La présente invention concerne le domaine des cuves de polissage. Arrière-plan technologique
Les cuves de polissage sont une partie clé du procédé de polissage en vrac, elles doivent satisfaire plusieurs contraintes, et doivent être robustes mécaniquement, maniables, légères...
Toutefois, le revêtement intérieur s’use et donc il y a lieu de le refaire ou encore de le remplacer d’une part, et d’autre part, il n’est pas évident de suivre le processus à l’intérieur de la cuve de polissage.
Résumé de l’invention
La présente invention se propose de résoudre tout ou partie de ces inconvénients par l’intermédiaire d’une cuve de polissage comprenant :
- Une chemise métallique ; et,
- Un système modulaire d’insert amovible ; ledit système modulaire d’insert amovible étant configuré pour être inséré dans ladite chemise et pour être retiré de ladite chemise. Grâce à cette disposition, il est possible de changer le revêtement intérieur très facilement.
Selon un mode de réalisation, la chemise métallique est en aluminium, en cuivre, en silicium, en magnésium, titane, nickel, zinc ou en un alliage de ces matériaux. Grâce à cette disposition, la cuve de polissage est légère, facile à manier et à rechemiser.
Selon un mode de réalisation, ledit système modulaire d’insert amovible est en matériau synthétique. Grâce à cette disposition, l’insertion dudit système modulaire d’insert amovible dans ladite chemise amovible en est facilitée.
Selon un mode de réalisation, ladite cuve de polissage comprend un ensemble de capteurs et de préférence au moins un capteur de pression et/ou au moins un capteur de température. Selon un mode de réalisation, ladite chemise métallique comprend une zone déformable de sorte à localiser une déformation.
Grâce à cette disposition, la déformation due à la pression est localisée et permet de garantir des zones de références ou d’appui, etc...
Selon un mode de réalisation, ladite chemise métallique comprend un couvercle maintenu au corps de la chem ise par des organes de fixation et de préférence des vis.
Grâce à cette disposition, la sécurité de l’opérateur en phase de desserrage est augmentée.
Les modes de réalisation et les variantes mentionnés ci-avant peuvent être pris isolément ou selon toute combinaison techniquement possible.
La présente invention sera bien comprise et ses avantages ressortiront aussi à la lumière de la description qui va suivre, donnée uniquement à titre d'exemple non limitatif et faite en référence aux figures annexées, dans lesquelles des signes de références identiques correspondent à des éléments structurellement et/ou fonctionnellement identiques ou similaires. L’invention sera décrite ci-après de manière plus détaillée à l’aide des dessins annexés, donnés à titre d’exemples nullement limitatifs, dans lesquels : - La figure 1 représente une cuve de polissage 100 selon un mode de réalisation ; et
La figure 2 montre une vue en coupe de la chemise métallique 110 et du système modulaire d’insert amovible 120 selon un mode de réalisation.
Description détaillée de l’invention
La présente invention concerne une cuve de polissage 100, représentée sur la figure 1 , comprenant une chemise métallique 110, qui peut être en un métal léger comme par exemple en aluminium, en cuivre, en silicium, en magnésium, titane, nickel, zinc ou en un alliage léger comprenant au moins deux de ces matériaux, et un système modulaire d’insert amovible 120 configuré pour être inséré dans ladite chemise et pour être retiré de ladite chemise de sorte à pouvoir changer de revêtement intérieur très facilement. La cuve de polissage 100 ainsi combine une masse limitée avec une bonne résistance mécanique.
Ledit système modulaire d’insert amovible 120, décrit ci-avant, peut être en matériau synthétique de manière à pouvoir le changer de chemise plus facilement. En effet, la cuve de polissage 100 a ainsi un système modulaire d’inserts en matière synthétique, facilement réalisables et facilement remplaçables.
Par ailleurs, comme cela est illustré sur la figure 2, ladite cuve de polissage 100 peut comprendre un ensemble de capteurs 130 et de préférence au moins un capteur de pression 131 pour mesurer la pression à l’intérieur de ladite chemise métallique 110 et/ou au moins un capteur de température 132 pour mesurer la température à l’intérieur de ladite chemise métallique 110. En effet, il peut être intéressant pour l’opérateur de connaître la pression, car cette dernière peut être assez importante est induire une déformation. C’est à cet effet, que ladite chemise métallique 110 comprend une zone déformable 111 de sorte à localiser cette déformation. D’autres types de capteurs peuvent également être embarqués, selon les informations pertinentes pour le procédé de polissage prévu dans la cuve. De plus, afin de préserver la sécurité de l’opérateur en phase d’ouverture, des organes de fixations 117 et de préférence des vis tiennent le couvercle 115 maintenu au corps 116 de la chemise 110.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 . Cuve de polissage (100) comprenant :
- Une chemise métallique (110) ; et,
- Un système modulaire d’insert amovible (120) ; ledit système modulaire d’insert amovible (120) étant configuré pour être inséré dans ladite chemise métallique (110) et pour être retiré de ladite chemise métallique (110).
Caractérisé en ce que ladite chemise métallique (110) comprend une zone déformable (111 ) de sorte à localiser une déformation.
2. Cuve de polissage (100) selon la revendication 1 , dans laquelle la chemise métallique (110) est en aluminium, en cuivre, en silicium, en magnésium, titane, nickel, zinc ou en un alliage de ces matériaux.
3. Cuve de polissage (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ledit système modulaire d’insert amovible (120) est en matériau synthétique.
4. Cuve de polissage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, laquelle comprenant un ensemble de capteurs (130) et de préférence au moins un capteur de pression (131 ) et/ou au moins un capteur de température (132).
5. Cuve de polissage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite chemise métallique (110) comprend un couvercle (115) maintenu au corps (116) de la chemise (110) par des organes de fixations (117) et de préférence des vis.
