Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to an antibacterial and antiviral liquid medicine and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Viruses are a class of pathogens that are smaller than bacteria, are widely distributed in nature, and can invade the human body through different routes to cause diseases. The pathological changes of the skin mucosa caused by viruses are called viral skin diseases. The virus has special preference for different tissues of a human body, so the types of viral skin diseases caused by the virus are various, and the common diseases comprise herpes simplex, herpes zoster, chicken pox, flat wart, verruca vulgaris, molluscum contagiosum, measles, rubella, herpangina, hand-foot-and-mouth disease and the like. In addition, bacteria also cause skin diseases. Various skin diseases caused by trichomonas vaginitis, colpitis mycotica, bacterial vaginosis, fungal and viral infection bring much pain to patients with skin diseases.
However, the skin diseases caused by the problems are not ideal in the treatment effect of the skin diseases, no matter Western medicines or traditional Chinese medicines which have many side effects and high cost. Therefore, a preparation having an excellent therapeutic effect on skin diseases is urgently required.

Examples of the experiments
80 SD rats with 2-3 weeks of age are selected, the weight of each SD rat is half of that of each SD rat, the weight of each SD rat is 120-130g, the weight difference of the same test is not more than 10g, and the SD rats are bred adaptively for one week. The rats were divided into 4 groups at random, each group having the same number of males and females, and the rats were tested with the antibacterial and antiviral solutions prepared in examples 3 and 8 and comparative example 1, respectively, and with physiological saline.
Before the experiment, hairs on two sides of the back of the rat spine are removed by 8% sodium sulfide, the skin is rubbed by sterile sand paper to be in a bleeding state, the trichophyton rubrum stock solution is smeared to the hairless part of the rat, 1mL of the stock solution is smeared for 7 days continuously, the skin scraps at the inoculated part are scraped every day, and after the stock solution is softened by 10% potassium hydroxide, the hypha of the trichophyton rubrum is observed through microscopic examination, namely the molding success is achieved. The rats of each group were further smeared with the corresponding antibacterial and antiviral liquid medicine/physiological saline every morning and evening, 1mL of the liquid medicine/physiological saline was smeared each time, the skin of the inoculated part of each group of guinea pigs was scraped every other day after the administration and observed by microscopic examination, and the skin conditions of the rats 7 days after the administration were as shown in table 1.
Good recovery: the skin has no infection and scab.
The recovery is better: the skin is reddish and has no scab.
The recovery is general: the skin turns red and scabs are abundant.
Poor recovery: large skin damage, large area of nodular dandruff, scabbing, and local hair loss.
