Description

External traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating mite dermatitis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a dermatology externally-used traditional Chinese medicine; more particularly relates to an external traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating mite dermatitis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Mite dermatitis is dermatitis caused by mites biting or contacting secretions of the mites, belongs to one of common diseases of dermatology, and is frequently generated by farmers contacting crops in summer and autumn. The onset of mite dermatitis is mainly rural children and teenagers in 3-9 months per year, and the onset is closely related to climate environmental factors of damp-heat and yin toxicity. Farmers who contact wheat, corn and weeds are particularly high-risk crowds, infants are susceptible to the disease generally, and the infectivity among family members is strong. After the skin is bitten by mites, the skin damage is manifested as a bright red to bright red spot rash, which is prone to pruritus and burning sensation, aggravates at night, and easily occurs on the neck, face and limbs, thus seriously affecting the sleep and physical and mental health of patients. Most western medicine treatments employ antihistamine, anti-infective treatments, and most patients, especially infants, are reluctant to receive this treatment regimen by their families.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a Chinese medicinal preparation which is simple and convenient to use, obvious in effect, safe and low in price and a preparation method thereof, and can be used for treating mite dermatitis and skin diseases such as allergic dermatitis, dermatitis herpetiformis, eczema, skin pruritus and the like caused by mite infection.
Therefore, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a topical Chinese medicinal composition for the treatment of mite dermatitis is prepared from fructus Xanthii, kochiae fructus, cortex Meliae, rhizoma Bolbostematis, coptidis rhizoma, rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, dried Alumen and Mentholum as raw materials.
Further, the raw material medicinal materials are proportioned according to the following parts by weight:
10 to 20 portions of cocklebur fruit, 20 to 40 portions of broom cypress fruit, 15 to 30 portions of chinaberry bark, 10 to 20 portions of rhizoma bolbostemmae, 10 to 20 portions of coptis root, 10 to 20 portions of glabrous greenbrier rhizome, 6 to 12 portions of dried alum and 3 to 6 portions of menthol.
A preparation method of an external traditional Chinese medicine for treating mite dermatitis takes the traditional Chinese medicine composition as a raw material, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) Taking the granules of cocklebur fruit, belvedere fruit, chinaberry bark, bolbostemma paniculatum, coptis and glabrous greenbrier rhizome according to the parts by weight;
2) Taking dried alum according to the weight parts and grinding; uniformly mixing the ground dried alum with the raw materials selected in the step 1);
3) Adding 20-30 ml of 0.9% physiological saline into the uniformly mixed material in the step 2), stirring until the mixture is thick paste, standing for more than 2 hours until the material is fully dissolved;
4) Adding 40-80 parts by weight of medical vaseline into the material obtained in the step 3) for mixing and melting;
taking menthol according to parts by weight; then 20 to 30ml of medical ethanol with the concentration of 75 percent is taken; adding into the mixed materials, and stirring to obtain ointment.
The efficacy and pharmacological action of the raw material medicine of the invention are as follows:

Chinese medicine dictionary: clearing heat, drying dampness, killing parasites, treating rubella and scabies. Rihuazi Bencao: it is indicated for wind-damp heat-toxin, rubella, sore, scabies and scabies.
The property, flavor and meridian tropism of paniculate Bolbostemma rhizome: bitter and slightly cold. It enters lung and liver meridians. The efficacy is as follows: dissipate stagnation and cure abscess. The herbal supplement: for sores and abscess and snake venom. . Pharmacological research proves that the tubeimoside has obvious anti-inflammatory and antiviral effects.
The nature, flavor and meridian tropism of coptis: bitter and cold. It enters heart, liver, stomach and large intestine meridians. The efficacy is as follows: clear heat and dry dampness, purge fire and remove toxicity. The Chinese medicine dictionary: purging fire, drying dampness, removing toxicity and killing parasites. It is indicated for abscess, deep-rooted carbuncle, sore and eczema. The materia Medica is in the future: bitter and cold. For abscess, deep-rooted carbuncle, sore and scabies, malnutrition and ascarid removal. Pharmacological research proves that berberine in rhizoma Coptidis has strong antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, and decoction and water extract thereof have inhibitory effect on various dermatophytes, and can accelerate wound healing.
Rhizoma smilacis glabrae property flavor meridian tropism: sweet and bland, neutral. Meridian tropism: the liver, stomach and spleen meridians. The efficacy is as follows: to remove dampness and remove toxicity. Compendium of materia Medica: for spasm and pain of bones, malignant sore, carbuncle and swelling, and removing mercury toxicity.
