本发明公开了一种助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品,所述饮品主要由以下原料制成:火龙果发酵原液、植物提取物、新食品原料、膳食纤维以及水。其制备方法包括以下步骤:称取一定的火龙果发酵原液、植物提取物、新食品原料、膳食纤维以及水,将其置于配料罐中均质至物料完全溶解且质地均一;均质至物料完全溶解且质地均一后泵入自动罐装设备中进行罐装;完成罐装后进行杀菌,即获得助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品。本发明采用的火龙果发酵原液直接作用于改善睡眠的神经递质,解决入睡难,睡眠浅、醒不来、起不来等多种睡眠问题;酸枣仁提取物及膳食纤维等营养物质起到改善睡眠的协同作用,改善肠道菌群,调整睡眠状态,2种作用机制相互协作从根本上改善睡眠状态。

背景技术
随着工作生活节奏的增快,遭受睡眠困扰的人群越来越多。长期睡眠有障碍,不仅会直接影响工作与生活状态,还会降低人体免疫力,增加心脑血管疾病、神经疾病等患病风险,猝死几率升高。目前市面上改善睡眠的产品,除安眠药等药物外,大多数依旧以褪黑素为主要成分。近年来,随着科学技术的发展食品工业技术的进步,越来越多有助睡眠的食品原料被开发利用,并制作成不同形态的产品。
近年来科学家们发现肠道菌群能影响大脑的活动,甚至可以通过脑肠轴的神经、免疫和内分泌等途径与大脑相互作用,形成脑-肠-菌轴[1]。目前认为脑肠轴是一个双向应答系统,涉及免疫、神经、内分泌等多个系统的相互作用[2]。脑肠轴是联系脑与肠的重要中介,睡眠障碍与胃肠道疾病可相互影响,其机制可能与脑肠轴有关。失眠是最常见的睡眠障碍,研究发现失眠患者中伴随胃肠道功能异常的比例最大,且胃肠道疾病的患者比健康人更容易发生失眠,相反,失眠也会增加胃肠道疾病发生的风险[3]。肠道菌群是胃肠道的重要组成部分,也是脑肠轴中的重要参与者,肠道菌群与失眠症可通过脑肠轴的多种途径互相影响[4],涉及神经内分泌、免疫、代谢等多方面的相互作用[5]。根据研究表明短链脂肪酸(SCFA)具有参与自身基础代谢[6],调节肠道菌群平衡、改善肠道功能[7]的作用。

鉴于目前存在的上述不足,本发明提供一种助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品及其制备方法,本申请本以火龙果发酵原液为主导,搭配药食同源食品配料百合酸枣仁提取物,新食品原料茶叶茶氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸作为辅助成分起到协同增效的作用。口感酸甜,可口怡人。不仅具有安神助眠、改善睡眠质量的作用,还可以调节自身代谢功能,维护肠道菌群平衡,构建自身良好的睡眠习惯。本产品制备工艺简单,功效显著,成本中等,性价比高,拥有较高的市场推广价值。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品,所述饮品主要由以下原料制成:
火龙果发酵原液、植物提取物、新食品原料、膳食纤维以及水。
依照本发明的一个方面,按照重量百分数计,所述助睡眠火龙果主要由以下原料制成:
火龙果发酵原液20-30份、植物提取物10-20份、新食品原料0.4-0.6份0.4-0.6份、膳食纤维5-10份、水50-70份。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述火龙果发酵原液中短链脂肪酸的含量大于等于10%。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述火龙果发酵原液中短链脂肪酸的种类为10-20种。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述植物提取物包含酸枣仁提取物和百合提取物。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述新食品原料包含茶叶茶氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述膳食纤维为低聚果糖。
基于同一发明构思,本发明还公开了上述任一所述的助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:称取一定的火龙果发酵原液、植物提取物、新食品原料、膳食纤维以及水,并将其置于配料罐中均质至物料完全溶解且质地均一;其中,新食品原料包括茶叶茶氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸;
步骤2:均质至物料完全溶解且质地均一后泵入自动罐装设备中进行罐装;
步骤3:完成罐装后进行杀菌工艺,即获得助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述步骤3中,所述杀菌工艺具体为微波杀菌。
依照本发明的一个方面,所述微波杀菌的温度为60-80℃,时间为4min。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用的火龙果发酵原液(已申请专利,授权公告号:CN108402454B)中富含多种短链脂肪酸,具有显著调节肠道菌群平衡、改善肠道,激活特异性蛋白受体,促进促眠因子的释放增加慢波睡眠的功能。本发明所提供的火龙果助睡眠发酵饮品以火龙果发酵原液为主导,搭配药食同源食品配料百合酸枣仁提取物,辅以新资源食品的茶叶茶氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸作为辅助成分起到协同增效的作用。口感酸甜,可口怡人。几种原辅料所含的生物活性成分共同作用,不仅具有安神助眠、改善睡眠质量、调整生物钟的作用,还可以调节自身代谢功能,维护肠道菌群平衡,构建自身良好的睡眠习惯。产品不会对饮用者产生毒副作用,饮用者可以将产品作为普通食品放心饮用。

本申请的红心火龙果发酵原液的制备方法已申请专利,授权公告号:CN108402454B。火龙果发酵原液中富含多种短链脂肪酸(10-20种),具有显著调节肠道菌群平衡、改善肠道,激活特异性蛋白受体,促进促眠因子的释放的功能。
本申请的酸枣仁提取物主要成分为酸枣仁皂苷,酸枣仁具有养心补肝,宁心安神,敛汗,生津之功效。主治虚烦不眠,惊悸多梦,体虚多汗,津伤口渴。
本申请的百合提取物由百合提取而来,其主要成分为百合多糖。据《中药图典》记载百合具由养阴润肺,清心安神的功效。多用于治疗阴虚久咳,痰中带血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。
本申请的低聚果糖是优质益生元,具有良好的维护肠道菌群平衡,构建健康肠胃功能。
2009年我国卫生部批准γ-氨基丁酸为新食品原料,其具有提改善睡眠、镇静、降血压等功能,2014年卫生部批准茶叶茶氨酸为新食品原料具有放松、提高记忆力、降低血压、神经保护等作用。两者均天然存在,具有多种生理功能且不会产生副作用。
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种火龙果助睡眠发酵饮品,由如下质量分数的原料制备而成:

按照比例向调配罐中加入50份纯化水、25份火龙果发酵原液、10份酸枣仁提取物、5份百合提取物、10份低聚果糖、0.3份γ-氨基丁酸、0.3份茶叶茶氨酸;
均质至所有物料完全溶解且质地均一后泵入自动灌装设备中进行灌装;
杀菌方式为微波杀菌,微波时间为4min,温度60-80℃;
完成灌装杀菌工艺后,冷却至常温后贴标、喷码、包装制得本发明所述火龙果助睡眠发酵饮品。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种火龙果助睡眠发酵饮品,由如下质量分数的原料制备而成:

杀菌方式为微波杀菌,微波时间为4min,温度60-80℃;
完成灌装杀菌工艺后,冷却至常温后贴标、喷码、包装制得本发明所述火龙果助睡眠发酵饮品。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种火龙果助睡眠发酵饮品,由如下质量分数的原料制备而成:
本发明的功能性饮品制备方法如下:
按照比例向调配罐中加入55份纯化水、30份火龙果发酵原液、5份酸枣仁提取物、5份百合提取物、5份低聚果糖、0.2份γ-氨基丁酸、0.2份茶叶茶氨酸;
均质至所有物料完全溶解且质地均一后泵入自动灌装设备中进行灌装;
杀菌方式为微波杀菌,微波时间为4min,温度60-80℃;
完成灌装杀菌工艺后,冷却至常温后贴标、喷码、包装制得本发明所述火龙果助睡眠发酵饮品。
对比例1
本对比例提供的一种发酵饮品,由如下质量分数的原料制备而成:
制备方法如下:
按照比例向调配罐中加入70份纯化水、10份酸枣仁提取物、10份百合提取物、10份低聚果糖、0.3份γ-氨基丁酸、0.3份茶叶茶氨酸;
均质至所有物料完全溶解且质地均一后泵入自动灌装设备中进行灌装。
杀菌方式为微波杀菌,微波时间为4min,温度60-80℃
完成灌装杀菌工艺后,冷却制得对照发酵饮品。
实验测试
每天睡前2小时内饮用本发明所述的火龙果助睡眠发酵饮品实例一30ml,连续饮用30天,饮用次日开始统计试用效果情况,以受试者定期反馈调查报告来进行疗效判定,共收集110位志愿者反馈信息(其中男性74位,女性36位),其结果如图1-4所示:
如图1所示,经过1个月的试饮,反应夜间睡眠质量有明显提高的有103例(有效占比93%),且停止饮用产品2周后,依旧可以拥有良好的睡眠质量。反应效果不显的有7例。16名受试者反应,试饮产品5天内睡眠质量就有明显提高,40名受试者在试饮产品10天内出现明显效果;并且醒来后精神状态饱满,肠胃功能也有一定的改善。
如图2所示,受试者中24人拥有助眠产品服用史,反馈产品效果明显人员22位,无明显效果人员2位。80人无助眠产品服用史,反馈产品效果明显人员75位,无明显效果人员5位。说明本发明对有助眠产品服用史的人群依旧有相当效果。
如图3所示,74名男性受试者中反馈产品效果明显人员69位,有效占比93%。如图4所示,36名女性受试者中反馈产品效果明显人员34位,有效占比94%。两者数值相当,说明本发明无论对男性、女性都具有明显的作用。
本次试验说明,助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品具有很好的改善睡眠、镇静安神的功效,针对不同睡眠问题困扰的人群,产品适应性高;本产品在改善自身失眠问题的同时,还可以提高胃肠功能。
对比实验测试
每天睡前2小时内饮用本发明所述的对比例一30ml,连续饮用30天,饮用次日开始统计试用效果情况,以受试者定期反馈调查报告来进行疗效判定,共收集52位志愿者反馈信息(其中男性33位,女性19位):
经过1个月的试饮,反馈夜间睡眠质量有所提高的仅有13例,且停止饮用产品2周后,睡眠质量出现反复。
拥有助眠产品服用史的12名受试者中,反馈产品有效人员3位,无明显效果人员9位。40人无助眠产品服用史,反馈产品效果明显人员10位,无明显效果人员30位。
本次对照试验说明,没有添加火龙果发酵液,其它组分单独作用下效果明显远不如与火龙果发酵液联合使用的效果。对比实验组有效率仅25%远低于实验组93%的有效率。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域技术的技术人员在本发明公开的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

1.一种助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品,其特征在于,所述饮品主要由以下原料制成:
火龙果发酵原液、植物提取物、新食品原料、膳食纤维以及水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计,所述助睡眠火龙果主要由以下原料制成:
火龙果发酵原液20-30份、植物提取物10-20份、新食品原料0.4-0.6份、膳食纤维5-10份、水50-70份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品,其特征在于,所述火龙果发酵原液中短链脂肪酸的含量大于等于10%。

8.根据权利要求1至7任一所述的助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:称取一定的火龙果发酵原液、植物提取物、新食品原料、膳食纤维以及水,并将其置于配料罐中均质至物料完全溶解且质地均一;其中,新食品原料包含茶叶茶氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸;
步骤2:均质至物料完全溶解且质地均一后泵入自动罐装设备中进行罐装;
步骤3:完成罐装后进行杀菌工艺,即获得助睡眠火龙果发酵饮品。
