Efficacy evaluation of tremella and dendrobium nobile extracts
1. Skin feel test of tremella and dendrobium nobile extract
Skin feel test: 30 women were recruited, aged 18-40 years, with dry skin, and 3 areas 1,2, 3 were drawn on the arm and samples 1,2, 3 were smeared, respectively. Scoring the skin feel after trial, wherein the score of each item is 5 points, and the more satisfied the score is, the higher the score is; in addition to sticky feel, the lower the score, the better.
Sample to be tested:
sample 1 the method of example 1 prepares a tremella dendrobium extract;
sample 2 comparative example 3 tremella high temperature high pressure extract;
sample 3 comparative example 5 water extraction of tremella dendrobium extract.
Fig. 1 is a skin feel comparison chart of a tested sample, and from five dimensions, the high-temperature and high-pressure tremella extract of the sample 2 is too thick, has obvious sticky feel, is sticky to feel, has poor skin feel and has stronger film forming feel. Fig. 2 is a diagram of skin-feel radar of different tremella dendrobe ratios (samples prepared in example 1, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2), and skin-feel is different according to different addition ratios. Compared with the comparative example, the tremella dendrobium extract prepared by the embodiment of the invention has obvious advantages in the aspects of absorption speed, slippery feeling on hands, moistening degree and sticky feeling.
The tremella dendrobium nobile extract prepared by the invention has obvious improvement on the skin feel of the obtained extract.
2. Free radical scavenging experiment of tremella and dendrobium extract
The free radical scavenging experimental method is as follows: prepared as 7 mmol.L -1 ABTS stock solution and 140 mmol.L -1 Potassium persulfate stock solution. A certain amount of 7 mmol.L -1 ABTS and 140 mmol.L -1 Potassium persulfate was mixed and allowed to stand at room temperature in the dark for a period of time to form ABTS radical stock solution. Taking a certain amount of ABTS free radical stock solution, diluting with 50% ethanol, and making final test negative control light absorptionThe value was 0.70.+ -. 0.02.
Diluting the tremella dendrobium extract prepared in the embodiment 1 into different concentration gradients, sequentially adding the test solution and the ABTS free radical stock solution, mixing uniformly by vortex, placing the mixture in an enzyme-labeled instrument for light-shielding incubation for a certain time, measuring the absorbance value of the mixture at the wavelength 734 nm by the enzyme-labeled instrument, and calculating the ABTS free radical clearance. As can be seen from fig. 3, the tremella dendrobium extract has high free radical removal rate.
Example 7 (Water aqua mask liquid)
91.98 percent of tremella dendrobium extract (example 1), 1.00 percent of panthenol, 3.00 percent of glycerol, 2.00 percent of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.02 percent of sodium glucoheptonate, 1.00 percent of glycereth-26 and 1.00 percent of octanoyl hydroxamic acid/1, 2-hexanediol/1, 3-propanediol) are sequentially mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain the aqueous facial mask sticking mask liquid.
Example 8 (Water aqua mask liquid)
Mixing 92.47% of tremella herba dendrobii extract (example 1), 0.50% of phenoxyethanol/ethylhexyl glycerol, 3.00% of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.03% of EDTA disodium and 1.00% of panthenol in sequence, and stirring uniformly to obtain the aqueous facial mask sticking film liquid.
Example 9 (Water aqua mask liquid)
92.18% of tremella extract (example 1), 0.80% (glyceryl caprylate, octanoyl hydroxamic acid, 1, 2-pentanediol/1, 2-hexanediol), 3.00% of glycerin, 2.00% of butanediol, 0.02% of Crodaquest A300, 2.00% of EG-1 and the like are sequentially mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain the aqueous facial mask liquid.
Example 10 (Water aqua mask liquid)
Mixing 90.48% of tremella herba dendrobii extract (example 1), 1.00% of panthenol, 3.00% of glycerol, 2.00% of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.02% of sodium glucoheptonate, 1.00% of glycerolyether-26, 2.00% of 1, 2-pentanediol and 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol in sequence, and stirring uniformly to obtain the aqueous facial mask liquid.
Example 11 (mask liquid containing 40% Tremella dendrobe extract)
Mixing 40% of tremella herba dendrobii extract (example 1), 2.5% (1, 2-pentanediol/1, 2-hexanediol), 3.00% of glycerin, 2.00% of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.02% of Crodaquest A300, 1.00% of EG-1 and 1.00% of panthenol and the balance of deionized water in sequence, and stirring uniformly to obtain the aqueous facial mask liquid.
Example 12 (mask liquid containing 70% Tremella dendrobe extract)
Mixing 70% of tremella herba dendrobii extract (example 1), 2.5% (1, 2-pentanediol/1, 2-hexanediol), 3.00% of glycerin, 2.00% of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.02% of Crodaquest A300, 1.00% of EG-1 and 1.00% of panthenol and the balance of deionized water in sequence, and stirring uniformly to obtain the aqueous mask liquid.
Example 13 (mask liquid containing 90% extract of Tremella Dendrobium nobile)
Mixing 90% of tremella herba dendrobii extract (example 1), 2.5% (1, 2-pentanediol/1, 2-hexanediol), 3.00% of glycerol, 2.00% of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.02% of Crodaquest A300, 1.00% of EG-1 and 1.00% of panthenol and the balance of deionized water in sequence, and stirring uniformly to obtain the aqueous mask film liquid.
Comparative example 7 (commercial mask lotion)
The full components of the commercially available moisturizing mask are as follows: water, glycerol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, betaine, p-hydroxyacetophenone, sodium citrate, citric acid, hydroxyethyl cellulose, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, sodium alginate, sodium hyaluronate, ascorbyl glucoside, 1, 2-pentanediol, rye (SECALE CEREALE) seed extract, dipeptide diamino Ding Xianbian-yl amide diacetate and essence.
