Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an antibacterial and antiviral liquid medicine and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Viruses are a much smaller class of pathogens than bacteria, which are widely distributed in nature and can invade the human body through different pathways to cause disease. Lesions of the skin mucosa caused by viruses are known as viral skin diseases. The virus has special preference to different tissues of human body, so that the virus skin diseases caused by the virus are various, and common diseases include herpes simplex, herpes zoster, varicella, flat wart, verruca vulgaris, molluscum contagiosum, measles, rubella, herpesangina, hand-foot-mouth disease and the like. In addition to this bacteria are also prone to skin diseases. Various kinds of skin diseases caused by trichomonas vaginitis, mycotic vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis, bacterial, fungal and viral infections bring about a great deal of pain to patients suffering from skin diseases.
The skin diseases caused by the problems are not ideal in terms of the curative effect of the skin diseases, whether western medicines with various side effects and high cost exist or the traditional Chinese medicines exist. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a formulation having an outstanding therapeutic effect on skin diseases.

Experimental example
80 SD rats with the 2-3 weeks of age, the weight of each half of the male and female rats is 120-130g, the weight difference of the same test is not more than 10g, and the rats are adaptively bred for one week. Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group having the same number of male and female, and the antibacterial and antiviral drug solutions and physiological saline prepared in example 3, example 8, and comparative example 1 were used for experiments.
Removing hair on two sides of the back of the spine of a rat by using 8% sodium sulfide before an experiment, rubbing the epidermis with sterile sand paper to generate a bleeding state, then smearing the trichophyton rubrum stock solution on the hairless part of the rat, continuously smearing 1mL of the stock solution each time for 7 days, scraping dander at an inoculation place every day, softening by using 10% potassium hydroxide until the hyphae of the trichophyton rubrum are observed by microscopic examination, and obtaining the successful molding. The rats of each group were then smeared with the corresponding antibacterial and antiviral drug solution/physiological saline in the morning and evening, 1mL of each time, and after the administration, the site inoculated with each group of guinea pigs was scraped every other day, and after the administration for 7 days, the skin conditions of the rats were as shown in table 1.
Recovery was good: the skin has no infection and no scab.
Recovery is better: the skin is reddish, and has no scab.
Recovery is general: the skin became red and crusted in large amounts.
Recovery was poor: the skin is damaged greatly, large-area and massive dandruff forms a scab, and local hair falls off.
