Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal medicines, and particularly relates to a composition for chronic eczema of pigs and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In pig raising production, due to factors such as poor pigsty sanitation, dark and damp, poor ventilation, parasitic infection, malnutrition, abnormal metabolism and the like, the skin diseases of pigs can be caused, wherein eczema is one of the common skin diseases of the pigs, is an allergic reaction of epidermis and dermal epithelium caused by sensitizers, and has very complex etiology and pathogenesis. Acute eczema is developed into flat papules under the jaw, under the abdomen and on the inner side of thighs, part of the papules can be developed into blisters, pustules and even ulcers can be formed after infection, although the papules are not infectious, the infected pigs are usually scratched on the wall and on the trees to relieve itching, so that the pigs are fallen off by hairs, locally infected or eroded to be suppurative, lack of appetite, retarded or stopped growth and development of the pigs and great harm to pig raising production. The acute eczema-suffering pig can be cured after treatment, but pustules formed by suppurative infection can be converted into chronic eczema if the treatment is not in time, so that the inflammation spreads deep, the disease course is long in duration and easy to recur, the suffering pig is extremely itchy and difficult to sleep and eat, lichenification and depilation occur, the skin is thickened, and the growth and development of the suffering pig are seriously influenced.
At present, the treatment methods of chronic eczema are mostly injection or oral antibiotics, skin medicine inunction and the like, and have long treatment course, poor treatment effect and easy relapse. The long-term use of antibiotics can cause the body to generate drug resistance to reduce the curative effect, and the risk of causing disability, teratogenesis and defect exists, and meanwhile, the residue of the antibiotics in the pig body can cause food safety hidden trouble.
