The peptide relates to the fields of hormone, nerve, cell growth and reproduction of human bodies, and excessive polypeptide is added into eye essence and absorbed by the skin of the human bodies, so that not only is the dependence easily formed, but also the disorder of the physiological system of the human bodies is easily caused. Meanwhile, the price of the polypeptide is not good, and the cost of the eye essence is higher when the polypeptide is excessively added into the eye essence.

In addition, many eye essences are added with more animal stem cell tissue components in order to pursue simple efficacy. For example, a stem cell mixture added to small molecule polypeptide eye essence disclosed in chinese patent application CN2020100278243, and an umbilical cord tissue extract added to eye essence milk disclosed in chinese patent application CN 2019104631782. Although the stem cell tissue components can bring better eye care effect, the extraction cost not only makes the price of the eye essence more expensive, but also makes the dependence of human skin stronger.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a multi-effect eye essence and a method for preparing the same, aiming at solving the problems that the existing eye essence is single in effect, and most of effective components added in the existing eye essence are non-natural sources, high in price and easy to generate dependence.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the multi-effect eye essence comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.35-1.28% of thickening agent, 0.2-0.8% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.6-2.0% of emulsifier, 0.4-3.0% of big fruit cowberry seed oil, 0.1-0.5% of small fruit coffee seed oil, 0.03-0.24% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 1.0-3.0% of black eye removing composition and the balance of water; the black eye removing composition is a compound of water, propyl gallate, epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and diglucosylgallate.

The tamarind seed polysaccharide (TAMARINDUS INDICA) has instant water replenishing effect, improves skin hydration degree, can provide silky smooth special skin feeling, can effectively improve skin quality, has good moisturizing effect, increases skin elasticity, reduces skin density, reduces skin roughness and resists aging.

Preferably, the black eye removing composition is a compound of water, propyl gallate, epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and diglucosyl gallate, and consists of 0.1-0.99% of propyl gallate, 0.1-0.99% of diglucosyl gallate, 0.02-0.1% of epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and the balance of water according to mass content.

Preferably, the thickener comprises 0.3-1.1% of sodium polyacryl dimethyl taurate and 0.05-0.18% of xanthan gum by weight percentage of the multi-effect eye essence.

Preferably, the emulsifier is tris (laureth-4) phosphate.

Preferably, the multi-effect eye essence further comprises 1.31-5.95 wt% of a humectant, 1.0-4.0 wt% of an emollient, 0.1-0.7 wt% of an antioxidant and 0.3-0.8 wt% of a preservative.

Preferably, the moisturizing agent comprises 0.01-0.15% of sodium hyaluronate, 1.0-5.0% of propylene glycol and 0.3-0.8% of 1, 2-hexanediol by weight percentage of the multi-effect eye essence. The moisturizing agent consisting of the sodium hyaluronate, the propylene glycol and the 1, 2-hexanediol has lasting moisturizing effect, can penetrate deep into the skin, promotes cell metabolism, improves the hydration degree of the skin, keeps the skin tender for a long time, can further enhance the moisturizing effect on the skin, and provides silky skin feeling.

The method for preparing the multi-effect eye essence comprises the following steps:

(1) dissolving the acetylated sodium hyaluronate with water of which the mass is 25-30 times that of the acetylated sodium hyaluronate, and uniformly dispersing the acetylated sodium hyaluronate for later use; mixing the black eye removing composition with the antioxidant, and uniformly dispersing for later use;

(2) adding the thickening agent, the tamarind seed polysaccharide and the humectant into the rest water, heating to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring;

(3) mixing the emulsifier and the emollient, heating to 80-85 ℃, adding the cranberry seed oil, and uniformly stirring;

(4) adding the uniformly stirred material in the step (3) into the uniformly stirred material in the step (2), homogenizing and stirring for 5 minutes at 3000-3300 r/min, preserving heat for 5 minutes, and stirring and cooling;

(5) cooling to below 38 ℃, adding the small fruit coffee seed oil, homogenizing and stirring for 5 minutes at 1800-2000 r/min, and continuing stirring and cooling;

(6) sequentially adding the water-soluble substance of the acetylated sodium hyaluronate for standby in the step (1) and the mixture of the black eye removing composition and the antioxidant, and uniformly stirring;

(7) adding the preservative; homogenizing and stirring at the rotating speed of 1800-2000 r/min for 5 minutes until the materials are completely dispersed;

(8) discharging and filtering to obtain the multi-effect eye essence.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

the multi-effect eye essence is prepared from tamarind seed polysaccharide, big fruit cowberry seed oil, small fruit coffee seed oil, acetylated sodium hyaluronate and a black eye removing composition in a compatibility manner, wherein the black eye removing composition is a compound of water, propyl gallate, epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and diglucosyl gallate. Therefore, the eye mask has multiple effects of moisturizing, removing wrinkles, resisting aging, and relieving dark eye circles and under-eye puffiness.

In addition, functional components such as polypeptide and the like are not added in the multi-effect eye essence, and main functional components such as the tamarind seed polysaccharide, the big fruit bilberry seed oil, the small fruit coffee seed oil, the sodium hyaluronate for acetylation, the composition for removing dark circles and the like are all natural sources, so that the multi-effect eye essence is good in nursing effect and cannot cause dependence on human skin.

In the following examples and comparative examples, tamarind seed polysaccharide is available from Indena under the trade name

HS 9070130; cranberry seed oil is available from the Kingston (Givaudan) company under the trade name Cranberry oil; the small fruit coffee seed oil is purchased from Qiwanon (Givaudan) company and has the trade name of Koffee Up; the black eye removing composition is purchased from Qihuadun (Givaudan) company and is sold under the name of Unisoth EG-28, and specifically comprises 0.5% of propyl gallate, 0.5% of diglucosylgallate, 0.05% of epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and the balance of water by mass.

Examples 1 to 5

In the embodiment of the multi-effect eye essence, the raw material compositions of the multi-effect eye essence of embodiments 1-5 in percentage by weight are shown in table 1.

The multi-effect eye essence of the embodiments 1 to 5 is prepared according to the following method, and the specific steps are as follows:

(1) dissolving the acetylated sodium hyaluronate with 25 times of water by mass, and uniformly dispersing for later use; mixing the black eye removing composition with the antioxidant, and uniformly dispersing for later use;

(2) adding the thickener, the tamarind seed polysaccharide and the humectant into the rest water, heating to 80 ℃, and uniformly stirring;

(3) mixing the emulsifier and the emollient, heating to 80 ℃, adding the cranberry seed oil, and uniformly stirring;

(4) adding the uniformly stirred material in the step (3) into the uniformly stirred material in the step (2), homogenizing and stirring for 5 minutes at 3000r/min, preserving heat for 5 minutes, and stirring and cooling;

(5) cooling to below 38 ℃, adding the small fruit coffee seed oil, homogenizing and stirring for 5 minutes at 2000r/min, and continuing stirring and cooling;

(6) sequentially adding the water-soluble substance of the acetylated sodium hyaluronate for standby in the step (1) and the mixture of the black eye removing composition and the antioxidant, and uniformly stirring;

(7) adding the preservative; homogenizing and stirring for 5 minutes at 1800r/min until the mixture is completely dispersed;

(8) discharging and filtering to obtain the multi-effect eye essence.

Comparative example 1

Compared with example 1, the multi-effect eye essence of the comparative example does not contain the acid bean seed polysaccharide and the sodium hyaluronate; the weight percentage of the big fruit cowberry seed oil is 1.45 percent, the weight percentage of the small fruit coffee seed oil is 0.25 percent, and the weight percentage of the composition for removing dark circles is 1.85 percent.

Comparative example 2

Compared with example 1, the multi-effect eye essence of the comparative example does not contain big fruit cranberry seed oil and small fruit coffee seed oil; the weight percentage content of the sour bean seed polysaccharide is 0.8 percent; the weight percentage content of the acetylated sodium hyaluronate is 0.25%; the weight percentage of the composition for removing the dark circles is 2.5 percent.

Comparative example 3

Compared with example 1, the multi-effect eye essence of the comparative example does not contain tamarind seed polysaccharide, cranberry seed oil, small fruit coffee seed oil and acetylated sodium hyaluronate; the weight percentage of the composition for removing the dark circles is 3.55 percent.

Comparative example 4

Compared with example 1, in the multi-effect eye essence of the comparative example, the addition amounts of the tamarind seed polysaccharide, the big fruit cowberry seed oil, the small fruit coffee seed oil and the acetylated sodium hyaluronate are 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.05% and 0.01%, respectively.

Comparative example 5

Compared with example 1, the multi-effect eye essence of the comparative example does not contain the composition for removing dark circles.

Comparative example 6

Compared with example 1, the multi-effect eye essence of the comparative example has the addition amount of the black eye removing composition of 0.6%.

The multi-effect eye essence of comparative examples 1 to 6 was prepared according to the preparation method of example 1.

Performance testing

1. Physical and chemical property test

The multi-effect eye essences of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 are all yellowish semitransparent viscous liquids, and the matrix is transparent and uniform in texture even in visual observation, so that agglomeration and clotting are avoided; and pH measurement (1:10 aqueous diluted solution) was performed, and the pH values of the multi-effect eye essence of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were 5.7, 6.0, 5.9, 6.2, 6.0, 6.4, 5.6, 6.3, 6.6, and 5.2, respectively.

The multi-effect eye essences of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were subjected to physicochemical property tests of heat resistance (48 ± 2 ℃, 3 months, room temperature recovery), cold resistance (-15 ± 2 ℃, 3 months, room temperature recovery) and cold-heat cycle (24 hours, 3 cycles each at 48 ℃, normal temperature and-15 ℃), and no abnormal phenomena such as turbidity and coagulation appear in the results, and the multi-effect eye essences of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 had good physicochemical stability and good weather-proof quality guarantee effects.

2. Use test

Test samples: the multi-effect eye essence of the embodiments 1-5 and the multi-effect eye essence of the comparative examples 1-6.

The testing personnel: the 11 workers who worked more frequently over-the-counter, aged 29, 30, 34, 32, 29, 30, 32, 28, 31, 29, had more obvious under-eye bags, edema and dark circles and had obvious fine wrinkles around the eyes.

The test method comprises the following steps: the multi-effect eye essence of the embodiments 1 to 5 and the multi-effect eye essence of the comparative examples 1 to 6 were sampled by 500g, respectively, and distributed to 11 workers. Each worker used the multi-effect eye essence of examples 1-5 and the multi-effect eye essence of comparative examples 1-6 correspondingly, 2 times a day in the morning and evening, and the eye essence was used continuously for two weeks. 3) Moisturizing effect

4) Relieving eye edema and eye pouch

5) Using effect scoring

In addition, functional components such as polypeptide and the like are not added in the multi-effect eye essence, main functional components such as the acid soybean seed polysaccharide, the big fruit cowberry seed oil, the small fruit coffee seed oil, the sodium hyaluronate for acetylation and the composition for removing dark circles are all natural sources, and the multi-effect eye essence is good in nursing effect, free of irritation, high in use safety and free of dependence on human skin. Claims (10)

1. The multi-effect eye essence is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.35-1.28% of thickening agent, 0.2-0.8% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.6-2.0% of emulsifier, 0.4-3.0% of big fruit cowberry seed oil, 0.1-0.5% of small fruit coffee seed oil, 0.03-0.24% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 1.0-3.0% of black eye removing composition and the balance of water; the black eye removing composition is a compound of water, propyl gallate, epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and diglucosylgallate.

The multipurpose eye essence according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.8-1.0% of thickening agent, 0.5-0.8% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 1.0-1.5% of emulsifier, 1.0-2.5% of big fruit cowberry seed oil, 0.2-0.3% of small fruit coffee seed oil, 0.15-0.2% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 1.5-2.0% of black eye removing composition and the balance of water.

The multipurpose eye essence according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.8% of thickening agent, 0.5% of acid bean seed polysaccharide, 1.0% of emulsifier, 1.2% of big fruit bilberry seed oil, 0.2% of small fruit coffee seed oil, 0.15% of acetylated sodium hyaluronate, 1.5% of composition for removing dark circles and the balance of water.

The multi-effect eye essence according to claim 1, wherein the composition for removing dark circles comprises a complex of water, propyl gallate, epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and diglucosylgallate, and comprises 0.1 to 0.99% of propyl gallate, 0.1 to 0.99% of diglucosylgallate, 0.02 to 0.1% of epigallocatechin gallate glucoside and the balance of water.

5. The multi-effect eye essence according to claim 1, wherein the thickener comprises 0.3-1.1% of sodium polyacryl dimethyl taurate and 0.05-0.18% of xanthan gum by weight percentage of the multi-effect eye essence.

6. The multipurpose eye essence according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is tris (laureth-4) phosphate.

7. The multi-effect eye essence according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising 1.31 to 5.95 wt% of a humectant, 1.0 to 4.0 wt% of an emollient, 0.1 to 0.7 wt% of an antioxidant, and 0.3 to 0.8 wt% of a preservative, based on the weight of the multi-effect eye essence.

8. The multi-effect eye essence according to claim 7, wherein the humectant comprises 0.01-0.15% of sodium hyaluronate, 1.0-5.0% of propylene glycol and 0.3-0.8% of 1, 2-hexanediol by weight of the multi-effect eye essence.

9. The multipurpose eye essence according to claim 7, wherein the emollient is cyclopentadimethylsiloxane; the antioxidant is vitamin E; the preservative is phenoxyethanol.

10. The method for preparing the multipurpose eye essence of claim 7, comprising the steps of:

(1) dissolving the acetylated sodium hyaluronate with water of which the mass is 25-30 times that of the acetylated sodium hyaluronate, and uniformly dispersing the acetylated sodium hyaluronate for later use; mixing the black eye removing composition with the antioxidant, and uniformly dispersing for later use;

(2) adding the thickening agent, the tamarind seed polysaccharide and the humectant into the rest water, heating to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring;

(3) mixing the emulsifier and the emollient, heating to 80-85 ℃, adding the cranberry seed oil, and uniformly stirring;

(4) adding the uniformly stirred material in the step (3) into the uniformly stirred material in the step (2), homogenizing and stirring for 5 minutes at 3000-3300 r/min, preserving heat for 5 minutes, and stirring and cooling;

(5) cooling to below 38 ℃, adding the small fruit coffee seed oil, homogenizing and stirring for 5 minutes at 1800-2000 r/min, and continuing stirring and cooling;

(6) sequentially adding the water-soluble substance of the acetylated sodium hyaluronate for standby in the step (1) and the mixture of the black eye removing composition and the antioxidant, and uniformly stirring;

(7) adding the preservative; homogenizing and stirring at the rotating speed of 1800-2000 r/min for 5 minutes until the materials are completely dispersed;

(8) discharging and filtering to obtain the multi-effect eye essence.
