本发明涉及一种抛光箱100,如图1所示,包括金属套筒110和可移除的插入式模块化系统120,该金属套筒可由轻金属制成,例如铝、铜、硅、镁、钛、镍、锌或包括这些材料中的至少两种的轻合金,所述可移除的插入式模块化系统构造成能插入到所述套筒中并且能从所述套筒中移除以便能够非常容易地更换内衬。
抛光箱100因此将有限的重量与良好的机械强度相结合。
如上所述的可移除的插入式模块化系统120可以由合成材料制成,以便能够更容易地更换其套筒。实际上,抛光箱100因此具有合成材料插件的模块化系统,易于制造和更换。
此外,如图2所示,所述抛光箱100可以包括一组传感器130,优选地包括测量所述金属套筒110内部压力的至少一个压力传感器131和/或测量所述金属套筒110内部温度的至少一个温度传感器132。实际上,操作者可能对知道压力更感兴趣,因为压力可能非常高并且会引起变形。为此目的,所述金属套筒110包括可变形区域111以定位这种变形。也可以嵌入其它类型的传感器,具体取决于与槽中计划的抛光方法相关的信息。
此外,为了在打开阶段保护操作者的安全,紧固构件117并且优选螺钉将盖115保持到套筒110的主体116。

Claims (5)

1.一种抛光箱(100),包括:
金属套筒(110);和
可移除的插入式模块化系统(120);所述可移除的插入式模块化系统(120)配置成能插入到所述金属套筒(110)中并且能从所述金属套筒(110)移除;
其特征在于,
所述金属套筒(110)包括可变形区域(111)以确定变形的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抛光箱(100),其中,所述金属套筒(110)由铝、铜、硅、镁、钛、镍、锌或这些材料的合金制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抛光箱(100),其中,所述可移除的插入式模块化系统(120)由合成材料制成。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的抛光箱(100),其包括一组传感器(130)并且优选地包括至少一个压力传感器(131)和/或至少一个温度传感器(132)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的抛光箱(100),其中,所述金属套筒(110)包括盖(115),所述盖通过紧固构件(117)并且优选是螺钉保持到所述套筒(110)的主体(116)。
