一种移位寄存器,包括:信号写入电路(1)、电压控制电路(2)和输出电路(3);信号写入电路(1),配置为响应于第二时钟信号端(CLK2)所提供的第二时钟信号的控制,将信号输入端(STU)所提供的输入信号的反向信号写入至第二节点(N2);电压控制电路(2),配置为响应于第一节点(N1)处电压的控制,将第一工作电压写入至第一节点(N1)、将第二时钟信号写入至电压控制电路内部的第三节点(N3),以及响应于第二时钟信号的控制,将第二工作电压写入至第三节点(N3),以及响应于第三节点(N3)处电压和第一时钟信号端(CLK1)提供的第一时钟信号的控制,将第一时钟信号写入至第一节点(N1);输出电路(3),配置为响应于第一节点(N1)或第二节点(N2)处电压的控制,将第二工作电压或第一工作电压写入至信号输出端(OUT)。
