2) Boiling 100mL milk, removing milk skin, continuously removing milk skin for 3 times, cooling to 37 deg.C, adding trypsin 0.3g with specific activity of 250U/mg, keeping the temperature for 60min, boiling for 6min, and inactivating enzyme to obtain hydrolysate of skimmed milk.
3) Mixing the aqueous extract of the dendrobium, the aqueous extract of the tremella and the hydrolysate of the skim milk, fixing the volume to 1L, and sterilizing to obtain the dendrobium beautifying fluid provided by the invention.
Example 3
1) Taking 50g of dendrobium, crushing or slicing, soaking 10g of tremella, cleaning, putting the dendrobium and the tremella in 1L of purified water, and decocting for 2h to obtain an aqueous extract of dendrobium and an aqueous extract of tremella.
2) Boiling 120mL milk, removing milk skin, continuously removing milk skin for 3 times, cooling to 37 deg.C, adding trypsin 0.36g with specific activity of 250U/mg, keeping the temperature for 60min, boiling for 6min, and inactivating enzyme to obtain hydrolysate of skimmed milk.
3) Mixing the aqueous extract of the dendrobium, the aqueous extract of the tremella and the hydrolysate of the skim milk, fixing the volume to 1L, and sterilizing to obtain the dendrobium beautifying fluid provided by the invention.
Comparative example 1
1) Taking 5g of dendrobium, crushing or slicing, soaking 1.5g of tremella, cleaning, putting the dendrobium and the tremella in 1L of purified water, and decocting for 2h to obtain a dendrobium water extract and a tremella water extract.
2) Boiling 25mL milk, removing milk skin, continuously removing milk skin for 3 times, cooling to 37 deg.C, adding trypsin 0.075g with specific activity of 250U/mg, keeping the temperature for 60min, boiling for 6min, and inactivating enzyme to obtain hydrolysate of skimmed milk.
3) Mixing the above herba Dendrobii water extract, Tremella water extract and hydrolysate of skimmed milk, diluting to 1L, and sterilizing to obtain herba Dendrobii skin caring liquid.
Comparative example 2
1) Crushing or slicing 65g of dendrobium, soaking 10g of tremella, cleaning, putting the dendrobium and the tremella into 1L of purified water, and decocting for 2h to obtain an aqueous extract of dendrobium and an aqueous extract of tremella.
2) Boiling 120mL milk, removing milk skin, continuously removing milk skin for 3 times, cooling to 37 deg.C, adding trypsin 0.36g with specific activity of 250U/mg, keeping the temperature for 60min, boiling for 6min, and inactivating enzyme to obtain hydrolysate of skimmed milk.
3) Mixing the above herba Dendrobii water extract, Tremella water extract and hydrolysate of skimmed milk, diluting to 1L, and sterilizing to obtain herba Dendrobii skin caring liquid.
The present invention is further illustrated by the following detailed description and functional studies.
The cosmetic liquids obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were tried by 36 persons, respectively, aged between 30 and 55 years.
Soaking the facial mask paper in 25ml of beauty solution, applying face with the facial mask paper soaked with the beauty solution for 15min after a probative face is washed, taking off the facial mask paper, washing the face with clear water, and then protecting the skin by a conventional method.
According to the evaluation of testers on the smell of the beauty fluid, the comfort level of the face application and the improvement of the skin after use in the process of the mask test, the good evaluation rate is recorded. The evaluation criteria are as follows:
regarding the odor: the beauty lotion is not pungent and gives off light fragrance; the beauty liquid feels sharp, has thick taste and is not good in faint scent;
with respect to comfort: the beauty lotion does not irritate the skin, has good permeability, does not block pores, and has good skin relaxation and free breathing; the feeling cosmetic liquid is slightly irritating to the skin and prevents the skin from freely breathing;
the skin improvement effect is as follows: the whole skin of the beauty liquid becomes moist after the beauty liquid is used, the skin color becomes uniform, and the moisturizing effect is good; the whole skin is not greatly improved after the beauty liquid is used, and the water replenishing effect is not good;
the results are shown in Table 1.

The typical cases of the trial personnel are as follows:
the facial skin has fine wrinkles, the pores of the forehead and the alar nose are obvious, the face is moisturized by soaking the facial mask paper in the beauty solution in the embodiment 2 once in three days, the face is kept for 15 minutes, and after 30 days, the wrinkles on the face are obviously thinned and lightened visually, and meanwhile, the skin is elastic and glossy and has better plumpness and firmness.
Xxx, female, age 43, the skin of the face becomes black and thick due to sun exposure and radiation of computers and the like, the face is moisturized by the beauty fluid of the embodiment 2 by using facial mask paper once in three days, the face is kept for 15 minutes, direct sunlight is avoided in the daytime, and after 60 days, the skin becomes obviously white, and the skin color is uniform, tight, smooth and elastic.
Xxx, female, age 41, rough facial skin with pockmarks, the facial skin of the beauty lotion of example 3 was soaked with facial mask paper once every three days to moisturize the face for 15 minutes, after 30 days, the facial skin became thin significantly, and after 60 days, the dry and dull condition of the facial skin was effectively improved.
As can be seen from table 1, the cosmetic liquids obtained in both comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 had a low percentage of the improvement effect on the skin, and 15 out of 36 testers had a scratchy feeling when the cosmetic liquid of comparative example 2 was applied.
The odor of the cosmetic liquid prepared in 3 examples was evaluated by 36 testers.
The comfort of the face application of the beauty solutions prepared in examples 1 and 2 was evaluated, except that 1 person felt thin, the beauty solutions were likely to flow down the face, and the comfort of the face application was poor. The comfort level of the face applied with the beauty liquid prepared in example 3 was evaluated that 3 testers had slight itching feeling and the comfort level was not good enough.
The effective rate for improving skin was found to be high among 36 testers, 33, 35 and 34, respectively, and the cosmetic liquid applied surfaces obtained in examples 1, 2 and 3 were considered to have excellent moisturizing and repairing effects.
Therefore, the dendrobium beautifying fluid has the effects of nourishing skin cells, promoting the natural generation of collagen and elastin, homogenizing skin color, enhancing the water retention performance of skin cells, achieving the purposes of keeping skin moist and resisting aging, increasing the smoothness and elasticity of skin, and enabling the skin to be soft, smooth, fine and elastic.
Claims (8)
1. A composition comprises herba Dendrobii extract, Tremella extract and hydrolysate of skimmed milk as effective components;
the dendrobium extract is an aqueous extract of dendrobium;
the tremella extract is an aqueous extract of tremella;
the hydrolysate of skimmed milk is obtained by hydrolyzing skimmed milk with trypsin.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein: the composition consists of the dendrobium extract, the tremella extract, hydrolysate of skimmed milk and water;
wherein the dosage ratio of the dendrobium, the tremella and the milk is 10-50 g: 3-10 g: 50-120mL, specifically 20-40 g: 5-8 g: 80-100 mL;
the water consumption is the volume consumption of water needed for fixing the volume of the hydrolysate of the dendrobium extract, the tremella extract and the skim milk to 1L.
3. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the aqueous extract of dendrobium nobile is prepared by the method comprising the following steps: decocting the sliced or crushed dendrobium with water to obtain an aqueous extract of the dendrobium;
the mass ratio of the dendrobium to water is specifically 10-50 g: 1L, preferably 20-40 g: 1L;
in the decocting step, the decocting time is 1-3h, more specifically 2 h.
4. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the aqueous extract of the tremella is prepared by the method comprising the following steps: decocting the tremella soaked in water with water to obtain an aqueous extract of the tremella;
in the decocting step, the mass ratio of the tremella to water is 3-10 g: 1L, preferably 5-8 g: 1L;
the decocting time is 1-3h, more specifically 2 h.
5. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the hydrolysate of the skim milk is prepared by the method comprising the following steps: boiling milk, removing milk skin, cooling to 35-40 deg.C, adding trypsin, keeping the temperature for 40-80min, boiling for 5-10min, and inactivating enzyme to obtain hydrolysate of the skimmed milk;
wherein the dosage ratio of the milk to the trypsin is 50-120 mL: 0.15-0.36g, specifically 100 mL: 0.3 g;
the specific activity of the trypsin is 200-300U/mg, in particular 250U/mg.
6. A cosmetic product comprising as an active ingredient a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5; or,
use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 for the preparation of a cosmetic product.
7. Cosmetic product or use according to claim 6, characterized in that: the beauty product is at least one of beauty lotion or facial cleanser, facial mask liquid, toner, essence, cream and cream prepared by the beauty lotion.
8. Cosmetic product or use according to any one of claims 6 to 7, characterized in that: the cosmetic product is a product with any one of the following functions:
1) moisturizing and promoting self-repair of skin;
2) enhancing the skin resistance;
3) delaying senility.
