Abstract
本发明适用于正极材料极片刮涂装置领域,提供一种正极材料极包括一个上表面为斜面的平台,当进行铝箔刮涂操作时,链条在驱动装置的作用下由斜面下方往上方运动,与链条啮合的齿轮带动转辊转动,释放进料筒内的浆料,平台倾斜设置后,在铝箔上移的过程中,方便浆料在铝箔上提前散开,同时增大刮刀的刮角,另外正极材料极片刮涂装置在刮刀上设置了浸润器,方便在刀尖接触浆料前,提前湿润浆料,便于刮涂,提高刮涂效率和质量。

技术领域
本发明属于工业上料装置领域,尤其涉及一种正极材料极片刮涂装置。
背景技术
锂离子动力电池具有电压高,能量密度大,循环性能好,自放电小,无记忆效应,工作温度范围宽等优点。锂离子动力电池的制作工艺一般需要先制备正极片:将镍钴锰酸锂等活性物质、导电剂、粘合剂溶解于正极溶剂中,制成正极浆料,将正极浆料涂覆于压延铝箔上。目前的浆料涂覆装置涂覆的效果不好,浆料涂覆在铝箔上的均匀程度、厚度会对后续极片的热压干燥产生影响,从而影响电池的安全性能及使用寿命等。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种正极材料极片刮涂装置,旨在解决现有浆料涂覆装置涂覆质量差的技术问题。
一种正极材料极片刮涂装置,包括一个平台,所述平台的上表面为斜面,所述平台的前后两侧安装有两根相同的固定架,所述固定架中间靠右的位置固定有一个进料筒,所述进料筒包括筒体,所述筒体顶端设置有进料泵,所述筒体的底部开口并设置有转辊,所述转辊的表面与筒体的底部开口紧密接触,所述转辊沿长度方向开有若干从表面至内部的出料槽,所述转辊与所述斜面平台的斜面隔开一小段距离,所述转辊的两端固定有齿轮,所述平台的前后两侧还安装有两根平行的链条,所述链条与对应侧的齿轮啮合,所述固定架中间靠左的位置固定有一个刮具,所述刮具包括一块竖直放置且具有一定宽度的刮刀,刮刀的底面与所述斜面平台的斜面呈一定夹角形成刀尖,所述刮刀沿斜面平台的斜面坡度下降的方向安装有浸润器。
进一步的,所述浸润器的内部设置有多块过滤板,所述浸润器的下端为多排出液喷嘴,每排出液喷嘴的下方对应设置一条出液窄道,所有出液窄道的末端与所述刀尖在同一个平面上。
进一步的,所述转辊由三个相同的扇形柱围绕同一根中轴线均匀排列而成,相邻的两个扇形柱之间形成一个所述出料槽。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种正极材料极片刮涂装置包括一个上表面为斜面的平台,当进行铝箔刮涂操作时,链条在驱动装置的作用下由斜面下方往上方运动,与链条啮合的齿轮带动转辊转动,释放进料筒内的浆料,平台倾斜设置后,在铝箔上移的过程中,方便浆料在铝箔上提前散开,同时增大刮刀的刮角,另外正极材料极片刮涂装置在刮刀上设置了浸润器,方便在刀尖接触浆料前,提前湿润浆料,便于刮涂,提高刮涂效率和质量。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1和图2所示,一种正极材料极片刮涂装置,包括一个平台1,所述平台的上表面为斜面,所述平台的前后两侧安装有两根相同的固定架2,所述固定架中间靠右的位置固定有一个进料筒3,所述进料筒包括筒体31,所述筒体顶端设置有进料泵32,所述筒体的底部开口并设置有转辊4,所述转辊4的表面与筒体31的底部开口紧密接触,所述转辊4沿长度方向开有若干从表面至内部的出料槽5,所述转辊4与所述斜面平台1的斜面隔开一小段距离,所述转辊4的两端固定有齿轮6,所述平台1的前后两侧还安装有两根平行的链条7,所述链条7与对应侧的齿轮6啮合,所述固定架2中间靠左的位置固定有一个刮具8,所述刮具8包括一块竖直放置且具有一定宽度的刮刀9,刮刀9的底面与所述斜面平台1的斜面呈一定夹角形成刀尖92,所述刮刀9沿斜面平台1的斜面坡度下降的方向安装有浸润器10。
本发明提供的一种正极材料极片刮涂装置包括一个上表面为斜面的平台,靠近平台斜面下方的位置设置有进料筒用于释放待刮涂的浆料,当进行铝箔刮涂操作时,驱动装置启动,链条在驱动装置的作用下由斜面下方往上方运动,链条带动与链条啮合的齿轮转动,此时与齿轮一体结构的转辊开始转动,转辊转动时逐渐与进料筒筒体底部的开口产生缝隙,浆料在重力的作用下从缝隙中流出至转辊的表面,进而被转动的转辊涂覆在前移的铝箔上,平台倾斜设置后,在铝箔上移的过程中,有利于浆料在铝箔上提前散开,同时增大刮刀的刮角,避免浆料堆积在刀尖上不利于刮涂均匀,另外正极材料极片刮涂装置在刮刀上设置了浸润器,方便在刀尖接触浆料前,提前湿润浆料,便于刮涂,提高刮涂效率和质量,这样,控制好刮具和转辊与待刮涂铝箔之间的间隙距离,即可在铝箔上刮涂出连续的理想厚度、涂层均一的极片。
作为所述浸润器的一种具体结构,如图1所示,所述浸润器10的内部设置有多块过滤板11,所述浸润器10的下端为多排出液喷嘴12,每排出液喷嘴12的下方对应设置一条出液窄道13,所有出液窄道13的末端与所述刀尖92在同一个平面上。
通过设置过滤板过滤掉浸润液的固体杂质,避免引起极片涂层的点状缺陷造成电池充放电过程中的微短路。浸润器下端的出液喷嘴下方设置有多个出液窄道,形成一个具有一定坡度的平面,减缓浸润液的流出速度,有利于浸润液均匀流下,浸润器底部的出液窄道利用毛细作用提高浸润液体的表面张力,控制浸润液的流出量和流出速度。
作为所述转辊的一种具体结构,如图1所示,所述转辊4由三个相同的扇形柱围绕同一根中轴线均匀排列而成,相邻的两个扇形柱之间形成一个所述出料槽5。
浆料开始积累在转辊与筒体连通的出料槽的扇形空间中,当链条带动齿轮进而带动转辊转动时,出料槽扇形空间的浆料随着转辊移动到筒体外部,流到转辊下方的铝箔上,而该出料槽排空,筒体里的浆料于是继续在注满下一个扇形空间,如此循环释放浆料等待后续刮涂。三个扇形柱均匀排列,这样的结构合理,避免因间距太小产生浆料滞留在出料槽的扇形空间内的现象,也能防止因间距太开对流体难控制,浆料的流出距离适当。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种正极材料极片刮涂装置可以控制刮涂涂层的厚度,增加了添加浸润液的浸润器便于浆料的刮涂操作,结构简单,容易控制刮涂质量。另外本发明提供的一种正极材料极片刮涂装置的筒体还可设置成带刻度的方式,便于统计流出的浆料体积,计算出在铝箔上刮涂出一定厚度所消耗的浆料质量。

1.一种正极材料极片刮涂装置,其特征在于,包括一个平台,所述平台的上表面为斜面,所述平台的前后两侧安装有两根相同的固定架,所述固定架中间靠右的位置固定有一个进料筒,所述进料筒包括筒体,所述筒体顶端设置有进料泵,所述筒体的底部开口并设置有转辊,所述转辊的表面与筒体的底部开口紧密接触,所述转辊沿长度方向开有若干从表面至内部的出料槽,所述转辊与所述斜面平台的斜面隔开一小段距离,所述转辊的两端固定有齿轮,所述平台的前后两侧还安装有两根平行的链条,所述链条与对应侧的齿轮啮合,所述固定架中间靠左的位置固定有一个刮具,所述刮具包括一块竖直放置且具有一定宽度的刮刀,刮刀的底面与所述斜面平台的斜面呈一定夹角形成刀尖,所述刮刀沿斜面平台的斜面坡度下降的方向安装有浸润器,所述浸润器的内部设置有多块过滤板,所述浸润器的下端为多排出液喷嘴,每排出液喷嘴的下方对应设置一条出液窄道,所有出液窄道的末端与所述刀尖在同一个平面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种正极材料极片刮涂装置,其特征在于,所述转辊由三个相同的扇形柱围绕同一根中轴线均匀排列而成,相邻的两个扇形柱之间形成一个所述出料槽。
