Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating paronychia and a using method thereof.
Background
Paronychia refers to a suppurative infection of soft tissues around the nail, and is caused by the growth and reproduction of bacteria which invade the skin under the skin through the minimally invasive lesions of the paraungual skin. Paronychia and onychomycosis can not be cured by self, and suppuration can occur after a long time. Failure to treat the nail for a long period of time can cause severe deformity, resulting in nail bed destruction, and ultimately nail defects, and even loss of nails in severe cases. At present, most of treatment methods for paronychia require nail-removal operation in a hospital, a nail bed is exposed after nail-removal, nursing is inconvenient, a new nail grows for 36 months again, the possibility of reoccurrence of the paronychia cannot be avoided after the new nail is generated, generally, the whole nail or toenail needs to be removed, so that the paronychia can be better cured, but the treatment method causes great pain to a patient, and tissues attached to the nail or toenail are easily infected due to the lack of nail or toenail protection in the recovery process of the patient.
Although the diagnosis and treatment of the paronychia are improved at present, and related research is deepened day by day, the paronychia is still a chronic disease in clinical treatment and still has the characteristics of high morbidity and high recurrence rate, so that the pain of patients and the trouble of doctors are increased, and the problem cannot be fundamentally solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating paronychia, which has a good treatment effect and no side effect, and a using method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating paronychia comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-1 part of hemp extract, 3-10 parts of cactus, 5-15 parts of green tea extract, 8-20 parts of coptis extract and 0.5-1 part of cinnamon extract.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating paronychia comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5 part of hemp extract, 5 parts of cactus, 8 parts of green tea extract, 9 parts of coptis extract and 0.5 part of cinnamon extract.
Preferably, the content of cannabidiol in the cannabis leaf extract is > 50%, and the content of tetrahydrocannabinol is < 0.3%.
Preferably, the content of tea polyphenol in the green tea extract is more than or equal to 80 percent, and the content of berberine hydrochloride in the green tea extract is more than or equal to 10 percent.
Preferably, the content of cinnamon polyphenol in the cinnamon extract is more than or equal to 30%.
The medicinal principle of each component in the traditional Chinese medicine composition is as follows:
cannabis leaf extract: a general name of cannabinoid and terpenoid extracted from industrial cannabis is obtained by separation and purification. The cannabidiol which is the main active component in the cannabis leaf extract has good effects of sterilization, inflammation diminishing, itching relieving and pain relieving, and has broad-spectrum sterilization capability on various bacteria and fungi.
Cactus: has effects in promoting qi and blood circulations, clearing away heat and toxic materials, cooling blood, stopping bleeding, clearing lung-heat, and relieving cough.
Green tea: has the effects of scavenging free radicals, resisting oxidation, inhibiting bacteria, relieving inflammation, inhibiting tumor, and absorbing ultraviolet.
Coptis chinensis: bitter in property and cold in nature. It enters heart, spleen, stomach, liver, gallbladder and large intestine meridians. The functions are as follows: clear heat and dry dampness, purge fire and remove toxicity. Has antibacterial effect on various gram positive and negative bacteria in vitro, wherein the antibacterial effect on hemolytic streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio cholerae and Streptococcus type B is strong, and the antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhi is weak.
Cinnamon: pungent, sweet and big heat. It enters kidney, spleen, heart and liver meridians. Has effects in tonifying fire, supporting yang, inducing fire, dispelling cold, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation, and dredging collaterals, and can be used for treating sexual impotence, cold womb, lumbago, knee psychroalgia, asthma due to kidney deficiency, yang deficiency giddiness, conjunctival congestion pharyngalgia, cold pain of heart and abdomen, deficiency cold vomiting and diarrhea, cold hernia, galloping, amenorrhea, and dysmenorrhea.
The invention also aims to provide a using method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating paronychia, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing hemp extract, green tea extract, coptis extract and cinnamon extract according to the weight parts, and uniformly mixing;
(2) removing thorns from fresh cactus, pounding into paste, squeezing, adding into the ointment obtained in step (1), and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain traditional Chinese medicine ointment;
(3) and (3) the affected part is disinfected conventionally, then the traditional Chinese medicine ointment in the step (2) is applied, and the affected part is covered or bandaged by gauze and is replaced 1 time every day.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating paronychia consists of a hemp extract, cactus, a green tea extract, a coptis extract and a cinnamon extract, wherein cannabidiol contained in the hemp extract has the functions of diminishing inflammation and easing pain; the Coptidis rhizoma extract has effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials; radix et caulis Opuntiae Dillenii has effects in removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation; the green tea extract has antibacterial and antioxidant effects; the cinnamon extract can promote blood circulation and promote menstruation; the traditional Chinese medicines interact with each other, and have the effects of sterilizing or inhibiting various suppurative bacteria; simultaneously, the composition has antiseptic and antipyretic effects, can reduce permeability of capillary vessel, dilate blood vessel, reduce blood vessel pressure, reduce exudation, relieve and prevent tissue degeneration and necrosis, shorten and relieve the sustained action of pathogenic factors and the stimulation of metabolite, and prevent and eliminate hyperplasia; the added cannabis extract also has analgesic effect, and can relieve pain caused by irritation of inflammatory mediators such as nerve ending and metabolite, vasoactive amine, and skin irritation due to inflammatory exudate compression.
(2) When the Chinese medicinal composition is used, the fresh cactus is despun, smashed and squeezed to obtain juice, and then is mixed with other Chinese medicinal extracts, so that the capability of killing fungi can be improved to the maximum extent.
(3) The traditional Chinese medicine composition has scientific compatibility, simple use, quick curative effect and short treatment course. The comprehensive effects of the traditional Chinese medicines are adopted to treat mycosis and aseptic inflammation, no toxic or side effect is caused, and no damage is caused to skin.
