Two-stage hatching method for improving hatchability of Chinese softshell turtle eggs
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of Chinese softshell turtle breeding, in particular to a two-section hatching method for improving the hatching rate of Chinese softshell turtle eggs.
Background
The Chinese soft-shelled turtle belongs to the phylum of chordata, class of reptiles, order of Testudinate, family of Trionychidae, genus of Trionycis, species of Chinese soft-shelled turtle, commonly known as soft-shelled turtle and soft-shelled turtle, has delicate meat quality, delicious taste and unique medicinal and nutritional values. Turtle meat is rich in turtle shell polysaccharide, EPA + DHA, collagen and vitamin B17, has health care effects of resisting tumor, improving immunity, delaying aging and the like, is popular with consumers, is one of traditional aquatic products treasure in China, and currently, the breeding area in China reaches more than 170 mu, the total output in China reaches 32 million tons, and the total economic benefit reaches billions yuan. With the rapid development of the industry, the industrial scale is larger and larger, and the demand of the industry for high-quality seedlings is increasing day by day. At present, the Chinese soft-shelled turtle breeding method in China mainly comprises the steps of building parent soft-shelled turtle ponds, breeding 1-2 parent soft-shelled turtles per square meter, carrying out intensive culture, building spawning rooms on ridges of the parent soft-shelled turtles, paving 20cm of fine sand in the spawning rooms, and arranging slopes for the parent soft-shelled turtles to enter and lay eggs conveniently; by simulating natural incubation conditions, the eggs of the soft-shelled turtles are covered by media such as sand, vermiculite and the like, a certain humidity is maintained, and the young soft-shelled turtles are incubated.
However, with the expansion of hatching scale, the problems of the traditional hatching mode are continuously revealed, which is mainly shown in that (1) whether the newly produced turtle egg is fertilized or not and whether the fertilization is good or not are not easy to distinguish; (2) The fertilized egg embryo which is just produced is unstable, and the embryo is easily damaged by excessive manual operation at the stage, so that the embryo is damaged and damaged; (3) The newly collected turtle eggs have partial unfertilized eggs and eggs with poor fertilization, dead eggs, rotting and mildewing easily occur in the hatching process, and infected bacteria infected by other good fertilized eggs often cause a large amount of bad eggs; (4) The newly produced turtle eggs contain a large amount of water, the requirement on the water content of an incubation medium is not high, if the turtle eggs are directly placed in an incubation room with high humidity, the humidity of the incubation medium is easy to be overlarge in the initial incubation period, the air permeability of the medium is poor, water layers are easy to adhere to the surfaces of the eggs, and the turtle eggs are often choked to die, the incubation rate is low, and the like.
Based on the technical problems, the hatchability of the traditional Chinese soft-shelled turtle one-step hatching mode is only 70-85%, even lower. Therefore, innovative hatching methods are needed to increase hatchability and improve farmer production.
