Description
Claims (14)
- 多段式構造の遠心ポンプであって、各ポンプ段が1つ以上の部材から構成されるケーシングと該ケーシング内に配設される羽根車とを有しており、流れ搬送系統への接続可能に複数のポンプ段が入口末端部及び該入口末端部から軸方向に離れた出口末端部の間に配設されていると共に、接続手段によりそれらの間に保持されており、全羽根車が少なくとも2つのポンプ軸受で支持された1つのポンプシャフトに設けられており、ポンプシャフト端部が駆動装置の接続手段のための受け部を備え、前記遠心ポンプを据付け位置に固定するために外部支持手段が入口末端部及び出口末端部の領域に配設されている遠心ポンプにおいて、互いから最大距離にある2つのポンプ軸受(11,12)の相互に対峙する軸受端面の間の軸受距離(LL)は、値1を引いたポンプ段(2.1〜2.5)の数を隣接する2つの羽根車出口幅間の中心距離のうち最小である最小段全高(LM)に乗じた積よりも小さいか又は等しく、全羽根車が設けられる1つのポンプシャフト(3)のシャフト端部(13)と吐出側ポンプ軸受(11)との間には、シャフトシール(16)と軸方向スラスト装置が取り付けられていることを特徴とする遠心ポンプ。
- 吐出側ポンプ軸受(11)は、吐出接続手段(7)のほぼ中央に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 吐出側ポンプ軸受(11)は、最終ポンプ段(2.5)に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 吐出側ポンプ軸受(11)は、流れ方向において最終ポンプ段(2.5)の前に置かれたポンプ段の間に又はポンプ段の中に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 吸込側ポンプ軸受(12)は、第1ポンプ段(2.1)に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 吸込側ポンプ軸受(12)は、第1ポンプ段(2.1)に続く後続のポンプ段の間に又はポンプ段の中に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 互いから最大距離で配置された前記2つのポンプ軸受(11,12)の間の前記軸受距離(LL)は、シャフト方向に測定され、前記支持手段(9,10)の間の距離(LA)よりも小さいか又は等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記支持手段(9,10)は、前記末端部(4,6)の領域に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記接続手段(8)は、前記末端部(4,6)に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記吐出側ポンプ軸受(11)は、前記出口末端部(6)に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記シャフトシール(16)は、シャフト端部(13)と最も近いポンプ軸受(11,12)との間の領域に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記入口及び/又は出口末端部(4,6)は、別個の構成要素として形成されていると共に、力伝達方式でポンプ段部材(2.5,2.6)に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記入口及び/又は出口末端部(4,6)は、ポンプ段部材(2.5,2.6)の一体要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 相互に対峙する軸受面間で測定される最小軸受距離(LLmin)は、値2〜5を引いたポンプ段の数に隣接する2つの羽根車出口幅間の中心距離のうち最小である最小段全高を乗じたものに等しい10段以上のポンプ段を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
