作为本发明优选的，所述粘结线为涤纶纤维。

作为本发明优选的，所述保温层为泡沫塑料压织物。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
通过本发明设计的一种具有硬挺效果的浆洗人棉交织布，采用涤纶纤维和人棉制成的织线进行交织布的编织，在硬挺性、耐热性、弹性、抗皱性和耐磨性方面优于常规交织布，并且具备更好的防水和保温效果，在交织布制作技术领域有可利用价值。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图3所示，包括织布层2，所述织布层2设为经织线21和纬织线22垂直交错编织成，经织线21和纬织线22均为多跟粘结线211缠绕单跟人棉线212制成，所述织布层2外侧面涂覆设置防水层1，所述织布层2内侧面粘附设置保温层3。
本发明采用特有属性的粘结线211和人棉线212合成织线，使交织布不仅具有人棉线212的属性，还具有粘结线211的属性，增加交织布的物理和化学性能。
织布层2经由淀粉浆洗处理。
本发明的织布层2由淀粉处理，可以使织布层2具有较好的硬挺效果，有效避免交织布起皱。
粘结线211为涤纶纤维。
本发明采用涤纶纤维的粘结线211，使交织布具有涤纶纤维的特性，涤纶纤维的强度比棉花高近1倍，比羊毛高3倍，因此涤纶织物结实耐用，涤纶纤维可在70～1700C使用，是合成纤维中耐热性和热稳定性最好的，因此交织布耐热，涤纶纤维的弹性接近羊毛，耐皱性超过其他纤维，织物不皱，保行性好，涤纶纤维的耐磨性仅次于锦纶。
防水层1为PVC涂层。
本发明通过设置PVC涂层，可以利用PVC的特性，使交织布具有防水的效果，适用场合也能得到增加。
保温层3为泡沫塑料压织物。
本发明通过设置泡沫塑料压织物的保温层3，利用泡沫塑料压织物的特性能够使交织布具有更好的保温保暖效果，并且硬挺性也更足。
本发明通过多跟粘结线211缠绕单跟人棉线212制成织线，然后将经织线21和纬织线22垂直交错编织成织布层2，再通过淀粉对织布层2进行浆洗处理，使织布层2具有较好的硬挺效果，接着在织布层2表面涂抹PVC涂层，使交织布具有防水效果，再在织布层2另一层表面粘附泡沫塑料压织物，使交织布具有保温效果，从而完成本具有硬挺效果的浆洗人棉交织布的制作过程。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有硬挺效果的浆洗人棉交织布，其特征在于：包括织布层(2)，所述织布层(2)设为经织线(21)和纬织线(22)垂直交错编织成，经织线(21)和纬织线(22)均为多跟粘结线(211)缠绕单跟人棉线(212)制成，所述织布层(2)外侧面涂覆设置防水层(1)，所述织布层(2)内侧面粘附设置保温层(3)；通过多跟粘结线(211)缠绕单跟人棉线(212)制成织线，然后将经织线(21)和纬织线(22)垂直交错编织成织布层(2)，再通过淀粉对织布层(2)进行浆洗处理，使织布层(2)具有较好的硬挺效果，接着在织布层(2)表面涂抹PVC涂层，使交织布具有防水效果，再在织布层(2)另一层表面粘附泡沫塑料压织物使交织布具有保温效果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有硬挺效果的浆洗人棉交织布，其特征在于：所述织布层(2)经由淀粉浆洗处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有硬挺效果的浆洗人棉交织布，其特征在于：所述粘结线(211)为涤纶纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有硬挺效果的浆洗人棉交织布，其特征在于：所述防水层(1)为PVC涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有硬挺效果的浆洗人棉交织布，其特征在于：所述保温层(3)为泡沫塑料压织物。
