糖果作为传统食品,承载了人们很多的感情因素,其创新主要是为了满足口味的需求。随着经济发展和生活水平的提高,全国居民的健康状况有了明显改善,但由于饮食结构不合理,如脂肪摄入量过多等原因,各种常见病、多发病的患病率增加,糖果作为一个传统的行业也需要不断的创新,以满足消费者日益追求健康与时尚的需要。功能性糖果是传统糖果向高端产品品类的延伸,反映了消费者对糖果产品的高层次、多层次需求,其发展方向就是糖果中添加某些营养素或功能性成分,让人们在吃糖果的同时也能为身体的健康补充更多的有益成分。目前国内糖果市场上功能性糖果的主要种类包括:维生素糖果、无糖糖果、益生元糖果、膳食纤维糖果、具有醒脑作用的薄荷糖、含有中草药成分的糖果、提高儿童智力的糖果、增强免疫力的糖果、改善视力的糖果等,可以说功能性糖果具有很大的市场空间。
压片糖果是以食糖或糖浆(粉剂)或甜味剂等为主要原料,经混合、造粒或不造粒、压制成型等相关工艺制成的固体糖果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种新食品原料、营养强化剂为营养成分,可口含或咀嚼的营养型压片糖果。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种营养型压片糖果,包括以下原料组分:山梨糖醇、酸味调节剂、润滑剂和营养素。
进一步地,所述营养素包括茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、乳矿物盐、初乳碱性蛋白、低聚果糖、燕窝酸、宝乐果粉、普鲁兰多糖、维生素C或D-核糖中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述原料组分还包括香精、色淀或甜味剂中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述甜味剂为三氯蔗糖。
进一步地,所述香精为甜橙香精、蓝莓香精、薄荷香精、绿茶香精、苹果香精、葡萄香精或芒果香精中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述色淀为靛蓝铝色淀、胭脂红铝色淀、亮蓝铝色淀、柠檬黄铝色淀或日落黄铝色淀中的一种或多种。

一种营养型压片糖果的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、在清洁作业区,分别取各组分原料,进行粉碎、过80目筛,进行准确称量;
步骤二、首先将山梨糖醇、酸味调节剂和营养素置入混合机内进行充分混合,制得混合粉;
步骤三、将混合粉采用湿法制粒:用95%乙醇或1%K3O溶液制粒,过20目筛,整粒、干燥,干燥温度为48℃-52℃,干燥失重≤5%,整粒,得干颗粒,备用;
步骤四、向干颗粒中加入润滑剂,置混合机中进行充分混合,制得混合颗粒、压片,进行包装、检验、入库。
本发明由于采用了上述的发明,其与现有技术相比,所取得的技术进步在于:
(1)本发明的茶氨酸压片糖果不添加蔗糖,高蛋白低脂肪,硬度合适,光滑坚实,口感爽滑,能够缓解压力、舒畅心情;减轻焦虑、唤醒活力;醒脑提神,提升专注力和记忆力;
(2)本发明的γ-氨基丁酸压片糖果不添加蔗糖而且零脂肪、零钠含量,硬度合适,光滑坚实,口感爽滑,蛋白质含量较高,能够有效改善睡眠质量、缩短入睡时间、提升深度睡眠时长,还有效补充矿物质,在睡眠中促进矿物质尤其是钙的吸收,使入睡快、睡得好,第二天精力充沛;
(3)本发明的燕窝压片糖果不添加蔗糖、香精和色素,硬度合适,光滑坚实,口感爽滑,具有原料天然的酸甜味,含有丰富的维生素和矿物质,能够有效改善记忆力、提高免疫力;
综上,本发明压片糖果营养丰富,不含蔗糖,服用方式多样,适用于不同人群服用。

实施例1
一种营养型压片糖果
包括以下组分:茶氨酸20份,维生素C 0.6份,山梨糖醇40.98份,D-核糖25份,碳酸氢钠5份,柠檬酸4份,DL-苹果酸3份,硬脂酸镁0.8份,甜橙香精0.45份,三氯蔗糖0.15份,靛蓝铝色淀0.02份。
实施例2
一种营养型压片糖果
包括以下组分:茶氨酸10份,维生素C 0.6份,山梨糖醇70份,D-核糖9份,碳酸氢钠5份,柠檬酸4份,硬脂酸镁0.5份,薄荷香精0.2份,绿茶香精0.25份,三氯蔗糖0.4份,亮蓝铝色淀0.02份,柠檬黄铝色淀0.03份。
茶氨酸:2014年批准为新食品原料。L-茶氨酸可以促进大脑表面α波产生,使人体产生舒畅、愉悦的感觉,但不会引起睡眠状态时的θ波数量的增加。服用L-茶氨酸会让人“头脑清醒、情绪稳定、容易产生灵感”;通过茶氨酸对衰老小鼠体重、脑重、学习记忆成绩影响实验、水迷宫实验、跳台实验:对学习记忆力损伤具有保护作用,具有纠正记忆获得障碍的作用,经口给予小鼠不同剂量的L-茶氨酸30天,能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,减少肝糖原的消耗量,降低运动时血清尿素氮水平;对小鼠运动后血乳酸升高有明显的抑制作用,能促进运动后血乳酸的消除,因此具有抗疲劳作用。
5-羟色胺增加会影响中枢神经系统的功能,导致运动能力下降,茶氨酸能促进小鼠运动后脑内多巴胺的释放,降低5-羟色胺含量,提高中枢兴奋性,有效缓解运动性疲劳。茶氨酸是兴奋性递质谷氨酸的天然衍生物,它能够竞争谷氨酸的受体抑制其兴奋性而提供神经保护作用。茶氨酸是水溶性物质,作为外源性神经营养因子,吸收后可以跨过血脑屏障进入脑部,改善细胞微环境,有效发挥作用,能促进神经干细胞增殖。可见L-茶氨酸和GABA产生的放松作用稍有差异,L-茶氨酸侧重放松、愉悦,GABA侧重镇静。茶氨酸可通过血脑屏障,而GABA不能。
维生素C:是一种水溶性维生素,参与蛋白质的合成,血管壁强度和维生素C有非常大的关系,有较强的清除自由基的功效;除抗氧化、抗坏血病,治疗贫血,改善心脑血管的衰老状态,改善血管内皮的自我修复功能,还有美容、养颜、美肤的功效。
山梨糖醇:采用法国罗盖特生产的直压颗粒;山梨糖醇是营养性甜味剂,有清凉的甜味,甜度为蔗糖的50-70%,食用后不会产生龋齿,在人体内不转化为葡萄糖,不被人体消化吸收,不刺激胰岛素的分泌,不会升高人体血糖、血脂含量,适合糖尿病人食用。
D-核糖:D-核糖是由生物发酵法生产的;所有细胞都含有D-核糖,它是生命的组成成分,是人体最基本的DNA和RNA的组成成分,是生命代谢最基本的能量来源之一,作为细胞能量ATP的骨架,D-核糖能够给全身细胞提供能量,改善全身组织器官的功能;能够快速地给心脏提供能量,营养心肌,改善心肌缺血,双向调节心律,它是一种单糖,不会造成血糖的升高,糖尿病人也能服用。
碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸和DL-苹果酸作为酸味调节剂。
硬脂酸镁:作为润滑剂。
香精:采用进口香精,来自国际香精或长谷川。
三氯蔗糖:我国批准使用的甜味剂,其甜度约为蔗糖的600倍,甜味纯正,甜味特性与甜味质量和蔗糖十分相似,具有无能量,高度安全等特点,是目前最优秀的功能性甜味剂之一。

包括以下组分:γ-氨基丁酸20份,乳矿物盐3份,初乳碱性蛋白5份,山梨糖醇59.035份,低聚果糖9份,DL-苹果酸1份,柠檬酸1份,硬脂酸镁1.5份,苹果香精0.1份,葡萄香精0.1份,芒果香精0.1份,三氯蔗糖0.15份,日落黄铝色淀0.015份。
γ-氨基丁酸:2009年批准为新食品原料,是目前发现的最主要的神经信息传导物质,是大脑中重要的神经递质;它的重要性在于可以舒缓和抑制过渡兴奋和激烈的信息传导。当我们处在不安、恐慌、失眠、愤怒、焦虑等不适症状的时候,我们的神经突触会很活跃,而GABA可以降低神经突触的传递,让大脑放松,舒缓身心;与褪黑素相比,褪黑色是人体可以自身分泌的睡眠激素,长期服用会造成自身分泌紊乱,产生依赖,而GABA更加温和安全,激发自身神经调节。
γ-氨基丁酸(GABA,氨酪酸)是一种以自由态广泛存在于原核生物和真核生物的非蛋白质氨基酸,在哺乳动物脑和脊髓中具有多种功效,在中枢神经系统中作为抑制性神经递质起作用。约30%的中枢神经突触部位以GABA为递质,在人体大脑皮质、海马、丘脑、基底神经和小脑中起重要作用,并对机体的多种功能具有调节作用。当人体缺乏GABA时,会产生明显的焦虑、不安、疲倦、忧虑等情绪。GABA的主要作用是一种神经营养因子,提高睡眠品质,增加深睡眠时间;促进脑垂体分泌生长激素,促进骨骼生长;降低神经元活性,神经细胞过热,GABA能结合抗焦虑的脑受体并使之激活,然后与另外一些物质协同作用,阻止与焦虑相关的信息抵达脑指示中枢,防止镇静神经、抗焦虑。
乳矿物盐:2009年批准为新食品原料,本配方采用进口于新西兰恒天然集团的乳矿物盐,是乳清无机盐浓缩物,含有丰富的矿物质,主要有钙、磷、镁。在安全性上,乳矿物盐优于碳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、柠檬酸钙等常见的补钙产品。
初乳碱性蛋白:2009年批准为新食品原料,来源于牛初乳,能有效提高骨组织主动吸收钙和骨胶原等造骨营养的能力,而不是被动补钙,从而促进骨骼更好的生长,增加骨密度、增加骨重量和长度,刺激骨内成骨细胞增生。
低聚果糖:是一种水溶性膳食纤维,甜度是蔗糖的0.3-0.6倍,既保持了蔗糖的纯正甜味性质,又比蔗糖甜味清爽。是具有调节肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌,抑制有害细菌生长;促进微量元素钙、铁的吸收与利用,改善骨骼健康;调节血脂;免疫调节;抗龋齿;防止腹泻和便秘等功能的新型甜味剂,具有类似脂肪的香味和爽口的滑腻感,被誉为继抗生素时代后最具有潜力的新一代添加剂-促生物质。
食用方法:每晚睡前半小时含服或咀嚼2片。
贮藏方法:置通风、干燥处保存。

失眠的表现:
入睡困难:就寝后经30分钟,甚至经1-2小时还难以入睡;

燕窝酸:2007年批准为新食品原料,能够作用于人体细胞,有角膜细胞、皮肤纤维细胞、成纤维细胞、表皮细胞等,在各生命活动调节中起重要作用,可以促进神经细胞增长、抑制唾液酸转移酶;作用于大脑细胞膜和突触的脑部营养素,能够促进记忆力和智力的发育;对神经细胞具有保护与稳定作用,位于神经细胞膜表面的蛋白酶与燕窝酸结合后,能不被细胞外蛋白酶降解;提高肠道对矿物质及维生素的吸收能力,增强机体对营养的吸收水平。在肠道中特定的燕窝酸多肽结合体可以与进入肠道的致病菌、毒至少及病毒粒子形成竞争性结合,从而阻止肠道毒素、致病菌及病毒粒子与肠道粘膜细胞结合。
宝乐果粉:2017年批准为新食品原料,含有丰富的碳水化合物、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质等,尤其是B族维生素及钙、磷、镁等矿物质;含有丰富的多糖类物质,具有抗氧化、提高免疫力等作用;含有丰富的环烯醚萜,对炎症因子有明显的抑制效果;抑制黑色素的生成。
普鲁兰多糖:是一种水溶性粘质多糖,有润滑、清爽的感觉,具有改善口感的作用,可有效增殖体内有益菌双歧杆菌,维持肠道微生物菌群的平衡,改善便秘。
食用方法:每天1次,每次2片,含服或咀嚼。

一种营养型压片糖果的制作方法:
步骤一、在清洁作业区,分别将配方中各原料利用粉碎机进行粉碎、过80目筛,进行准确称量;
步骤二、将山梨糖醇、酸味调节剂和营养素置入混合机内进行充分混合,混合时间20分钟,制得混合粉;
步骤三、将混合粉采用湿法制粒:用95%乙醇或1%K3O溶液制粒,过20目筛,整粒、干燥,干燥温度控制在48℃-52℃之间,干燥失重≤5%,整粒,得干颗粒,备用;
步骤四、向干颗粒中加入润滑剂、香精、三氯蔗糖、色淀,置混合机中充分混合,混合时间为10分钟,得混合颗粒,压片,进行包装、检验、入库。
按照产品规格进行包装,按SB/T10347-2017进行检验,检验合格后方可入库。片剂色泽符合品种应有的色泽,片形完整、大小一致,无裂缝、无明显变形,坚实、不松散、剖面紧密、不粘连。
生产环境及管理均应符合食品卫生管理规范要求,在内包装(含)工序之前的生产环境为清洁作业区,混合、制粒、压片和内包装工序为关键控制点清洁作业区。

Claims (10)
1.一种营养型压片糖果,其特征在于:包括以下原料组分:山梨糖醇、酸味调节剂、润滑剂和营养素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养型压片糖果,其特征在于:所述营养素包括茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、乳矿物盐、初乳碱性蛋白、低聚果糖、燕窝酸、宝乐果粉、普鲁兰多糖、维生素C或D-核糖中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的营养型压片糖果,其特征在于:所述原料组分还包括香精、色淀或甜味剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的营养型压片糖果,其特征在于:所述甜味剂为三氯蔗糖。
5.根据权利要求3所述的营养型压片糖果,其特征在于:所述香精为甜橙香精、蓝莓香精、薄荷香精、绿茶香精、苹果香精、葡萄香精或芒果香精中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的营养型压片糖果,其特征在于:所述色淀为靛蓝铝色淀、胭脂红铝色淀、亮蓝铝色淀、柠檬黄铝色淀或日落黄铝色淀中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的营养型压片糖果,其特征在于:所述酸味调节剂为碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸或DL-苹果酸中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的营养型压片糖果,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁。
9.根据权利要求1所述的营养型压片糖果,其特征在于:包括以下重量份原料:山梨糖醇40-70份,酸味调节剂2-12份,润滑剂0.5-1.5份,营养素27.5-46.5份。
10.一种权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的营养型压片糖果的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一、在清洁作业区,分别取各组分原料,进行粉碎、过80目筛,进行准确称量;
步骤二、首先将山梨糖醇、酸味调节剂和营养素置入混合机内进行充分混合,制得混合粉;
步骤三、将混合粉采用湿法制粒:用95%乙醇或1%K3O溶液制粒,过20目筛,整粒、干燥,干燥温度为48℃-52℃,干燥失重≤5%,整粒,得干颗粒,备用;
步骤四、向干颗粒中加入润滑剂,置混合机中进行充分混合,制得混合颗粒、压片,进行包装、检验、入库。
