(3) uniformly mixing the concentrated solution 1 in the step (1) with the donkey-hide gelatin solution in the step (2), boiling with strong fire, decocting with slow fire, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution 2 with a specific gravity of 1.25;
(4) adding olive oil and tea oil into the concentrated solution 2, adding tremella powder, fruit ferment, cod peptide, carotene, collagen peptide and grape seed extract, and homogenizing in a homogenizer to obtain a mixture with fine tissue;
(5) taking the mixture, carrying out hot filling on the mixture in a bottle, and immediately sealing the bottle; then, sterilizing by adopting a pasteurization method; sterilizing, cooling, and packaging.
Wherein, the temperature of the water extraction in the step (1) is preferably 85-100 ℃.

(2) adding water into colla Corii Asini, adding water 2.2 times of colla Corii Asini mass, and melting in jacketed pan to obtain colla Corii Asini solution;
(3) uniformly mixing the concentrated solution 1 in the step (1) with the donkey-hide gelatin solution in the step (2), boiling with strong fire, decocting with slow fire, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution 2 with a specific gravity of 1.25;
(4) adding olive oil and tea oil into the concentrated solution 2, adding tremella powder, fruit ferment, cod peptide, carotene, collagen peptide and grape seed extract, and homogenizing in a homogenizer to obtain a mixture with fine tissue;
(5) taking the mixture, carrying out hot filling on the mixture in a bottle, and immediately sealing the bottle; then, sterilizing by adopting a pasteurization method; sterilizing, cooling, and packaging.

(3) uniformly mixing the concentrated solution 1 in the step (1) with the donkey-hide gelatin solution in the step (2), boiling with strong fire, decocting with slow fire, and concentrating to obtain a concentrated solution 2 with a specific gravity of 1.25;

Example of clinical test
