Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a paste for removing putrefaction and promoting tissue regeneration for treating scalds and burns.
Background
In daily household life, water and fire scald and burn are not prevented quickly, high-temperature and strong-heat substances such as boiling water, steam, boiling oil, burning fire and the like are dripped and splashed on a human body, a light person hurts the skin, local flushing and pain occur, and then blisters occur, so that the skin is red and swollen, the skin is broken and the meat is rotten, the pain is hard to endure, and then the blisters are broken and the meat is rotten and hard to take off; serious patients are also accompanied with general symptoms and are mostly in unconsciousness, which brings great pain and mental stimulation to the patients and even endangers life.
At present, most of the traditional Chinese medicine preparations for treating scalds and burns are ointment formulations, for example, CN 103356774A discloses a scald and burn ointment which is prepared by grinding 100g of rhubarb, 60 g of calcined calamine and 10g of garden burnet root into powder and adding a proper amount of water to decoct the ointment. The medicine has the effects of relieving pain, controlling infection and promoting granulation, but because the medicine is directly smeared on the wound, germs and dirt in the air can greatly influence the medicine effect, and the medicine effect is volatilized quickly, so that the treatment effect is influenced. In addition, the affected part of the scald and burn often has symptoms of fever, gall, skin ulceration and the like, and brings serious pain to the patient. The traditional Chinese medicine ointment can not take effect comprehensively, and can remove the putrefaction, promote tissue regeneration, reduce swelling and dissipate heat, so that patients have great pain in the treatment process; the skin is slowly scabbed and easy to scar.

1. General data
1.1 patient data: from 2010 to 2016, 10 months, the total of 218 patients with burns and scalds are treated in our places, and the treatment is divided into the following cases according to the degrees of the burns and scalds: 97 cases of I degree scalds and burns, 85 cases of superficial II degree scalds and burns, 31 cases of deep II degree scalds and burns and 5 cases of III degree scalds and burns; dividing according to the age: 22 patients of 1-12 years old, 38 patients of 13-18 years old, 112 patients of 19-35 years old, 35 patients of 36-50 years old and 11 patients over 50 years old.
1.2 grading of scald and burn and symptom expression:
1.2.1 degree I scald and burn: the skin of the affected part is slightly red and swollen, has hot and painful feeling, feels hypersensitive and does not have blisters;
1.2.2 superficial II degree scald and burn: the affected part has severe skin pain, is allergic and has blisters, and after the blisters are pulled out, the wound surface is uniformly red, moist and obviously edematous;
1.2.3 deep II degree scald and burn: the injured skin has dull pain and no bubbles, the base is pale, red spots are arranged among the injured skin, and pain can be felt when the skin is plucked;
1.2.4 degree III scald and burn: the skin feeling disappears, no elasticity, dryness, no water bubble, white wax, yellow brown or carbonized, and no pain during depilation.
2. Method of treatment
2.1 the medication method comprises the following steps: the ointment is smeared on a single-layer gauze and is pasted on a wound surface, the smeared heat-clearing and detoxifying ointment is pasted on the outer layer and is fixed by an adhesive tape, a bandage is added for tight bandaging, the wound surface is prevented from being exposed during treatment, scar tissue regeneration is avoided, and the dressing change is carried out once every three days.
Note: the heat-clearing and detoxifying ointment is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicinal materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of rheum officinale, 20-30 parts of ampelopsis japonica, 20-30 parts of red paeony root, 15-25 parts of dandelion, 15-25 parts of airpotato yam rhizome, 15-25 parts of rabdosia rubescens, 16-24 parts of cortex dictamni, 16-24 parts of mangnolia officinalis, 950-1050 parts of honey, 16-18 parts of raw scutellaria baicalensis and 8-14 parts of liquorice.
2.2 notes: the patients with wound infection need debridement and disinfection, the patients without secretion (or wound without suppuration) need not debridement and disinfection, and the patients are strictly prohibited from eating greasy and spicy stimulating foods during the treatment period.
3. Therapeutic results
3.1 judging according to the degree of scalding and burning, see the following table 1.
TABLE 1 treatment results for the extent of scalds and burns
3.2 judged by age group, see table 2 below.
TABLE 2 treatment results for various age groups
4. Discussion of the related Art
From the above table 1, it can be seen that the total effective rate of the treatment according to the grade of scald and burn is more than 96.77%, wherein the total effective rate of the third-degree scald and burn is 100%, because the ages of the patients with the grade of scald and burn are 13-32 years old, and the repair function of the human tissue at this age is in the vigorous stage, so that the general scald and burn can be recovered during the drug compatibility treatment.
As can be seen from the above table 2, the total effective rates of the patients aged 5-13 years and over 50 years are 90.91% according to the distribution of the age groups, and the reason is that the self-repair capacity of the tissues and organs of the patients aged the age groups is obviously weakened, so that the treatment effect is obviously reduced.
In summary, the curative effect of the ointment of the invention is influenced by the self organ and tissue recovery ability of the patient during the actual treatment, and the treatment time is increased along with the increase of the age and the degree of scald and burn. And all cases have no infection in the treatment process, which shows that the ointment can effectively control the infection. In addition, the patients are tracked and investigated in the later treatment period, and the skin recovers as before after the treatment without any scar.
