The invention relates to an oral composition with a beautifying function and a preparation method thereof, and the oral composition contains active ingredients comprising: polished rice juice powder, micromolecular elastin peptide, fermented composite fruit and vegetable powder, cartilage collagen, marine fish collagen, pomegranate powder, acerola cherry powder, tremella powder and fructo-oligosaccharide; processing the above active ingredients and/or pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants to make into various oral preparations; the preparation of the invention is convenient to take, and experiments prove that the preparation has effective beautifying function.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of compositions, in particular to an oral composition with a beautifying function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The aging of the body is characterized by "Atrophy" and "regression" (Atrophy) of tissues and organs, which is essentially the essential component of the tissues and organs-loss of cells and extracellular matrix. The efficacy of each active ingredient of the invention is as follows:

Instruments and reagents: SHP88 skin Analyzer (Courage + Khazaka, Germany); the brown color card is designed and developed by the geographical research institute of Chinese academy of sciences, in accordance with "practical Standard color card" (1 st edition).
Experimental design and object grouping: the test for improving skin moisture and the test for removing chloasma both adopt two contrast designs of self and group, according to the conditions of skin moisture and chloasma on the face, the observation objects are respectively divided into 5 groups according to a randomly designed grouping method, and each group comprises 10 cases: control, example 1, example 2, example 3 and example 4.
Dosage and test period: the dose of each example group was 16 g/person/day according to the recommended dose of the present composition, and the control group was a blank control. The cycle was 6 weeks, i.e., 42 days. The subjects discontinued the use of drugs or health foods and cosmetics relevant to the purpose of the test during the test period.
Observation indexes and judgment:
(1) moisture content of skin: forehead glabellar skin is selected as the measurement site. Cleaning the tested part with clean cotton ball dipped with distilled water under quiet state, wiping to dry, and measuring water content 15min before and after test by the same instrument and the same person. All the operations are carried out in an inspection room with spacious space, good ventilation condition, stable temperature, humidity and other space environments;
(2) chloasma on the face: according to the judgment standard that the brown (Y + M + BK, namely the stack color of yellow + magenta + black) color card in the 'use standard color card' is the chloasma color shade: i degrees (15, 20, 5), II degrees (30, 40, 10), III degrees (40, 60, 15).
(3) The chloasma area on the face is: measuring the length (cm) and width (cm) of the same chloasma before and after the test with a ruler, and calculating the area (cm)2)。
(4) Judging the efficacy of chloasma:
the method has the following advantages: the chloasma color is reduced by I degree or the area is reduced by more than or equal to 10 percent, and new chloasma is not generated;
and (4) invalidation: the area of chloasma color is less than 10%, and the color has no obvious change.
The statistical method comprises the following steps:
analytical data were calculated using SPSS17.0 statistical software. The comparison of self-contrast data adopts paired t test: carrying out the homogeneity test of the variance on the two groups of mean values in a relatively idle mode, carrying out proper variable conversion on data with non-normal distribution or uneven variance, and carrying out t test on the converted data after the normal distribution and the homogeneity of the variance are met; if the converted data can not meet the requirements of normal score and homogeneity of variance, the t' test or the rank sum test is adopted; but the data with too large Coefficient of Variation (CV) (such as CV > 50%) is tested by rank sum; the comparison of efficacy indices was tested using X2.
The experimental results are as follows:
(1) test for improving skin moisture:
As can be seen from the data in table 1: before taking, the comparison of each group of the control group and the test group shows that the skin moisture difference between the control group and the test group has no significant difference and has no statistical significance (P is more than 0.05).
After the medicine is taken, the skin moisture of the control group is increased to 7.58 +/-1.70 from 7.31 +/-1.85 before the medicine is taken, the improvement is less, and the change is basically avoided.
After administration, the skin moisture increased from 7 to 9 levels in each test group, and the data are shown in Table 1. The improvement is very obvious, and the improvement degree reaches a very obvious level (P is less than 0.01); is obviously higher than the control group.
The above results show that the compositions of examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 can improve skin moisture significantly, and the improvement degree is significantly higher than that of the control group.
(2) Chloasma function test
The effect of the shade of chloasma is shown in table 2:

As can be seen from the data in tables 2 and 3:
before taking, the comparison of each group of the control group and the test group, and the comparison of the area difference of chloasma and yellowish-brown speckles among the groups have no significant difference and have no statistical significance (P is more than 0.05).
After the medicine is taken, the chloasma color of the control group is reduced to 2.01 from 2.06 before the medicine is taken, and the chloasma area is reduced to 58.28 from 61.85 before the medicine is taken, and basically, the change is not caused.
After the administration, the reduction value of the chloasma in the groups of examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 is between 0.25 and 0.32, the reduction value of the area of the chloasma is between 8.43 and 10.75, the reduction is very obvious, and the degree of the reduction improvement reaches a very obvious level (P is less than 0.01), which is very obviously lower than that of the control group.
The results show that the groups of examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 can improve the chloasma color and the chloasma area, and the improvement degree is obviously higher than that of the control group.
(3) The effective rate of the chloasma is compared:

the method has the following advantages: the chloasma color is reduced by I degree or the area is reduced by more than or equal to 10 percent, and new chloasma is not generated;
and (4) invalidation: the area of chloasma color is less than 10%, and the color has no obvious change.

As can be seen from the data in table 4:
after the medicine is taken, the effective rate of the color of a control group is 20 percent, the effective rate of the medicine for improving chloasma area is 30 percent, and the total effective rate is 25 percent; the effective rate of improving chloasma in the groups 1, 2, 3 and 4 is 80-90%, the effective rate of improving the area of the chloasma is 80-90%, no new chloasma appears, the effective rate is obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference level reaches a very obvious level (P is less than 0.01).
In summary, the results of example 5 show that the compositions of examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 have significant effects of improving skin moisture and removing chloasma.
The above description is only a basic description of the concept of the present invention, and any modification and increase made according to the main formula technical scheme of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. An oral composition having cosmetic properties, comprising as active ingredients: polished rice juice powder, micromolecular elastin peptide, fermented composite fruit and vegetable powder, cartilage extract, marine fish collagen, red pomegranate powder, acerola cherry powder, tremella powder and fructo-oligosaccharide.
2. The oral composition with the beauty function according to claim 1, wherein the health product is prepared from the following active ingredients in parts by weight: 0.1-0.5 part of polished rice juice powder, 0.1-0.5 part of small molecular elastin peptide, 0.1-0.5 part of fermented composite fruit and vegetable powder, 5-10 parts of cartilage extract, 10-50 parts of marine fish collagen, 1-5 parts of red pomegranate powder, 1-5 parts of acerola cherry powder, 1-5 parts of tremella powder and 5-35 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide.
3. The oral composition with the beauty function according to claim 2, wherein the health product is prepared from the following active ingredients in parts by weight: 0.15-0.35 part of polished rice juice powder, 0.15-0.35 part of micromolecular elastin peptide, 0.15-0.35 part of fermented composite fruit and vegetable powder, 6-8 parts of cartilage extract, 25-50 parts of marine fish collagen peptide, 1.5-3.5 parts of red pomegranate powder, 1.5-3.5 parts of acerola cherry powder, 2-4 parts of tremella powder and 10-35 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide.

An oral composition with skin caring effect according to claim 5, wherein the preparation contains adjuvants besides active ingredients; the auxiliary materials comprise citric acid, stevioside, edible essence, natural menthol, strawberry essence, starch, mannitol, aspartame, magnesium stearate, xylitol and microcrystalline cellulose.
7. An oral composition with a skin caring function according to any one of claims 5-6, wherein the preparation comprises 40-90 parts of active ingredient and 10-60 parts of adjuvant by weight.

An oral composition with cosmetic function according to any one of claims 5-7, wherein the preparation process of the composition comprises: taking the formula amount of polished rice juice powder, micromolecular elastin peptide, fermented composite fruit and vegetable powder, cartilage extract, marine fish collagen peptide, red pomegranate powder, acerola cherry powder, tremella powder and fructo-oligosaccharide, sieving, mixing, adding auxiliary materials, mixing uniformly, and preparing the required oral preparation according to the conventional process.
