Based on the above, the separation bin can help staff to separate each air conditioner fan blade, so that the subsequent independent taking is facilitated, and the missing detection condition in the air conditioner fan blade detection is reduced; the automatic material taking manipulator provided by the invention can be sucked on the blades of the air conditioner fan blades through the corrugated sucker to take away the air conditioner fan blades, and the air conditioner fan blades which are transversely placed can be turned into the vertical direction through the steering gear after the air conditioner fan blades are taken away, so that the air conditioner fan blades can be conveniently placed into the detection device to be detected; when the sucking disc mounting plate moves downwards to grab the air conditioner fan blade, the arranged pressing tongue can activate the touch switch, so that the partition plate rises, after the air conditioner fan blade in the partition bin right below the sucking disc mounting plate is taken away, a subsequent partition bin can move, then the partition plate descends again, the partition bin at the rear is blocked, and the situation that the air conditioner fan blade is grabbed in a missing mode can be guaranteed while the air conditioner fan blade is taken every time is guaranteed.

the grabbing device comprises a cylinder seat (351), a lifting cylinder (352), a lifting block (353), a steering block (354), a sucker mounting plate (355) and a corrugated sucker (356), wherein the cylinder seat (351) is fixed on a connecting block (34), the lifting cylinder (352) is fixed in the cylinder seat (351), an output shaft of the lifting cylinder (352) is connected to the top of the lifting block (353), the lifting block (353) is connected with the steering block (354) through the steering device (36), the sucker mounting plate (355) is fixed to the bottom of the steering block (354), a plurality of sucker seats (357) are uniformly arranged on the sucker mounting plate (355), the corrugated sucker (356) is arranged at the bottom of the sucker seat (357), and a pressing tongue (358) is arranged at the outer end of the sucker mounting plate (355);
