Example 6
This example is an acute toxicity test of a juice broth
Because the main raw materials of the mulberry and the hawthorn are fermented, certain uncertain factors exist. For safety, according to the toxicology evaluation program of health food inspection and evaluation technical specifications (2003 edition), the first acute toxicity test was performed on the "juice fermentation broth" prepared by the present invention in comparison with the four stages and contents of the toxicology evaluation test for health food safety, and the LD50 was 13000 mg/kg. The juice fermentation broth is classified according to the dose of acute toxicity (LD50) and is of an actual non-toxic grade (rat orally takes LD50, mg/kg, 5001-15000, which is equivalent to the lethal dose of 250-500 g/kg).
Example 7
Human body experiments are carried out according to technical specifications for health food inspection and evaluation (2003 edition) in an inspection method for assisting in beautifying and freckle removing functions.
1. Subject inclusion criteria
Volunteers who were subjected to physical examination to the following conditions:
(1) the face is light brown to dark brown, and the clear spot is generally distributed symmetrically and has no inflammatory expression and scales;
(2) no obvious subjective symptoms;
(3) it occurs mainly after puberty, and women frequently;
(4) the disease condition is seasonal, and the disease is severe in summer and mild in winter;
(5) has no obvious endocrine diseases, and eliminates pigmentation caused by other diseases.
2. Subject exclusion criteria.
(1) Age below eighteen years and above 65 years, gestation and lactation women, allergic constitution;
(2) patients with serious diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hemopoietic system, endocrine diseases, and psychosis;
(3) alcoholics or smokers;
(4) taking articles related to the tested functions in a short time affects the judgment of the result.
(5) If the test sample is not taken as prescribed, the efficacy or data are not completely judged to affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
3. Design of experiments and grouping requirements
Two control designs, self and group, were used. The test group and the control group are randomly divided according to the chloasma color of the subject and the area condition, and the main factors influencing the result, such as outdoor activity condition, gender, age and the like, are considered as much as possible to carry out balance test so as to ensure comparability among the groups.
The test substance is a drink prepared according to the formula and the process in the embodiment 1 of the invention. 120 female subjects who meet the above conditions were selected on a voluntary basis. The experimental group was given the test substance and the control group was given the same property without placebo (out of 3 cases). The fermented fruit juice beverage is taken 2 times a day in 1 bottle each time, the dosage is 20 ml/day, and the test subject stops using the spot removing product, medicine and health food with the effects of caring skin and removing speckle for 30 consecutive days.
4. And (5) observing the efficacy.
The integral values were counted before and after the trial according to the severity of the symptoms (severe 3 points, moderate 2 points, mild 1 point), and the improvement rates were calculated for the improvement of the main symptoms (2 points for improvement and 1 point for improvement, respectively).
4.1 detection of chloasma on the head

Measuring the major diameter and the width diameter of the same chloasma before and after the test by using a ruler, and calculating the area (cm)2)。
4.1.2 color shade change
According to the judgment standard of the depth of the chloasma color according to a brown (Y + M + Bk, namely the stack color of yellow + fuchsin + black) color card in a practical standard color card (first edition): i degree (15, 20, 5), II degree (30, 40, 10), III degree (40, 60, 15).
5. Determination of freckle-removing efficacy
The effect is shown: the chloasma color is reduced by II degree, or the area is reduced by more than or equal to 30 percent, and no new yellow brown spot is generated.
The method has the following advantages: the chloasma color is reduced by I degree, or the area is reduced by less than 30 percent, and no new chloasma is generated by more than 10 percent.
And (4) invalidation: the area of chloasma is reduced by less than 10 percent, and the color is not obviously changed.
The change in the shade of chloasma is shown in Table 1.

6. Conclusion
60 chloasma subjects take the fruit juice fermented beverage prepared in example 1 according to requirements for 30 days, the average chloasma area is reduced by 1158 +/-873 mm2(P <0.01), the color is lightened, the average color card is reduced by 0.23 +/-0.37 degrees (P <0.01), the effective case is 43, the total efficiency is 71.67%, and the fruit juice fermented beverage has the effect of removing chloasma.

Claims (8)

1. The fruit juice fermentation liquor with the functions of beautifying and removing freckles is characterized by being prepared by fermenting mulberries and hawthorn fruits through mixed lactic acid bacteria, wherein the mulberries and the hawthorn fruits are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of mulberry and 2-4 parts of hawthorn; the added mixed lactobacillus accounts for 0.01-0.1% of the total mass of the mulberries and the hawthorns;
the mixed lactobacillus is lactobacillus plantarum and lactobacillus fermentum with a mass ratio of 1:0.8-1.5, and the concentrations of lactobacillus plantarum and lactobacillus fermentum are 1.0 × 1011-1.5×1011cfu/g;
The titrating acid of the juice fermentation liquor is 15-20g/L, and the content of superoxide dismutase is 500-1000U/g.

3) sequentially adding collagen peptide, water-soluble dietary fiber, xylitol, calcium lactate, nicotinic acid and vitamin B6 into the juice fermentation broth obtained in the step 2), mixing, subpackaging into small bottles, and sterilizing at 121 ℃ for 20min to obtain the juice fermented beverage.
5. The method for preparing the fruit juice fermented beverage according to claim 4, wherein the mixed lactic acid bacteria inoculated in the step 2) is 0.01 to 0.1% by mass of the total mass of the mulberries and the hawthorns.

The method for preparing the fruit juice fermented drink according to claim 4, wherein the mixed lactic acid bacteria are Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus fermentum in a mass ratio of 1:0.8-1.5, and the concentrations of the Lactobacillus plantarum and the Lactobacillus fermentum are both 1.0 x 1011-1.5×1011cfu/g。
