Abstract
The invention discloses a water aqua facial mask, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 82.4 to 99.3 percent of tremella dendrobium extractive solution, 0.00 to 10.00 percent of humectant, 0.05 to 2.5 percent of preservative, 0.02 to 0.10 percent of chelating agent and 0.00 to 5.00 percent of skin feel regulator, wherein the preparation process of the tremella dendrobium extractive solution comprises the following steps: 1, 1:1 to 5: soaking tremella and dendrobium nobile in water according to the weight ratio of 1, washing, and extracting under the conditions of the extraction pressure of 40-130 KPa, the extraction temperature of 105-125 ℃ and the extraction time of 1-4 hours to obtain tremella dendrobium nobile extract. The facial mask liquid of the facial mask disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the skin feel is improved by adding the tremella dendrobium nobile extract, meanwhile, the skin affinity, the fitting property and the like of the facial mask cloth are improved, the whole facial mask achieves the effect of excellent skin feel, and the aqueous facial mask also has good moisturizing effect and can obviously improve the skin elasticity and the glossiness.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a water aqua facial mask.
Background
The facial mask is a product which is coated or applied on the surface of human skin, is removed, scrubbed or reserved after a period of time and has the function of concentrated nursing or cleaning. According to the types of products, the facial mask is mainly divided into a facial mask, a pasty facial mask, a gel facial mask and a powder facial mask, wherein the facial mask occupies more than 80% of the facial mask market. The facial mask can be used for rapidly supplementing water and moisturizing, and has good effects on repairing after sun exposure, supplementing water and calming. The Chinese herbal medicine is popular because of convenient use and obvious efficacy.
The face mask is a type of a patch product to be applied on the face for 10 to 15 minutes, and thus its use comfort and skin feel are properties of great concern to consumers. The facial mask is formed by combining facial mask cloth and facial mask liquid, and the using feeling of the facial mask is directly related to both the facial mask cloth and the facial mask liquid. The materials of the film-sticking base cloth (hereinafter referred to as 'mask cloth') on the market mainly comprise hydrogel, silk, tencel, biological fiber, bamboo charcoal fiber, pure cotton fiber, viscose fiber, cuprammonium fiber, long carbon fiber, chitosan fiber and the like. At present, most of facial mask products on the market can achieve a certain beautifying and skin care effect, but the comfort and skin-friendly feeling of the facial mask products can not meet the demands of consumers.
Chinese patent CN106236631B discloses a facial mask liquid for brightening skin color comprising: 1.65 to 7.2 percent of brightening composition, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of chelating agent, 0.02 to 0.1 percent of neutralizing agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of acrylic acid (esters)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of xanthan gum, 5.1 to 17.8 percent of humectant and the balance of deionized water, wherein the brightening composition is selected from the combination of more than two substances in nicotinamide, acetylglucosamine, carnosine and dendrobium extract, and contains nicotinamide and acetylglucosamine. The facial mask liquid not only has excellent deep moisturizing effect, but also has obvious even color and brightening effect on dark and matt and yellow complexion, so that the skin is more similar to a natural brightening state; chinese patent CN106727148A discloses a dendrobium candidum moisturizing repair mask comprising: the A phase component comprises a humectant, a preservative, a thickener, sodium hyaluronate and water, and the B phase component comprises dendrobium candidum extract, american ginseng root extract, a cosolvent and water, and the mask has strong yin nourishing effect and strong water locking capability. Although the above document discloses that the dendrobium mask liquid has the effects of whitening and moisturizing, whether the mask liquid can improve the comfort and skin-friendly feeling of the mask or not is not studied.
The development of the plant component skin-friendly water aqua facial mask can well solve the requirements of consumers on comfort and skin-friendly feel of facial mask products on the market.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the water aqua facial mask with plant components for improving the skin-friendly property of facial mask cloth, and the facial mask liquid of the facial mask is added with the tremella dendrobium extract liquid for improving the skin feel, and simultaneously improving the skin-friendly property, the fitting property and the like of the facial mask cloth, so that the whole facial mask achieves the effect of excellent skin feel.

soaking tremella and dendrobium nobile in water in a certain weight ratio, and then washing and extracting to obtain tremella dendrobium nobile extract;
in the extracting step, the extracting pressure is 40-130 KPa; the extraction temperature is 105-125 ℃; the extraction time is 1-4 h.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
according to the aqueous facial mask disclosed by the invention, the tremella dendrobium extract is prepared by adding the aqueous facial mask disclosed by the invention, so that the skin feel is improved, and meanwhile, the skin affinity, the fitting property and the like of the facial mask cloth are improved, so that the effect of extremely good skin feel of the whole facial mask is achieved.
The aqueous facial mask also has good moisturizing effect, and can remarkably improve skin elasticity and glossiness.

Example 1
The preparation method of the tremella dendrobium extract comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing tremella 20 g and dendrobium 20 g (tremella: dendrobium=1:1);
(2) Soaking the tremella dendrobium mixture in water at 20-30 ℃ for 0.5-h, and then washing;
(3) Extracting: 2000 mL water is added, namely the feed liquid ratio is 1:50, extracting the mixture at 70 KPa and 115 ℃ to obtain 3 h;
(4) And (3) filtering: filtering the extract with 100 mesh filter cloth; obtaining the tremella dendrobium extract.
Example 2
(1) Weighing tremella 20 g and dendrobium 10 g (tremella: dendrobium=2:1);
(2) Soaking the tremella dendrobium mixture in water at 20-30 ℃ for 0.5-h, and then washing;
(3) Extracting: 2100 and mL water was added, i.e. feed to liquid ratio 1:70, extracting the mixture at 70 KPa and 115 ℃ to obtain 3 h;
(4) And (3) filtering: filtering the extract with 200 mesh filter cloth; obtaining the tremella dendrobium extract.
Example 3
(1) Weighing tremella 20 g and dendrobium 5 g (tremella: dendrobium=4:1);
(2) Soaking the tremella dendrobium mixture in water at 20-30 ℃ for 0.5h, and then washing;
(3) Extracting: 720 mL water is added, namely the feed liquid ratio is 1:30, extracting the mixture at 70 KPa and 115 ℃ to obtain 3 h;
(4) And (3) filtering: filtering the extract with 100 mesh filter cloth; obtaining the tremella dendrobium extract.
Example 4
(1) Weighing tremella 20 g and dendrobium 4 g (tremella: dendrobium=5:1);
(2) Soaking the tremella dendrobium mixture in water at 20-30 ℃ for 1.5-h, and then washing;
(3) Extracting: 1250 and mL water is added, namely the feed liquid ratio is 1:50, extracting the mixture at 130 KPa and 125 ℃ to obtain 4 h;
(4) And (3) filtering: filtering the extract with 100 mesh filter cloth; obtaining the tremella dendrobium extract.
Example 5
(1) Weighing tremella 20 g and dendrobium 20 g (tremella: dendrobium=1:1);

Comparative example 5
The preparation method of the tremella dendrobium extract by the traditional water extraction method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing tremella 20 g and dendrobium 20 g (tremella: dendrobium=1:1);
(2) Soaking the tremella dendrobium mixture in water at 20-30 ℃ for 0.5-h, and then washing;
(3) Extracting: 2000 mL water is added, namely the feed liquid ratio is 1:50, extracting the mixture at the normal pressure of 80 ℃ to obtain 3 h;
(4) And (3) filtering: filtering the extract with 100 mesh filter cloth; obtaining the tremella dendrobium extract by the traditional water extraction method.
Comparative example 6
The preparation method of the dendrobium extract by the traditional water extraction method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing herba Dendrobii 20 g;
(2) Soaking dendrobium in water at 20-30 ℃ for 0.5-h, and then panning;
(3) Extracting: 1000 mL water is added, namely the feed liquid ratio is 1:50, extracting the mixture at the normal pressure of 80 ℃ to obtain 3 h;
(4) And (3) filtering: filtering the extract with 100 mesh filter cloth; obtaining the dendrobium extract by the traditional water extraction method.
Efficacy evaluation of tremella and dendrobium nobile extracts
1. Skin feel test of tremella and dendrobium nobile extract
Skin feel test: 30 women were recruited, aged 18-40 years, with dry skin, and 3 areas 1,2, 3 were drawn on the arm and samples 1,2, 3 were smeared, respectively. Scoring the skin feel after trial, wherein the score of each item is 5 points, and the more satisfied the score is, the higher the score is; in addition to sticky feel, the lower the score, the better.
Sample to be tested:

Fig. 1 is a skin feel comparison chart of a tested sample, and from five dimensions, the high-temperature and high-pressure tremella extract of the sample 2 is too thick, has obvious sticky feel, is sticky to feel, has poor skin feel and has stronger film forming feel. Compared with the sample 2 and the sample 3, the tremella dendrobium extractive solution prepared by the method can obviously improve the sticky feeling of tremella, so that the skin feeling is improved to a great extent, and the moistening feeling, the absorption speed and the slippery feeling of hands are improved to different degrees.
Fig. 2 is a diagram of skin-feel radar of different tremella dendrobe ratios (samples prepared in example 1, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2), and skin-feel is different according to different addition ratios. Compared with the comparative example, the tremella dendrobium extract prepared by the embodiment of the invention has obvious advantages in the aspects of absorption speed, slippery feeling on hands, moistening degree and sticky feeling.
The tremella dendrobium nobile extract prepared by the invention has obvious improvement on the skin feel of the obtained extract.
2. Free radical scavenging experiment of tremella and dendrobium extract
The free radical scavenging experimental method is as follows: prepared as 7 mmol.L -1 ABTS stock solution and 140 mmol.L -1 Potassium persulfate stock solution. A certain amount of 7 mmol.L -1 ABTS and 140 mmol.L -1 Potassium persulfate was mixed and allowed to stand at room temperature in the dark for a period of time to form ABTS radical stock solution. Taking a certain amount of ABTS free radical stock solution, diluting with 50% ethanol, and making final test negative control light absorptionThe value was 0.70.+ -. 0.02.
Diluting the tremella dendrobium extract prepared in the embodiment 1 into different concentration gradients, sequentially adding the test solution and the ABTS free radical stock solution, mixing uniformly by vortex, placing the mixture in an enzyme-labeled instrument for light-shielding incubation for a certain time, measuring the absorbance value of the mixture at the wavelength 734 nm by the enzyme-labeled instrument, and calculating the ABTS free radical clearance. As can be seen from fig. 3, the tremella dendrobium extract has high free radical removal rate.
Example 7 (Water aqua mask liquid)
