Abstract

一种组合式倒角刀具,包含一刀杆、一延伸杆及该延伸杆两端得以锁固刀头,组合成一多刀头的倒角刀具。本发明组合式倒角刀具,借由延伸杆两端套接刀头,得以至少锁固二个刀头,所述的刀头具有上、下刀刃,进行工件多边同步倒角的作业;此外该延伸杆的杆身长度可以设为多种尺寸,随着工件的厚度及形状的不同,选择适当长度的杆身,进而得以控制两个刀头的间距,或者增加一延伸杆则可增加一刀头,同步进行多边倒角的作业。

组合式倒角刀具
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种倒角刀具的改良,特别是一种组合式倒角刀具,可依照工件的厚度选择适当长度的接杆,作为上、下刀片的间隔,特别适合薄板同步进行工件多边倒角的作业。
背景技术
一般的工件再加工表面后,接续地会对边面进行倒角或是毛边切削,避免边面产生锐利的边角或是毛边,影响工件的组装精度及尺寸。常用的倒角刀具,都是利用单一刀刃直接对工件切削或是磨削成45度或是圆角,但对于厚度较薄的工件,大都使用手工方式以砂轮机磨削毛边或是倒角。
有关倒角刀具的先前专利申请案件,如台湾申请案号第101215723号:上下倒角刀具,主要结构包含有一圆形刀盘、三个刀台与三个切削体;其中刀台具有一前锥部,该前锥部具有相交的一上斜面与一下斜面;所述的切削体各具有一前切削锥部,其具有相交的一上切削斜面与一下切削斜面,为分别与上斜面与下斜面相应。主要功能是在不翻转工件的情况下,即可分别对工件的顶面周缘及底面周缘切削加工而分别形成上倒角及下倒角。
所述的上下倒角刀具,以两个相同的刀具上下叠设于转动件内,其中两个倒角刀具之间的切削体间距即为工件的厚度,进行工件上下边缘的同步倒角。但其缺点是必须使用两个上下倒角刀具叠置在一起,且倒角的厚度亦被倒角刀具的厚度所限制,成为固定的尺寸,不适合薄的工件倒角以及工件厚度具变化的上下同步倒角作业。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种倒角刀具以解决习用倒角刀具不适合薄的工件倒角以及工件厚度具变化的上下同步倒角作业的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种组合式倒角刀具,包含:一刀杆,所述的刀杆一端设有一刀杆内锥孔,刀杆的内端设有刀杆内螺孔;数个刀头,得置于延长杆的两端,并锁固于刀杆,其一端设有一锥顶,与刀杆的刀杆内锥孔对应套接,所述的刀头外围环状排列有上、下刀刃,所述的刀头内部设有一圆柱孔及一刀头内锥孔;一延长杆,包含一杆身,该杆身的长度得以随着工件厚度的需求而设定,延长杆的一端设有一螺杆、引导柱及一延长杆锥杆,所述的螺杆得以锁固一刀头于刀杆的端面,所述的引导柱,得与刀头的圆柱孔对应套合,所述的延长杆锥杆得与刀头的刀头内锥孔对应,杆身的另一端内部设有一内锥孔及一内螺孔,所述的内锥孔与一刀头的锥顶套接;一螺丝,于螺纹的后端设有一锥杆,所述的锥杆与刀头的刀头内锥孔对应套接,并锁固该刀头。
采用上述方案后,本发明延伸杆的杆身长度可以设为多种尺寸,随着工件的厚度及形状的不同,选择适当长度的杆身,进而得以控制两个刀头的间距,或者增加一延伸杆则可增加一刀头,同步进行多边倒角的作业。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2所示,本发明组合式倒角刀具1,包含: 一刀杆10,所述的刀杆10一端设有一刀杆内锥孔11,其设为一接合面的功能,刀杆10的内端设有刀杆内螺孔12。 数个刀头20,得置于延长杆30的两端,并锁固于刀杆10,其一端设有一锥顶21,其具有接合面的功能,与刀杆10的刀杆内锥孔11对应套接,所述的刀头20外围环状排列有上刀刃221、下刀刃222,所述的刀头20内部设有一圆柱孔23及一刀头内锥孔24,所述的圆柱孔23得以作为引导的功能,所述的刀头内锥孔24设为一接合面的功能。 一延长杆30,包含一杆身31,杆身31的长度得以随着工件厚度的需求而设定,延长杆30的一端设有一螺杆32、引导柱33及一延长杆锥杆34,所述的螺杆32得以锁固一刀头20于刀杆10的端面,所述的引导柱33,得与刀头20的圆柱孔23对应套合,协助刀头的定位,所述的延长杆锥杆34得与刀头20的刀头内锥孔24对应,形成锥形接合的功能,杆身31的另一端内部设有一内锥孔35及一内螺孔36,所述的内锥孔35与一刀头20的锥顶21套接。 一螺丝40,于螺纹41的后端设有一锥杆42,所述的锥杆42与刀头20的刀头内锥孔24对应套接,并锁固该刀头20。
如图2所示,本发明的刀杆10串接二个刀头20,并由一延伸杆30将两个刀头20间隔,该延伸杆30的杆身31主要是控制两个刀头20的间隔长度,配合被加工的工件厚度,如图3所示的倒角实施例图,选择适当延伸杆30的杆身31长度,搭配工件5的厚度t,另如图4所示,遇有厚度t较薄的工件5,则选择杆身31长度较短的延伸杆30进行组配,组成间隔距离较短的组合式倒角刀具1,进行倒角作业。
请参阅第5图所示,本发明组合式倒角刀具1的刀头20数量可以因应工件5需要倒角的多元性而适当的组配,图5所示的工字形工件5具有三个边角需要进行倒角,本发明亦得以由三个刀头20以及二个适当长度的延伸杆30进行组配,得以一次对工件5进行三个边角的倒角作业。
本发明的刀杆10除可以搭配延伸杆30组成不同数量的刀头20进行倒角,如图6所示,亦得以由刀杆10搭配单一刀头20,由螺丝40组成单一刀头20的倒角刀具,进行单一边面的倒角作业。
请参阅图7、图8、图9所示,本发明的组合式倒角刀具的刀头20,除设为45度角倒角之外,该刀头20的倒角形状一得设为各种圆弧刀面进行不同的圆弧倒角加工。
综上所述,本发明组合式倒角刀具使用延伸杆搭配刀头,可组合出单一刀头、双刀头或是三刀头,可执行单边、双边或是三边的倒角作业,搭配不同延伸杆的长度,可组合出不同间隔长度的刀头间距,可对不同形状及厚度的工件同步倒角,尤其是厚度薄的工件更能适用,深具进步性及实用性。

Claims (1)

1.一种组合式倒角刀具,其特征在于,包含:
一刀杆,所述的刀杆一端设有一刀杆内锥孔,刀杆的内端设有刀杆内螺孔;
数个刀头,得置于延长杆的两端,并锁固于刀杆,其一端设有一锥顶,与刀杆的刀杆内锥孔对应套接,所述的刀头外围环状排列有上、下刀刃,所述的刀头内部设有一圆柱孔及一刀头内锥孔;
一延长杆,包含一杆身,该杆身的长度得以随着工件厚度的需求而设定,延长杆的一端设有一螺杆、引导柱及一延长杆锥杆,所述的螺杆得以锁固一刀头于刀杆的端面,所述的引导柱,得与刀头的圆柱孔对应套合,所述的延长杆锥杆得与刀头的刀头内锥孔对应,杆身的另一端内部设有一内锥孔及一内螺孔,所述的内锥孔与一刀头的锥顶套接;
一螺丝,于螺纹的后端设有一锥杆,所述的锥杆与刀头的刀头内锥孔对应套接,并锁固该刀头。
