辊6的两端固定安装有调距机构11,活动套12的背面滑动安装有固定板13,通过计量辊5与涂布辊6在导料环1的内部套装,且导料环1分为不连接的两半,使得涂布辊6在料斗7内粘起物料后,被计量辊5刮层限定其厚度,然后与导料环1夹持的基材3表面接触,将物料粘附在基材3的表面,在导料环1的旋转离心力和导料环1带动导风板10旋转,将导料环1中间的空气向两边排,加速导料环1中部的空气流速,使得物料粘接在基材3的表面离心力作用下更紧密,且空气流速增加,使得导料环1在转速增加后,物料粘附在基材3的表面时不会将空气夹住,产生气泡,使得设备生产质量优秀产品效率更好,活动套12的底面与固定板13之间固定安装有弹簧一14,活动套12中孔的一侧活动安装有百叶扇15,百叶扇15的顶端活动套装有转齿16,固定板13顶部深入到活动套12内固定安装有齿板17,转齿16与齿板17啮合安装,活动套12的内表面活动套装有滑动电板18,滑动电板18的上表面固定安装弹簧二19,弹簧二19的中部固定安装有电片20,固定板13内表面的顶部固定安装有电磁铁21,电片20与电磁铁21电连接,通过导风板10旋转与百叶扇15配合,百叶扇15受转齿16与齿板17啮合控制,使得导风板10产生风后,被百叶扇15闭合挡住,在活动套12内部气压增加,带动滑动电板18移动与电片20接触通电,使得电磁铁21带磁吸附活动套12移动,进而能够控制计量辊5与涂布辊6的位置移动,涂布辊6与基材3之间的间隙增加,无法粘附,在活动套12移动时,齿板17与转齿16啮合,带动百叶扇15旋转打开,释放气压,涂布辊6与基材3之间的间距回位,使得设备在为电池生产间隔式的电极片时,能够自动进行间隔分离。
本发明涂布机的工作原理如下:
将基材3通过调节辊2卡在导料环1的外表面,压料辊4对基材3进行限位,导料环1、计量辊5、涂布辊6在调整间隙后旋转,涂布辊6在料斗7内粘起物料后,被计量辊5刮层限定其厚度,然后与导料环1夹持的基材3表面接触,将物料粘附在基材3的表面,在导料环1的旋转离心力和导料环1带动导风板10旋转,将导料环1中间的空气向两边排,加速导料环1中部的空气流速,物料粘附在基材3的表面时不会将空气夹住,产生气泡,向两边排的空气被百叶扇15堵住,在活动套12内空气堆积升压,带动滑动电板18移动与电片20接触通电,使得电磁铁21带磁吸附活动套12移动,进而能够控制计量辊5与涂布辊6的位置移动,涂布辊6与基材3之间的间隙增加,无法粘附,在活动套12移动时,齿板17与转齿16啮合,带动百叶扇15旋转打开,释放气压,涂布辊6与基材3之间的间距回位,进行下一次的涂布。
