The invention relates to the technical field of Chinese herbal medicines, in particular to a Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation for treating eczema and a using method thereof.
Background
Eczema is a common skin disease, and the prevalence rate of eczema in general people in China is 7.5%, and the prevalence rate in America is 10.7%. In the south of Shanghai, yangtze and near the sea, the special geographical position of the Shanghai creates the climate. When the dampness is serious, eczema is easy to generate, and the dampness is serious, is easy to prolong and is difficult to cure, and belongs to common diseases which are difficult to cure. The disease is lingering and difficult to cure, the clinical treatment is troublesome, the physical and mental health of the patient is greatly influenced, the life quality of the patient is reduced, and severe patients can suffer from pruritus and insomnia. At present, the western medicine mainly treats the symptoms such as antihistamine medicines, glucocorticoid and astringent, protective preparations, and the like, can take effect in a short time, but is easy to generate drug dependence and has certain side effect. Therefore, finding safe and effective eczema treatment methods is a current research hotspot. And the occurrence of the traditional Chinese medicine wet compress well fills the effective treatment of eczema. At present, the clinical wet compress treatment of eczema has satisfied curative effect.

The exemplary effects of the therapeutic effects are shown in Table 1 below
TABLE 1
As can be seen from the comparative data in Table 1, the skin damage of the patients is obviously reduced after the medicine is applied to the affected part. The present invention can be safely used in the affected parts (such as the face, the breast, the periphery of the external genitalia, the parts close to the mucosa, etc.) where the hormone external medicine cannot be used. And follow-up for 3 months after use, only 2 cases recurred. The method has obvious advancement in both effects and application range.
Typical cases are as follows:
1. liu Jie, male, age 44. Initial diagnosis in 12 months and 2 days in 2020. The erythema and desquamation of both feet and palms of both hands of a patient are accompanied by pruritus for more than 2 years, the pruritus is repeated, small blisters appear seriously, the pruritus is serious, the skin damage is hypertrophic after repeated scratching and becomes lichenification, and the itching is particularly serious when the patient enters the night, thus the sleep is seriously influenced. The externally applied hormone ointment is used by oneself, and the disease is effective when the ointment is used, and the disease recurs after the ointment is stopped. The patients were first diagnosed that the itching was slightly relieved after 3 weeks of self-decoction and wet-dressing according to example 1 of the present invention, but the itching became worse after the night. Considering that the patient suffers from a long-term disease, the disease is aggravated in the night, the diseased position is already affected by the blood, and the patient is treated as both qi and blood. After the invention is used for 4 weeks, the skin damage is reduced and the pruritus is relieved. After 2 months of use, the skin lesion part basically recovers, and only a small amount of color is left.
2. Zhu Chi, woman, 50 years old. Initial diagnosis in 10 months and 13 days in 2020. The patients have no obvious reason for reddish erythema multiforme on limbs and trunk 1 year ago, and pruritus is mild and severe. After the patient uses the medicine of the invention in the embodiment 1 and is matched with antihistamine medicine, the pruritus of the patient is reduced, and after the patient is matched with the intermittent use for half a year, the patient has no relapse after the follow-up visit for 3 months.
3. Lie, male, 72 years old. First diagnosis in 2 days 6 month in 2020. Erythema pimple, pruritus and exudation are generated around the anus and in the groin of the patient, the patient has repeated attack and cannot tolerate the erythema pimple, and the condition is difficult to heal because the ointment containing hormone is not suitable for being used near the genital mucosa. After 2 weeks of hip bath of example 1 of the present invention, itching was reduced and exudation was reduced. And the patient has no discomfort and no irritation to mucous membrane after use. After 2 months of use, the skin damage is obviously reduced, and no liquid seepage occurs.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles and broad features of the present invention and advantages thereof. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
