Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care and beauty products, in particular to essential oil for removing striae gravidarum and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Striae gravidarum is a linear skin lesion of the abdomen-based dermis generated after pregnancy of women, is one of the most common connective tissue changes during pregnancy, and about 55-90% of pregnant and lying-in women suffer from striae gravidarum. Early stretch marks often appear as flat, pink or red stripes that gradually stand out on the skin surface, turning into longer, wider purplish-red stripes. In the period of several months to several years, the skin lesion gradually shrinks and is accompanied with hypopigmentation and loss to form scar-like atrophy lines parallel to the skin tension line. The skin damage is caused to breasts, abdomens, buttocks and thighs, and sometimes has subjective symptoms such as pruritus, burning pain and the like. Some postpartum women often feel self-inferior due to the fact that the postpartum women suffer from the failure of treating the stretch marks, swim with swimsuits or bubble hot springs which are afraid of wearing sexuality in summer, dare not to wear ultra-short skirts and shorts, and worry about that the spouse is suspect and loses confidence; some women lack correct understanding of treatment of striae gravidarum, and some women are treated by a bias or irregular beauty institution, some women are worried and scratched due to intolerance of severe pruritus and burning sensation, and then local infection occurs, and then the skin ointment containing hormone components is used for treatment, so that the effect is not ideal, the women feel unfair in terms of restraint and are exuberant, some postpartum women have severe depression, and the quality of life is greatly reduced.
Although the stretch marks do not threaten the physical health of patients, the stretch marks can cause psychological diseases because the stretch marks affect the beautiful appearance of the skin. Until now, the pathogenesis, high-risk factors and exact treatment means of the disease are still in the exploration stage and gradually receive wide attention of students in the fields of dermatology, plastic department and the like. The research shows that: the significant reduction in type I and type III procollagen expression by fibroblasts in striae of pregnancy compared to normal fibroblasts suggests that the disease may present an abnormal condition of fibroblast metabolism. Stretch marks are an atrophic linear scar, a type of striae distensae, which is named because it occurs during pregnancy. The pathogenesis and high risk factors of striae gravidarum are not clear, and the clinical prevention and treatment effects are not good enough. The current commonly used methods for relieving stretch marks comprise weight-losing exercise methods, external medicines, external stretch mark skin care products, medical means such as various laser treatment methods, radio frequency treatment methods, microcrystalline ablation, and the like. The effect of weight-reducing exercise on stretch marks is not clear, and the postpartum mother is in lactation, which has certain limitations; although the medical methods such as laser, radio frequency and the like have certain curative effect, the cost is high, the support of corresponding equipment is needed, and the feasibility for common women is low; compared with external medicines and skin care products, the skin care product has high acceptance, and can be used for preventing and relieving prenatal striae gravidarum. At this stage, the use of skin care products for external application is still the most common and most accepted method for stretch marks. However, the striae gravidarum removing external skin care product in the prior art has a poor striae gravidarum removing effect, so that the pregnant woman can recover the aesthetic feeling of the abdominal skin before pregnancy, the life quality of the postpartum woman is improved, and the striae gravidarum removing external skin care product is a search target of scientific researchers.

The invention is formed by mixing three vegetable oils of quinoa seed oil, moringa seed oil and small fruit coffee seed oil and animal oil horse oil, is non-toxic, environment-friendly and safe to use, and has the following theoretical basis for effectively removing striae gravidarum:
quinoa seed oil is rich in important fatty acids (linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid) and its comparison with the main fatty acid content of common grains is as follows:
from table 1, it can be seen that quinoa seed oil fatty acid has a composition closest to that of corn oil, except that quinoa seed oil has particularly good skin penetration and good oil appearance clarity, and is a natural emollient oil well suited for use in cosmetics.
The moringa seed oil contains abundant fatty acids (linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid), wherein the content of unsaturated fatty acids is 81.24%, and the content of oleic acid is 72.19%. The unsaturated fatty acid can reduce fat and total cholesterol content in blood, prevent thrombosis, and discharge toxin, and is beneficial to human health.
Researches show that quinoa seed oil and moringa seed oil contain abundant essential fatty acids required by human skin, and the essential fatty acids have multiple protective functions on the skin and can maintain the integrity of cell membranes. Essential fatty acids are present in phospholipids, which are the major components of cell membranes, and atopic dermatitis is liable to occur in the absence of essential fatty acids because the absence of essential fatty acids easily causes epithelial and fibroblast maturation disorders, fatty acid structure of cell membrane lipids of skin tissues is changed, permeability is increased, and antigens and microorganisms are easily penetrated. Essential fatty acids thus play an important role in maintaining skin structure and skin physiology. The most intuitive manifestation of the lack of essential fatty acids is a defect in the barrier function of the skin, and thus essential fatty acids play an important role in maintaining the barrier function of the skin.
The quinoa seed oil and the moringa seed oil are both derived from natural plants, are prepared by adopting a green and environment-friendly cold pressing method so as to better protect the inherent oil and fat nutrient components and preserve the bioactive functional components thereof, have high safety, good skin affinity and good permeability, and can be used in skin care products to improve the symptoms of skin elasticity, desquamation, pruritus and the like; has effects of repairing skin barrier function, keeping moisture, and reducing percutaneous water loss;
therefore, the quinoa seed oil and the moringa seed oil both contain rich fatty acid (linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid), so that the quinoa seed oil and the moringa seed oil have strong antioxidant activity, the effects of resisting free radicals and discharging toxins, and the striae gravidarum can be effectively removed.
The cafestia pipiens oil (green coffee oil) is a whole oil extracted from the raw coffee seeds of cafestia pipiens by the cold pressing method, and contains abundant cafestol and kahweol components, with high concentrations of unsaponifiable and palmitic and oleic acids, especially up to 10% in cafestol and kahweol, whereas the palmitate esters of cafestol and kahweol can increase the activity of the multifunctional groups of certain enzymes, which can act when the cells are facing xenobiotics, against oxidative stress. The cucurbitacin in coffee plays an important role in cellular energy metabolism and DNA repair. In addition, the small fruit coffee seed oil has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, can promote the replacement of the natural water-fat membrane of the skin, thereby preventing dehydration, is suitable for treating dry and reactive skin, and can provide high-efficiency tissue regeneration capability.
The three vegetable oils have natural sources, high safety, good skin affinity and good permeability, and effectively help striae gravidarum patients to improve skin elasticity, desquamation, pruritus and other symptoms. In addition, the three kinds of oil contain rich unsaturated fatty acid, have strong inoxidizability, effectively resist free radicals, supplement essential fatty acid of the skin, reconstruct the fatty acid structure of cell membrane lipid of skin tissues and well play important roles in maintaining the skin structure and the physiological functions of the skin.
Horse oil has been recorded in the compendium of materia Medica: horse fat is sweet, mild and grows hair; can be used for treating facial blackening (whitening) and rhagadia manus et pedis; it can be used for relieving muscle spasm and facial paralysis. Horse oil is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine for treating chilblain and scald. Horse oil has strong affinity and permeability to skin mucosa, is easy to be absorbed by skin, and has effects of accelerating skin metabolism, enhancing cell activity, and resisting skin aging. The horse oil has fatty acid similar to human skin, and can be used as natural moisture keeping component. Horse oil is suitable for sensitive skin, and has better effect than vegetable oil. The horse oil has excellent anti-wrinkle function, contains more than 60% of unsaturated fatty acid, contains abundant VE and a certain amount of VA, and contains natural antioxidant active components.

The scoring criteria was 5 points, with 0 points representing the best condition and 5 points representing the most severe condition. Wherein the striae gravidarum color uniformity reflects the difference in striae gravidarum color from the surrounding skin color, the higher the score, the greater the difference from the surrounding skin color. Striae gravidarum laxity reflects striae gravidarum elasticity, with higher scores being less elastic. Striae gravidarum severity reflects the degree of striae gravidarum as a whole, with higher scores being more severe.
Evaluation equipment: using a skin scanner (VC98, CK company, germany) were photographed by an electronic digital camera system, skin parameters were analyzed, and the condition of the skin was reflected. Wherein the SEW value reflects the skin texture by the ratio of the width and the number of the skin texture, the higher the value, the coarser the skin texture. The C-R5 value is the degree of skin roughness, reflecting the skin wrinkle depth, the higher the value, the deeper the skin wrinkles, the rougher the skin.
