Abstract
基于桶形泵或容器泵的功能原理,驱动轴明显长于在类似的流体机械中的驱动轴。为了避免驱动轴的起振,在现有技术中在轴引导管内设置多重支撑结构。在此,由于在这种情况下在轴承中产生的摩擦热,泵的干式运转是关键的。本发明提出了驱动轴仅在一个轴承中常规地支撑在密封模块上,并且此外设置有至少一个支撑环,驱动轴被引导通过所述支撑环,但是所述支撑环在无振动的运转中不触碰驱动轴。只有在驱动轴起振时,驱动轴才接触到支撑环,支撑环本身防止轴引导管被驱动轴接触。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其是用于桶形泵或容器泵的泵机构,其具有泵壳体和容纳在其中的驱动轴,该驱动轴以可在轴引导管中旋转的方式支撑在转子侧的轴承和泵机构联接器上。
背景技术
这种泵机构已经大量地由现有技术公开。正是在桶形泵或容器泵中,由于其功能原理,驱动轴明显长于类似的其他流体机械中的驱动轴。正是在无密封的泵机构中,当前的现有技术因此提出了驱动轴在轴引导管内部的多重支撑结构。
然而,由此不仅明显提高了对制造公差的要求而且明显提高了技术耗费。在此,干式运转是特别有问题的,所述干式运转导致轴承中的高温,因为其温度不能够输出到介质,而转速由于缺少负荷会变得非常高。这尤其可以通过特殊的材料或封装的润滑而加以防止。
这两种解决方案中的第一种解决方案意味着较高的材料成本,而第二种解决方案被视为关键的,因为润滑剂尤其在相应的磨损之后会从轴承中流出并且会污染介质。
在此背景下,干式运转目前在现有技术中被评估为故障情况并且必须被防止或至少在时间上被严格地限制。因此,需要持续地监控泵,以便识别干式运转并且对干式运转作出反应。正是在防爆领域中,该问题由于那里的应用和泵的所需的许可而再次显著地加剧。
发明内容
基于该问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种泵机构,该泵机构也可以在干式运转中无危险地运行。
这利用根据独立权利要求1的特征的泵机构实现。这种泵机构的其它有利的设计方案可以从随后的从属权利要求中获知。
根据本发明提出了泵机构,优选为桶形泵或容器泵的泵机构在轴引导管内具有驱动轴。驱动轴通过泵机构联接器被保持在泵驱动装置侧,同时该驱动轴在密封模块侧被可旋转地支撑在轴承中。该轴承还用作普通的轴承,并且除了简单地支撑驱动轴之外,也能够实现泵能够无密封地实施。
与现有技术不同,在泵机构联接器和密封模块中的轴承之间没有设置中间轴承。相反,本发明设置一个或多个支撑环,其被引入到轴引导管或密封模块中,并且在那里被如此固定,使得驱动轴延伸穿过至少一个支撑环。在此,所述至少一个支撑环具有大于驱动轴的外直径的内直径,从而只要驱动轴在未负载的状态中无振动地旋转,则驱动轴不触碰支撑环。只有当驱动轴由于转速和负荷而起振并且尤其是达到共振频率时,驱动轴才接触所述至少一个支撑环,所述支撑环在这种情况下才确保驱动轴不撞击轴引导管。为了阻尼根据运行点产生的振动,在密封模块的上部区域中布置有至少一个支撑环。
利用这种支撑结构,即使在干式运转时也不会出现高温,因为在中间轴承中不会出现摩擦。只有振动出现时,支撑环上才产生摩擦。因此,不仅可以省去附加的中间轴承,而且可以省去使用润滑剂或特殊的材料。
特别有利地,支撑环的内直径被如此设计和选择,使得所述内直径比在其中引导的驱动轴的外直径大得多,使得驱动轴在无振动的运行中不触碰支撑环,而是相反地在起振的情况下才接触。
此外优选地,支撑环可以通过压配合固定在轴引导管中或密封模块中。只要支撑环是由合适材料制成的简单空心圆柱体,那么由此不仅取消了机械的连接手段而且取消了化学的连接手段。
首先考虑碳和陶瓷作为用于支撑环的优选材料,因为它们允许轻微的摩擦,具有高的耐用性并且可以用在防爆领域中,以便避免形成火花。
最后可以有利的是,在轴引导管中布置有多个支撑环,这些支撑环在驱动轴的静止位置中或在无振动的干式运转期间不触碰驱动轴。以这种方式可以从一开始就抵抗在不同位置上的共振的出现。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一种泵机构1,该泵机构具有管状的泵壳体,在该泵壳体中容纳有由轴引导管5包围的驱动轴6。这种泵机构1可以用于桶形泵或容器泵。在这种情况下,将泵机构1从上侧降到容器中,直至在泵机构1的自由端部上的密封模块2到达所谓的泵坑(Pumpensumpf)的区域中。通过驱动轴6与转子9的旋转,在容器中的介质穿过泵壳体4的壁和轴引导管5之间被向上输送至出口并且在那里被带到灌入位置,所述转子在端部上抗扭转地连接在驱动轴6的密封模块2的侧上。图中未示出的泵马达能够用作驱动器,所述泵马达与泵机构联接器3作用连接。
在泵马达的运行和驱动轴的与此关联的旋转期间,可发生干式运转,即发生驱动轴6的旋转,而不在泵壳体4中输送介质。然而,由于省去了泵机构联接器3和密封模块2中的端侧的轴承8之间的中间轴承,在干式运转中在这种中间轴承上不会产生摩擦热,从而由此使得所示的泵机构1也能够在干式运转中运行。然而,如果在干式运转中或在负荷下驱动轴6处于振动中,在最坏的情况下在固有频率的范围内导致待静止的轴,则可能出现驱动轴的显著偏转并且使其撞击到轴引导管5的壁上。
如在图2中详细示出的那样,本发明避免了这种情况。在密封模块2的区域中,驱动轴6通过支撑环7引导,该支撑环构造为由碳或陶瓷制成的空心圆柱体并且被压入到轴引导管5中。如果驱动轴6起振,并且仅这样时,驱动轴6才撞击支撑环7的内表面,支撑环7的内直径大于驱动轴6的外直径。因此,在平稳运转时避免了在支撑环7上的任何摩擦,然而同样避免了驱动轴6的任何起振,因为支撑环7在驱动轴6发生一定偏转时防止任何进一步的偏转。
图3示出图2的一种变型方案,其中,支撑环7不是容纳在轴引导管5中,而是容纳在密封模块2中。在此,支撑环7也是固定的,而驱动轴6可以自由旋转。仅仅在驱动轴6起振的情况下,该驱动轴6与支撑环7接触并且由此防止振动的增大。两种解决方案可以替代地使用或只要应当使用多个支撑环7就叠加地使用。
因此,上文描述的是一种泵机构,该泵机构也可以在干式运转中无危险地运行,而不需要由特殊的材料制成的轴承或封装的润滑。
Claims (6)
1.一种尤其是用于桶形泵或容器泵的泵机构,所述泵机构具有泵壳体(4)和容纳在所述泵壳体(4)中的驱动轴(6),所述驱动轴在轴引导管(5)中在转子侧的轴承(8)和泵机构联接器(3)上可旋转地得到支撑,其特征在于,所述驱动轴(6)此外在所述轴承(8)和所述泵机构联接器(3)之间被自由引导,其中,所述驱动轴(6)无旋转地被引导通过相对于所述泵壳体(4)固定的支撑环(7),所述支撑环具有比在其中被引导的所述驱动轴(6)的外直径更大的内直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵机构,其特征在于,所述支撑环(7)的内直径比在其中被引导的所述驱动轴(6)的外直径大得多,使得所述驱动轴(6)在无振动的运转中不触碰所述支撑环(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的泵机构,其特征在于,至少一个所述支撑环(7)容纳在所述轴引导管(5)中,优选地压入所述轴引导管(5)中。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的泵机构,其特征在于,至少一个所述支撑环(7)容纳在密封模块(2)中,优选地压入密封模块(2)中。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的泵机构,其特征在于,所述轴承(8)和/或至少一个所述支撑环(7)由碳材料或陶瓷材料制成。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的泵机构,其特征在于,多个所述支撑环(7)在所述轴引导管(5)的长度上分散地布置。
