Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an aqueous face mask.
Background
The facial mask is a product which is coated or applied on the surface of human skin, and is removed, scrubbed or kept after a period of time to play a role in centralized nursing or cleaning. The facial mask is mainly classified into a face mask, a cream mask, a gel mask and a powder mask according to the product type, wherein the face mask occupies more than 80% of the mask market. The mask can quickly replenish water and moisturize, and has good effects on repairing after being dried and replenishing water and calming. It is popular with people because of its convenient use and obvious effect.
The mask is a patch type product to be applied on the face for 10-15 minutes, and thus the use comfort and skin feel thereof are properties of great concern to consumers. The face mask is formed by combining face mask cloth and facial mask liquid, and the use feeling of the face mask is directly related to both the face mask cloth and the facial mask liquid. The materials of the film-pasting base cloth (hereinafter referred to as 'mask cloth') on the market mainly comprise hydrogel, silk, tencel, biological fiber, bamboo charcoal fiber, pure cotton fiber, viscose fiber, cuprammonium fiber, binchotan fiber, chitosan fiber and the like. At present, most mask products on the market can achieve certain beautifying and skin-care effects, but the comfort and skin-friendly feeling of the mask products cannot meet the requirements of consumers.
Chinese patent CN106236631B discloses a facial mask solution for lightening skin color comprising: 1.65-7.2% of a brightening composition, 0.05-0.2% of a chelating agent, 0.02-0.1% of a neutralizing agent, 0.1-0.5% of an acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, 0.05-0.2% of xanthan gum, 5.1-17.8% of a humectant and the balance of deionized water, wherein the brightening composition is selected from a combination of more than two of nicotinamide, acetyl chitosamine, carnosine and a dendrobium extract, and contains nicotinamide and acetyl chitosamine. The facial mask liquid not only has excellent deep moisturizing effect, but also has obvious effects of color homogenizing and brightening dull and yellowish skin color, so that the skin is closer to a natural and bright state; chinese patent CN106727148A discloses a dendrobium officinale moisturizing and repairing mask comprising: the A phase component comprises a humectant, a preservative, a thickening agent, sodium hyaluronate and water, and the B phase component comprises a dendrobium officinale extract, a American ginseng root extract, a cosolvent and water. Although the above documents disclose that the dendrobium facial mask liquid has whitening and moisturizing effects, whether the facial mask liquid can improve the comfort and skin-friendly feeling of the facial mask is not studied.
The development of the plant ingredient skin-friendly aqueous mask can well meet the requirements of consumers on the comfort and skin-friendly feeling of the mask products on the market.

Tremella dendrobium extract efficacy evaluation
1. Skin feel test of tremella and dendrobium extract
Skin feel test: 30 women aged 18-40 years and dry skin were recruited and 3 areas 1,2, 3 were drawn on the arm and applied with sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, respectively. Scoring the skin feel after trial, wherein the score of each item is 5 points after full score, and the more satisfied the score is, the higher the score is; except for sticky feel, the lower the score the better.
And (3) testing a sample:
Fig. 1 is a comparison graph of skin feel of a tested sample, and from five dimensions, a tremella extract obtained by the sample 2 under high temperature and high pressure is too thick, has obvious sticky feel, feels sticky and greasy, has poor skin feel and has strong filming feel. Compared with the samples 2 and 3, the tremella and dendrobium extract obtained by the preparation method disclosed by the invention can obviously improve the sticky feeling of tremella, so that the skin feeling is greatly improved, and the moistening feeling, the absorption speed and the smooth feeling of hands are also improved to different degrees.
Fig. 2 is a skin-feel radar chart of different proportions of dendrobium officinale (samples prepared in example 1, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2), and the skin feel is different according to different addition proportions. Compared with a comparative example, the dendrobium officinale extract prepared by the embodiment of the invention has obvious advantages in the aspects of absorption speed, smooth hand feeling, moistening degree and sticky feeling.
The tremella dendrobium nobile prepared according to the proportion of the invention obviously improves the skin feel of the obtained extract.
2. Experiment for removing free radicals by using tremella and dendrobium extract
The experimental method for scavenging free radicals is as follows: preparation is 7 mmol.L-1 ABTS stock solution and 140 mmol. L-1Potassium persulfate stock solution. A certain amount of 7 mmol. multidot.L-1ABTS and 140 mmol. L-1Mixing potassium persulfate, and standing at room temperature in a dark place for a period of time to form ABTS free radical stock solution. A certain amount of ABTS free radical stock solution is taken and diluted by 50% ethanol, so that the light absorption value of the final test negative control is 0.70 +/-0.02.
Diluting the tremella dendrobium extract prepared in example 1 into different concentration gradients, sequentially adding the test solution and the ABTS free radical stock solution, uniformly mixing by vortex, placing the mixture in an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for incubation in the dark for a certain time, measuring the light absorption value of the mixture at the wavelength of 734 nm by using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and calculating the ABTS free radical clearance. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the Tremella herba Dendrobii extract has high free radical scavenging rate.

The inventors test the yield and molecular weight of the dendrobium candidum extract polysaccharide of the white fungus, and the test process and results are as follows:
polysaccharide yield test
The test method comprises the following steps: polysaccharide determination is carried out by adopting a phenol-sulfuric acid method (specifically, refer to the determination of polysaccharide content in tremella [ J ]. Heilongjiang pharmaceutical science, 1999(06): 32-32.).
Test samples: example a tremella dendrobium extract was prepared.
And (3) testing results: the polysaccharide content is 1.20 mg/mL-4.24 mg/mL.
Sample(s) | Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | Example 4 | Example 5 | Example 6 |
Polysaccharide content | 4.24mg/mL | 3.09mg/mL | 2.94mg/mL | 1.20mg/mL | 3.20mg/mL | 3.04mg/mL |
The tremella-dendrobium extract prepared in example 1 is the highest polysaccharide content, and the polysaccharide content is 4.24 mg/mL.
Determination of molecular weight of tremella and dendrobium extract polysaccharide
Determination of molecular weight distribution: the detection method adopts high performance gel permeation chromatography (specifically referring to high performance gel permeation chromatography-based tremella polysaccharide quality control research, J Chinese herbal medicine, 2011, 42 (09): 1732-1735.).
The molecular weight distributions of the dendrobium candidum polysaccharide prepared in example 1, the dendrobium polysaccharide in comparative example 4 and the tremella polysaccharide in comparative example 3 are shown in fig. 13, fig. 14 and fig. 15.
As can be seen from fig. 13, 14 and 15, the molecular weight of the dendrobium polysaccharide is smaller, the molecular weight of the tremella polysaccharide is larger, the distribution of the molecular weight of the dendrobium polysaccharide prepared in example 1 in the invention is greatly changed compared with that of the dendrobium extract and the tremella extract, and the molecular weight distribution range is from 400 Da to 580 ten thousand Da. The molecular distribution of the dendrobium polysaccharide is mainly 300 Da to 260 ten thousand Da.
The above experiments show that the molecular weight distribution of the tremella-dendrobium extract is improved under the preparation process conditions of the invention.
