背景技术
自古以来,中国人就把一种特殊的药膳汤羹作为保健和治疗疾病的一种“药食”,它是以药物和食物为原料,加入较多的水,制成的具有食疗作用的佐餐汤。它是中国传统医药与烹调经验相结合的产物,其历史久远,古籍书就有”药食同源”的记载,并强调它具有强身健体、延年益寿的功效。现代医学研究,乌鸡内含丰富的黑色素,蛋白质,B族维生素等18种氨基酸和18种微量元素,其中烟酸、维生素E、磷、铁、钾、钠的含量均高于普通鸡肉,胆固醇和脂肪含量却很低。食用乌鸡可以提高生理机能、延缓衰老、强筋健骨。对防治骨质疏松、佝偻病、妇女缺铁性贫血症等有明显功效。新产后产妇气血亏虚,阴液不足,恶露未除,当益气养血,尽快排除恶露。因此本发明提供一种药物、食物和水三者巧妙结合,具有补气生血之功效,主治血虚阳浮发热证,益气养血,活血化瘀,温经止痛功效的药膳乌鸡月子汤。

为了解决上述难题,本发明提供了一种药物、食物和水三者巧妙结合,具有补气生血之功效,主治血虚阳浮发热证,益气养血,活血化瘀,温经止痛功效的药膳乌鸡月子汤。
为了实现上述功能,本发明采取的技术方案如下:一种药膳乌鸡月子汤包括如下组分:乌鸡、黄芪、当归、炮姜、玫瑰花、炙甘草和大枣,其原料按重量配比为:乌鸡90-110g、黄芪8-12g、当归5-8g、炮姜1-4g、玫瑰花1-5g、炙甘草1-5g和大枣1-8g。
本发明还公开了药膳乌鸡月子汤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(一)乌鸡处理:将乌鸡去除内脏,洗净表面及腹腔,剪去指甲,去除鸡尾;
(二)闷煮乌鸡:将处理干净的乌鸡放入砂锅,加水,水漫过乌鸡,大火煮开,去除表面泡沫;
(三)辅料药材处理:将黄芪、当归、炮姜、玫瑰花、炙甘草和大枣洗净后切段;
(四)调味煮汤:,将步骤(三)中的辅料药材一起加入步骤(二)的乌鸡汤中,并调入黄酒大火煎煮40分钟后,然后转小火煮30分钟,调入食盐,即可。
本发明采取上述结构取得有益效果如下:本发明提供的一种药膳乌鸡月子汤,黄芪,健脾益气;当归,性温,既养血活血,化瘀生新,与乌鸡同用理血归经;炮姜,主入脾经,温经止血,而不致留瘀,可疗产后冲任虚寒,恶露下血;玫瑰花,柔肝醒胃,流气活血,气温芬香;炙甘草,味甘性平,助乌鸡、当归养血,助黄芪益气固冲,缓急止痛,又可令方中诸药调和。综观全方,乌鸡补肝肾益气血;黄芪补气要药,可补肺脾之气;当归即可补血又可活血,化瘀生新;炮姜温经散寒,玫瑰花疏肝解郁,缓解产后焦虑抑郁,大枣、炙甘草补气,甘草兼调和诸药。诸药合用,共奏益气养血,活血化瘀,温经止痛之功。

本发明还公开了一种药膳乌鸡月子汤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(一)乌鸡处理:将乌鸡去除内脏,洗净表面及腹腔,剪去指甲,去除鸡尾;
(二)闷煮乌鸡:将处理干净的乌鸡放入砂锅,加水,水漫过乌鸡,大火煮开,去除表面泡沫;
(三)辅料药材处理:将黄芪、当归、炮姜、玫瑰花、炙甘草和大枣洗净后切段;
(四)调味煮汤:,将步骤(三)中的辅料药材一起加入步骤(二)的乌鸡汤中,并调入黄酒大火煎煮40分钟后,然后转小火煮30分钟,调入食盐,即可。

本发明一种方便式真空包装罐罐茶,包括如下组分:乌鸡110g、黄芪9g、当归5g、炮姜1g、玫瑰花2g、炙甘草1g和大枣8g。
本发明还公开了一种方便式真空包装罐罐茶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(一)乌鸡处理:将乌鸡去除内脏,洗净表面及腹腔,剪去指甲,去除鸡尾;
(二)闷煮乌鸡:将处理干净的乌鸡放入砂锅,加水,水漫过乌鸡,大火煮开,去除表面泡沫;
(三)辅料药材处理:将黄芪、当归、炮姜、玫瑰花、炙甘草和大枣洗净后切段;
(四)调味煮汤:,将步骤(三)中的辅料药材一起加入步骤(二)的乌鸡汤中,并调入黄酒大火煎煮40分钟后,然后转小火煮30分钟,调入食盐,即可。
具体使用时,实施例1-2所制备的产品进行检测并做出相应感官对比,实施例1相较实施例2的色泽、香气、口感以及相应的营养成分更佳。

2.一种根据权利要求1所述的药膳乌鸡月子汤,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(一)乌鸡处理:将乌鸡去除内脏,洗净表面及腹腔,剪去指甲,去除鸡尾;
(二)闷煮乌鸡:将处理干净的乌鸡放入砂锅,加水,水漫过乌鸡,大火煮开,去除表面泡沫;
(三)辅料药材处理:将黄芪、当归、炮姜、玫瑰花、炙甘草和大枣洗净后切段;
