Comparative example
The traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites has the same preparation method as that of the traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites in the embodiment 1, and is characterized in that the traditional Chinese medicine extract composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of clove oil, 5 parts of cinnamon oil, 10 parts of eucalyptus oil, 10 parts of camphor, 10 parts of methyl salicylate, 25 parts of menthol and 25 parts of peppermint oil. In the comparison example, common clove oil, cinnamon oil and eucalyptus oil on the market are adopted, common menthol on the market is adopted as the menthol, and common peppermint oil on the market is adopted as the peppermint oil.
The example 8, the control example and the essential balm were applied to 30 patients bitten by mosquitoes and stabbed by caterpillars respectively by using the inunction method, and the treatment effects are shown in the following table 1:

In table 1, the effective criteria for the therapeutic effect are: the effects of relieving itching and pain can be achieved after the medicine is used, the swelling can be basically and completely reduced after the medicine is used for 2 to 4 times, and the interval between every two uses is 1 to 2 hours; the judgment criteria of ineffective curative effect are as follows: the itching and pain are not obviously reduced after the medicine is used, and the swelling and pain feeling still exists after the medicine is used for 5 times.

Case 3: zhangyi, female, 42 years old, ankle of which was bitten by common venomous snake, using the Chinese medicinal gel for preventing and treating mosquito bite prepared in example 1, after the first external application, the itching and pain sensation was obviously eliminated, and after the external application was carried out for 4 times, the wound was healed, and the swelling was basically and completely eliminated.
Case 4: in songzhi, male, age 11, four limbs and face were bitten by mosquitoes, the swelling and pain was clearly removed after 2 applications of the Chinese medicinal gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites prepared in example 3.
Case 5: when a male aged for 67 years old and the left hand and face of the male aged are bitten by poisonous bees, the traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites prepared in the embodiment 5 is used, the itching and pain feeling is obviously eliminated after the hand is externally applied for the first time, and the swelling is basically completely reduced after the face is externally applied for 4 times.

Case 7: after the traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites, which is prepared in example 5, is applied to male, 24-year-old, arms, legs and feet of the male to be bitten by mosquitoes, the swelling and pain feeling is obviously eliminated.

The traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites is characterized by consisting of a traditional Chinese medicine extract composition and a gel matrix, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of clove oil, 1-10 parts of cinnamon oil, 1-20 parts of eucalyptus oil, 1-20 parts of camphor, 1-20 parts of methyl salicylate, 10-40 parts of menthol and 10-40 parts of peppermint oil.

The traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites according to claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-8 parts of clove oil, 3-8 parts of cinnamon oil, 5-15 parts of eucalyptus oil, 5-15 parts of camphor, 5-15 parts of methyl salicylate, 15-35 parts of menthol and 15-35 parts of peppermint oil.

The traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites according to claim 2, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of clove oil, 5 parts of cinnamon oil, 10 parts of eucalyptus oil, 10 parts of camphor, 10 parts of methyl salicylate, 25 parts of menthol and 25 parts of peppermint oil.

The traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the menthol is the pharmaceutical adjuvant menthol produced by Anhui Huaxin Biotechnology Limited; the peppermint oil is medicinal adjuvant peppermint oil with purity of 78% produced by Anhui Huaxin Biotechnology limited.
5. The traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites according to claim 1, wherein the clove oil, cinnamon oil and eucalyptus oil are all clove oil, cinnamon oil and eucalyptus oil produced by Anhui Huaxin Biotechnology Limited.
6. The traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites according to claim 1, wherein high-purity clove oil is adopted as the clove oil.
7. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) sequentially adding oleum Caryophylli, oleum Cinnamomi, oleum Eucalypti, Camphora, and methyl salicylate into oleum Menthae Dementholatum;
(2) mixing the mixture obtained in the step (1), and filtering to remove residues;
(3) adding menthol into the mixture treated in the step (2), and fully stirring and uniformly mixing;
(4) adding appropriate amount of gel matrix, stirring, and mixing to obtain Chinese medicinal gel.
8. The method for preparing a Chinese medicinal gel for preventing and treating mosquito bite according to claim 7, wherein the gel matrix in the step (4) is prepared by:
(4.1) uniformly mixing a proper amount of carbomer, glycerol and water;
(4.2) adding dilute hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value;
and (4.3) slightly draining the alkali liquor to the mixture prepared in the step (4.2), and slowly stirring until a bubble-free and ultra-fine gel matrix is formed.

The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine gel for preventing and treating mosquito bites according to claim 7, wherein the weight parts of the components in the step (1) and the step (3) are as follows: 5 parts of clove oil, 5 parts of cinnamon oil, 10 parts of eucalyptus oil, 10 parts of camphor, 10 parts of methyl salicylate, 25 parts of menthol and 25 parts of peppermint oil.
10. The method for preparing a Chinese medicinal gel for preventing and treating mosquito bite according to claim 7, wherein the menthol is prepared from menthol belonging to pharmaceutical adjuvant class produced by Anhui Huaxin Biotechnology limited; the peppermint oil is medicinal adjuvant peppermint oil with purity of 78% produced by Anhui Huaxin Biotechnology limited.
