Abstract
本发明公开一种改性热塑性聚酯弹性体及透湿防水膜,改性热塑性聚酯弹性体是由热塑性聚酯弹性体、再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯及相容剂所形成。以改性热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量份,再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的含量为大于0重量份至50重量份。以热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量百分比,热塑性聚酯弹性体中包括25重量百分比至75重量百分比的硬链段以及25重量百分比至75重量百分比的软链段。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种改性热塑性聚酯弹性体及透湿防水膜,特别是涉及一种可作为透湿防水膜材料的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,改性热塑性聚酯弹性体制成的透湿防水膜具有良好的透湿度。
背景技术
透湿防水膜是一种可允许水气通过,但会阻挡液体水分子通过的薄膜。水气为气体状态的水分子,由于体积非常细小,可藉由毛细现象原理,由透湿防水膜的一侧渗透至另一侧,从而达到透水气(湿气)的效果。然而,一旦水气凝结成液体水分子,在表面张力以及内聚力的共同作用下,液体水分子会倾向聚集形成一体积较大的分子团,进而无法由透湿防水膜的一侧穿过至另一侧,因此,透湿防水膜可具有防水的效果。
现有的透湿防水膜大多是以聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)作为主要材料,制得具有微孔的透湿防水膜。具有微孔的透湿防水膜的透湿机制,是利用膜两侧的水蒸气压差,以驱使水蒸气穿过微孔以达到透湿的效果。然而,于长时间使用后,透湿防水膜的微孔可能会被堵塞,导致透湿防水膜的透湿效果下降。并且,聚四氟乙烯制成的透湿防水膜,具有不易分解的问题,容易对环境造成负荷。
根据上述内容可得知,现有的透湿防水膜具有透湿效果会随时间降低,以及透湿防水膜本身不易分解的问题。为了克服上述问题,本发明提供一种改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,本发明的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体因具有良好的透湿特性,而可用于制造透湿防水膜,并可应用于机能服饰上,例如:医疗隔离衣和防护衣,但本发明不限于此。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足提供一种改性热塑性聚酯弹性体及透湿防水膜。本发明的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体以及透湿防水膜具有良好的透湿度,且使用了高比例的再生塑料,可达到重复利用回收塑料的效果。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明所采用的其中一技术方案是提供一种改性热塑性聚酯弹性体。改性热塑性聚酯弹性体是由热塑性聚酯弹性体、再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯及相容剂所形成。以改性热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量份,再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的含量为大于0重量份至50重量份。以热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量百分比,热塑性聚酯弹性体中包括25重量百分比至75重量百分比的硬链段以及25重量百分比至75重量百分比的软链段。
更进一步地,硬链段是由芳香族聚酯所构成,软链段是由脂肪族聚酯或脂肪族聚醚所构成。
更进一步地,构成硬链段的芳香族聚酯,是选自于由聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯及聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯所构成的群组。
更进一步地,软链段是由脂肪族聚醚所构成,脂肪族聚醚是选自于由聚四亚甲基醚二醇及聚乙二醇所构成的群组。
更进一步地,再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的特性黏度(intrinsic viscosity,IV)为0.7至0.75。
更进一步地,相容剂是选自于由下列所构成的群组:多羧酸烃类、脂肪族酸酐、多官能基环氧化物及其组合物。
更进一步地,相容剂是选自于由下列所构成的群组:2,2,4,4-二苯基四羧酸、3,3,4,4-二苯甲酮四羧酸、均苯四酸二酐、环戊烷四羧酸、四氢邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯、甘油二缩水甘油醚及其组合物。
更进一步地,改性热塑性聚酯弹性体进一步包括一抗氧化剂,氧化剂是选自于由下列所构成的群组:四(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基)苯丙酸季戊四醇酯、三(2,4-二叔丁基)亚磷酸苯酯、3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯及其组合物。
更进一步地,改性热塑性聚酯弹性体的邵氏硬度为30D至60D。
更进一步地,本发明所采用的其中一技术方案是提供一种透湿防水膜。形成透湿防水膜的材料包括热塑性聚酯弹性体、再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯及相容剂。以改性热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量份,再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的含量为大于0重量份至50重量份。以热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量百分比,热塑性聚酯弹性体中包括25重量百分比至75重量百分比的硬链段以及25重量百分比至75重量百分比的软链段。透湿防水膜的透湿度为大于或等于25000g/m2·day。
更进一步地,透湿防水膜的厚度为10微米至50微米。
更进一步地,透湿防水膜不具有微孔。
本发明所提供的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体及透湿防水膜,其能通过“热塑性聚酯弹性体中包括25重量百分比至75重量百分比的硬链段以及25重量百分比至75重量百分比的软链段”以及“再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的含量为大于0重量份至50重量份”的技术方案,制得具有高透湿度的透湿防水膜。

具体实施方式
以下是通过特定的具体实例来说明本发明所公开有关“改性热塑性聚酯弹性体及透湿防水膜”的实施方式,本领域技术人员可由本说明书所公开的内容了解本发明的优点与效果。本发明可通过其他不同的具体实施例加以施行或应用,本说明书中的各项细节也可基于不同观点与应用,在不背离本发明的构思下进行各种修改与变更。以下的实施方式将进一步详细说明本发明的相关技术内容,但所公开的内容并非用以限制本发明的保护范围。另外,本文中所使用的术语“或”,应视实际情况可能包括相关联的列出项目中的任一个或者多个的组合。
本发明提供一种改性热塑性聚酯弹性体及其制成的透湿防水膜。本发明的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体包括热塑性聚酯弹性体(thermoplastic polyester elastomer,TPEE)以及再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET),如此一来,本发明的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体中可包含高比例的回收塑料,以达到回收再利用的效果。
热塑性聚酯弹性体具有优良的加工特性,适用于射出成型、吹膜成型或是挤出成型的制造方式。并且,热塑性聚酯弹性体还兼具了橡胶的柔软性与弹性以及工程塑料的刚性与化学稳定性。
于本发明中,通过选用特定的硬链段(hard segment)及软链段(soft segment),并调控硬链段与软链段的重量比例,可聚合形成透湿防水特性良好的热塑性聚酯弹性体。即使本发明的热塑性聚酯弹性体进一步与不具透湿防水特性的再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯相混,仍可具有一定程度的透湿防水特性。因此,本发明的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体可用于制造透湿防水膜,且透湿防水膜的成分中包含了高比例的回收塑料,而可达到重复利用回收塑料的效果。以下将以具体实施例详细说明。
[热塑性聚酯弹性体]
本发明的热塑性聚酯弹性体,是由硬链段与软链段交错排列所构成的嵌段式共聚高分子(block copolymer),其中,以热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量百分比,热塑性聚酯弹性体包含了25重量百分比至75重量百分比的硬链段以及25重量百分比至75重量百分比的软链段。优选的,热塑性聚酯弹性体包含了30重量百分比至70重量百分比的硬链段以及30重量百分比至70重量百分比的软链段。
于一较佳实施例中,软链段的含量高于硬链段的含量,也就是说,热塑性聚酯弹性体包含了25重量百分比至小于50重量百分比的硬链段以及50重量百分比至75重量百分比的软链段。更优选的,软链段的含量高于硬链段的含量,热塑性聚酯弹性体包含了30重量百分比至小于50重量百分比的硬链段以及50重量百分比至70重量百分比的软链段。如此一来,热塑性聚酯弹性体可具有较佳的透湿性。
热塑性聚酯弹性体中的硬链段是由芳香族聚酯所构成,其中,芳香族聚酯是由芳香族二羧酸及脂肪族二醇,或是由芳香族二羧酸及脂环族二醇经共聚缩合反应而形成。芳香族二羧酸可以是但不限于:苯二羧酸、二苯基二羧酸或萘二羧酸;脂肪族二醇可以是但不限于:乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇或己二醇;脂环族二醇可以是但不限于:环己烷二醇。具体来说,硬链段的数量平均分子量为30000至80000。
于一较佳实施例中,构成硬链段的芳香族聚酯是选自于由下列所构成的群组:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯及聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(polybutylene terephthalate,PBT),但不以此为限。
热塑性聚酯弹性体中的软链段是由脂肪族聚酯或脂肪族聚醚所构成,其中,脂肪族聚酯是由脂肪族二羧酸及脂肪族二醇,或是由脂肪族二羧酸及脂环族二醇经共聚缩合反应而形成。脂肪族聚醚是由脂肪族二醇共聚缩合反应而形成,或是由环氧烷及脂肪族二醇开环聚合而形成。脂肪族二羧酸可以是但不限于:丙酸、己酸、庚酸、辛酸或月桂酸;脂肪族二醇可以是但不限于:乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇或己二醇;脂环族二醇可以是但不限于:环己烷二醇;环氧烷可以是但不限于:环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷或四氢呋喃。具体来说,软链段的数量平均分子量为30000至80000。
于一较佳实施例中,软链段是由脂肪族聚醚所构成,脂肪族聚醚是选自于由下列所构成的群组:聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)及聚四亚甲基醚二醇(polytetramethylene ether glycol,PTMEG),但不以此为限。
于合成热塑性聚酯弹性体时,可先聚合形成包括前述软链段的前驱物树脂组成物,也就是先混合脂肪族二羧酸及脂肪族二醇,或是混合脂肪族二羧酸及脂环族二醇进行缩合反应,或是先混合环氧烷及脂肪族二醇进行开环聚合反应。接着,再将合成前述硬链段所需的单体(例如:芳香族二羧酸以及脂肪族二醇或脂环族二醇),投入前驱物树脂组成物中,待聚合反应结束后,即可完成本发明的热塑性聚酯弹性体。上述热塑性聚酯弹性体的制造步骤仅用于说明,并非用于限制本发明。
[改性热塑性聚酯弹性体]
将上述热塑性聚酯弹性体、再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、相容剂及抗氧化剂于熔融状态相混,以形成本发明的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体。以改性热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量份,再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的含量为大于0重量份至50重量份,相容剂的含量为0.1重量份至3重量份,抗氧化剂的含量为0.2重量份至3重量份。
再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的来源可以是回收的宝特瓶瓶片,回收的宝特瓶瓶片在经过回收、处理及再生的步骤后,可制得再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。于本实施例中,再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的特性黏度为0.7至0.75,再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的数量平均分子量为40000至60000。
相容剂的添加,可提升热塑性聚酯弹性体与再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯之间的相容性,以获得特性均匀的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体。于本实施例中,相容剂可以是选自于由下列所构成的群组:多羧酸烃类、脂肪族酸酐、多官能基环氧化物及其组合物。例如:相容剂可以是选自于由下列所构成的群组:2,2,4,4-二苯基四羧酸、3,3,4,4-二苯甲酮四羧酸、均苯四酸二酐、环戊烷四羧酸、四氢邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯、甘油二缩水甘油醚及其组合物。
抗氧化剂的添加,可避免改性热塑性聚酯弹性体在水雾、臭氧或阳光照射的环境下,因与自由基反应而断链降解。氧化剂可以是选自于由下列所构成的群组:四(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基)苯丙酸季戊四醇酯、三(2,4-二叔丁基)亚磷酸苯酯、3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯及其组合物。
具体来说,改性热塑性聚酯弹性体的邵氏硬度为30D至60D。
[透湿防水膜]
本发明的透湿防水膜可通过挤出或涂布的方式制得,但不限于此。形成透湿防水膜的材料包括前述改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,也就是说,形成透湿防水膜的材料包括前述的热塑性聚酯弹性体、再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯以及相容剂,且各成分比例大致与前述相同,故于此不再赘述。
于本实施例中,是以挤出的方式制得透湿防水膜。将前述热塑性聚酯弹性体、再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、相容剂及抗氧化剂投入双螺杆压出机,经挤出及拉伸的步骤后,便可制得本发明的透湿防水膜。于本发明中,透湿防水膜的厚度为10微米至50微米。
于其他实施例中,亦可以涂布的方式制得透湿防水膜。将前述热塑性聚酯弹性体、再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、相容剂及抗氧化剂以溶剂溶解,涂布于基材后进行干燥烘烤,自基材上剥离后即可获得本发明的透湿防水膜。
并且,本发明的透湿防水膜属于无孔亲水膜,也就是说,本发明的透湿防水膜不具有微孔。不同于具有微孔的透湿防水膜,无孔的透湿防水膜的透湿机制,是利用材料中的亲水链段或亲水基团吸收水分,待水分扩散至透湿防水膜的另一侧后再放湿,以达到透水气(湿气)的效果。由于本发明的透湿防水膜不具有微孔,即使长时间使用后,也不会因微孔被堵塞而造成透湿效果下降的问题。
为证实本发明的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,可用于制造透湿防水膜,本发明制备了实施例1至3(E1至E3)及比较例1(C1)的透湿防水膜,其厚度为15微米。透湿防水膜的成分含量列于表1中,并根据JIS L1099 B1的方法进行透湿度的测试。

根据表1的结果可得知,本发明的透湿防水膜具有优异的透湿度,当改性热塑性聚酯弹性体中再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的含量为不高于50wt%时,透湿防水膜的透湿度为大于或等于25000g/m2·day。优选的,当改性热塑性聚酯弹性体中再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的含量为不高于30wt%时,透湿防水膜的透湿度为大于或等于50000g/m2·day。
在改性热塑性聚酯弹性体中,分子链上的亲水性官能基团具有一定的亲水能力。因此,当透湿防水膜其中一侧湿气较高时,亲水性官能基团可吸收水气,再通过扩散现象,水气可穿透透湿防水膜并由另一侧排出,使透湿防水膜具备透湿气的能力。
[实施例的有益效果]
本发明的其中一有益效果在于,本发明所提供的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体及透湿防水膜,其能通过“热塑性聚酯弹性体中包括25重量百分比至75重量百分比的硬链段以及25重量百分比至75重量百分比的软链段”的技术方案,制得具有高透湿度的透湿防水膜。
更进一步而言,本发明所提供的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体及透湿防水膜,其能通过“再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的含量为大于0重量份至50重量份”的技术方案,达到重复利用回收塑料的效果。
更进一步而言,本发明所提供的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体及透湿防水膜,其能通过“相容剂是选自于由下列所构成的群组:多羧酸烃类、脂肪族酸酐、多官能基环氧化物及其组合物”的技术方案,使改性热塑性聚酯弹性体与再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯具有良好的混合均匀性。
以上所公开的内容仅为本发明的优选可行实施例,并非因此局限本发明的权利要求书的保护范围,所以凡是运用本发明说明书内容所做的等效技术变化,均包含于本发明的权利要求书的保护范围内。
Claims (12)
1.一种改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,其特征在于,所述改性热塑性聚酯弹性体是由热塑性聚酯弹性体、再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯及相容剂所形成;其中,以所述改性热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量份,所述再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的含量为大于0重量份至50重量份;其中,以所述热塑性聚酯弹性体的总重为100重量百分比,所述热塑性聚酯弹性体中包括25重量百分比至75重量百分比的硬链段以及25重量百分比至75重量百分比的软链段。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,其特征在于,所述硬链段是由芳香族聚酯所构成,所述软链段是由脂肪族聚酯或脂肪族聚醚所构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,其特征在于,构成所述硬链段的芳香族聚酯,是选自于由聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯及聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯所构成的群组。
4.根据权利要求2所述的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,其特征在于,所述软链段是由脂肪族聚醚所构成,所述脂肪族聚醚是选自于由聚四亚甲基醚二醇及聚乙二醇所构成的群组。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,其特征在于,所述再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的特性黏度为0.7至0.75。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,其特征在于,所述相容剂是选自于由下列所构成的群组:多羧酸烃类、脂肪族酸酐、多官能基环氧化物及其组合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,其特征在于,所述相容剂是选自于由下列所构成的群组:2,2,4,4-二苯基四羧酸、3,3,4,4-二苯甲酮四羧酸、均苯四酸二酐、环戊烷四羧酸、四氢邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯、甘油二缩水甘油醚及其组合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,其特征在于,所述改性热塑性聚酯弹性体进一步包括一抗氧化剂,所述氧化剂是选自于由下列所构成的群组:四(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基)苯丙酸季戊四醇酯、三(2,4-二叔丁基)亚磷酸苯酯、3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八烷醇酯及其组合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体,其特征在于,所述改性热塑性聚酯弹性体的邵氏硬度为30D至60D。
10.一种透湿防水膜,其特征在于,所述透湿防水膜是根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的改性热塑性聚酯弹性体所制得,所述透湿防水膜的透湿度为大于或等于25000g/m2·day。
11.根据权利要求10所述的透湿防水膜,其特征在于,所述透湿防水膜的厚度为10微米至50微米。
12.根据权利要求10所述的透湿防水膜,其特征在于,所述透湿防水膜不具有微孔。
