现有的面料在制成衣服并进行穿着的过程中,通常会存在有一些影响穿着舒适性的问题,其中较为常见的问题是不耐穿及不耐存放的问题。对于不耐穿的问题,主要包括穿着时容易脏及容易褶皱变形的问题,面料之所以容易脏,主要是由于传统的纺织纤维对于水和油渍较为敏感导致的,当有水或者油渍掉落到衣服上时,油渍或者水会吸附在衣服上形成油斑或者水斑,从而导致脏污产生,而面料之所以容易褶皱变形,主要是由于纤维本身是有弹性的,水平受力也会使材料发生形变,而纤维回弹性没那么快,也没那么好,所以容易形成褶皱,而对于不耐存放的问题,主要包括存放时容易滋生细菌及容易发霉的问题,面料之所以容易滋生细菌,主要是由于面料内部的微生物以人体分泌的汗液、油脂、皮屑或织物本身的分解物质作为营养品迅速繁殖,从而形成大量有害的细菌,而面料之所以容易发霉,主要是由于面料与外界水汽接触导致内部被润湿,由于水汽无法快速排干从而容易导致霉变,则由于不耐穿及不耐存放的问题的存在,影响面料制成衣服后的穿着舒适性。

1)纱线制备:对纤维依次进行除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵伸、加捻后再进行卷绕,得到用于制备第一坯布和第二坯布的纱线;

4)面料制备:将经过步骤3)处理得到内层和表层通过热熔胶粘接复合在一起,制成成品面料;
5)面料漂洗:将经过步骤4)处理得到的成品面料浸入清水中并进行反复清洗,清洗完成后通过面料定型机进行烘干定型,再通过面料收卷机进行收卷;
6)抽样质检:对经过步骤5)处理后的面料按批次进行抽样质检,区分合格品和瑕疵品,对合格的批次进行单独存放;
7)入库存放:将经过步骤6)检验合格后的面料批次进行贴标,统一入库存放。

4)烘干定型:将经过步骤3)处理后的第一坯布和第二坯布通过烘干机进行烘干定型;
5)质量检验:对经过步骤4)处理后的面料进行质检,通过强度测验及吸水性测验,检验合格后进行包装入库。
通过采用上述技术方案,整个浸轧方式流程成本低,效率高,通过人工和设备的有序配合,能够保证面料浸轧的均匀性和彻底性,从而提升了浸轧的效率和质量,且最终设置质量检验的步骤,能够保证浸轧的效果,从而能够保证面料的成品质量。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的面料强度较高,内层通过第一坯布浸轧抑菌防霉整理剂得到,使得面料比较耐存放,表层通过第二坯布浸轧抗皱防污整理剂得到,使得面料比较耐穿着,则通过这一系列设置,使得面料在制成衣服后穿着舒适性较高;
2、本发明的制备工艺步骤简单,工艺连续性好,面料生产效率高,能够区分合格品和瑕疵品,且省时省力,操作方便,从而能够保证面料的成品质量,能够符合面料的生产需求。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
请参阅图1-3所示,一种新型面料,包括内层1和表层2,表层2包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,花型六路一循环,花型按照上针盘到下针盘的排列顺序,第一路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第二路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第三路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第四路依次为集圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织、集圈组织,第五路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第六路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,内层1由若干抗菌纱线编织而成,抗菌纱线包括线芯,线芯由第一纱线5和第二纱线6相互螺旋交捻而成,且第一纱线5由若干涤纶纤维加捻而成,第二纱线6由若干粘胶纤维加捻而成,在线芯外侧螺旋缠绕有第一绕线3和第二绕线4,第一绕线3和第二绕线4的缠绕方向相反,且第一绕线3由若干竹炭纤维加捻而成,第二绕线4由若干聚乳酸纤维加捻而成,内层1与表层2之间通过热熔胶粘合在一起,且内层1通过第一坯布浸轧抑菌防霉整理剂得到,表层2通过第二坯布浸轧抗皱防污整理剂得到,其中,
抑菌防霉整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
甲醇10-15份;
壳聚糖8-10份;
柠檬酸6-12份;
有机硅15-20份;
三聚磷酸钠6-12份;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠5 10份;
二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚2-5份;
海藻酸钠3-8份;
分散剂3 5份;
余量为水;
抗皱防污整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯10-20份;
乙二醇5-15份;
磷酸氢钙5-10份;
四甲基氟化铵15-30份;
甲醇12-20份;
三乙醇胺20-30份;
六偏磷酸钠2-3份;
余量为水。
由于内层1通过第一坯布浸轧抑菌防霉整理剂得到,在面料制成衣服并进行穿着时,内层1会与人体皮肤进行贴合,则由于在抑菌防霉整理剂中添加有壳聚糖、柠檬酸及有机硅,对细菌和真菌具有较好的抑制效果,能够起到自主抑菌的效果,而通过添加乙二胺四乙酸二钠,能够保持抑菌防霉整理剂的抑菌效果,使得面料内部不易滋生细菌,且由于在抑菌防霉整理剂中添加有三聚磷酸钠、二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚及海藻酸钠,通过二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚能够加强三聚磷酸钠和海藻酸钠的分散性和融合性,在通过浸轧的方式附着于内层1表面时,使得内层1具有较好的阻隔水汽的作用,从而能够防止纤维内部发霉,使得面料内部不易产生霉变,则通过抑菌防霉整理剂的设置,使得面料比较耐存放,由于表层2通过第二坯布浸轧抗皱防污整理剂得到,在面料制成衣服并进行穿着时,表层2会暴露在外部,则由于在抗皱防污整理剂中添加有四甲基氟化铵、乙二醇及甲醇,使得表层2的表面张力大幅度下降,从而具有较好的拒水拒油的效果,使得水、油无法渗透进表层2内部而只能汇聚在表层2表面,从而无法形成脏污,使得面料不易变脏,且由于在抗皱防污整理剂中添加有聚氨酯、磷酸氢钙及六偏磷酸钠,大大提升了表层2的抗皱性能,从而使得面料不易褶皱变形,则通过抗皱防污整理剂的设置,使得面料比较耐穿着,则通过这一系列设置,使得面料在制成衣服后穿着舒适性较高。
由于表层2包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,花型六路一循环,这样的编织结构稳固性好,不易脱线,耐用性较好,且编织结构层次分明,立体感强,使得面料具有较好的手感。
由于内层1由若干抗菌纱线编织而成,抗菌纱线包括线芯及螺旋缠绕在线芯外侧的第一绕线3和第二绕线4,且第一绕线3由若干竹炭纤维加捻而成,竹炭纤维具有极好的抗菌抑菌效果,从而有效提升了内层1的抗菌抑菌效果,第二绕线4由若干聚乳酸纤维加捻而成,聚乳酸纤维具有环保、舒适、保暖性好的优点,且也具有较好的抗菌效果,从而进一步提升了内层1的抗菌效果,其中,由于线芯由第一纱线5和第二纱线6相互螺旋交捻而成,且第一纱线5由若干涤纶纤维加捻而成,涤纶纤维具有高强度、高韧性和良好的保形性,从而保证了内层1的结构强度,且使得面料不易褶皱变形,第二纱线6由若干粘胶纤维加捻而成,粘胶纤维具有较好的吸湿性,从而使得面料制成衣服后进行穿着具有较好的吸汗效果,能够保证内层1表面的干爽舒适,从而提升了由面料制成的衣服的穿着舒适性。
请参阅图4、图5所示,一种新型面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)纱线制备:对纤维依次进行除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵伸、加捻后再进行卷绕,得到用于制备第一坯布和第二坯布的纱线;
2)坯布织造:将经过步骤1)处理得到的的纱线置于针织纬编大圆机进行织造,其中第二坯布在织造时需按照设计的花型结构,分别织成第一坯布和第二坯布,再对第一坯布和第二坯布进行清洗,清洗完成后进行烘干;

本发明采用纱线制备、坯布织造、坯布浸轧、面料制备、面料漂洗、抽样质检、入库存放的制备工艺流程,步骤简单,工艺连续性好,面料生产效率高,通过抽样质检的步骤,能够区分合格品和瑕疵品,且省时省力,操作方便,从而能够保证面料的成品质量,能够符合面料的生产需求。
本发明采用配比轧液、预浸、二浸、烘干定型、质量检验的浸轧方式流程,成本低,效率高,通过人工和设备的有序配合,能够保证面料浸轧的均匀性和彻底性,从而提升了浸轧的效率和质量,且最终设置质量检验的步骤,能够保证浸轧的效果,从而能够保证面料的成品质量。

1.一种新型面料,其特征在于:包括内层(1)和表层(2),所述内层(1)与表层(2)之间通过热熔胶粘合在一起,所述内层(1)通过第一坯布浸轧抑菌防霉整理剂得到,所述表层(2)通过第二坯布浸轧抗皱防污整理剂得到,其中,
所述抑菌防霉整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
甲醇10-15份;
壳聚糖8-10份;
柠檬酸6-12份;
有机硅15-20份;
三聚磷酸钠6-12份;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠5 10份;
二环氧三甘醇缩水甘油醚2-5份;
海藻酸钠3-8份;
分散剂3-5份;
余量为水;
所述抗皱防污整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯10-20份;
乙二醇5-15份;
磷酸氢钙5-10份;
四甲基氟化铵15-30份;
甲醇12-20份;
三乙醇胺20-30份;
六偏磷酸钠2-3份;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型面料,其特征在于:所述表层(2)包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,所述花型六路一循环,花型按照上针盘到下针盘的排列顺序,第一路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第二路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第三路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第四路依次为集圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织、集圈组织,第五路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第六路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型面料,其特征在于:所述内层(1)由若干抗菌纱线编织而成,所述抗菌纱线包括线芯,所述线芯外侧螺旋缠绕有第一绕线(3)和第二绕线(4),所述第一绕线(3)和第二绕线(4)的缠绕方向相反,所述第一绕线(3)由若干竹炭纤维加捻而成,所述第二绕线(4)由若干聚乳酸纤维加捻而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型面料,其特征在于:所述线芯由第一纱线(5)和第二纱线(6)相互螺旋交捻而成,所述第一纱线(5)由若干涤纶纤维加捻而成,所述第二纱线(6)由若干粘胶纤维加捻而成。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任意一项所述新型面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)纱线制备:对纤维依次进行除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵伸、加捻后再进行卷绕,得到用于制备第一坯布和第二坯布的纱线;
2)坯布织造:将经过步骤1)处理得到的的纱线置于针织纬编大圆机进行织造,其中第二坯布在织造时需按照设计的花型结构,分别织成第一坯布和第二坯布,再对第一坯布和第二坯布进行清洗,清洗完成后进行烘干;
3)坯布浸轧:分别对第一坯布和第二坯布进行浸轧,将抑菌防霉整理剂和抗皱防污整理剂通过浸轧方式分别施加到第一坯布和第二坯布上,得到内层和表层;
4)面料制备:将经过步骤3)处理得到内层和表层通过热熔胶粘接复合在一起,制成成品面料;
5)面料漂洗:将经过步骤4)处理得到的成品面料浸入清水中并进行反复清洗,清洗完成后通过面料定型机进行烘干定型,再通过面料收卷机进行收卷;
6)抽样质检:对经过步骤5)处理后的面料按批次进行抽样质检,区分合格品和瑕疵品,对合格的批次进行单独存放;
7)入库存放:将经过步骤6)检验合格后的面料批次进行贴标,统一入库存放。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种新型面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤3)中的浸轧方式的具体步骤如下:
