饮料是市面常见的快销品,现有的饮料种类包括:纯水、果汁、奶类饮品、碳酸饮料、功能饮料等,它们大多是解决口渴、补充体能、或者以具有独特风味为卖点吸引消费者,但是对于保健方面一般没有益处。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种骨汤保健饮料,其对心脑血管具有保健效果,可以延缓血栓形成,有利于心脑血管健康。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种骨汤保健饮料,包括以下步骤:
(1)取家畜骨头500g放入1500g水中,加盐6g、葱100g、姜50g、生荷叶3g、生山楂3g、生紫灵芝3g加热熬制;
(2)加热熬制过程中当水蒸发至1000g时停止加热,滤去残渣后得到纯净的骨汤;
(3)将得到的骨汤按每瓶500g装瓶,并在每瓶中添加0.5g山梨酸钾,然后封口即可。
作为优选的,所述的家畜骨头采用猪骨头或牛骨头。

(3)将得到的骨汤按每瓶500g装瓶,并在每瓶中添加0.5g山梨酸钾,然后封口即可。
实施例二:
一种骨汤保健饮料,包括以下步骤:
(1)取牛骨头500g放入1500g水中,加盐6g、葱100g、姜50g、生荷叶3g、生山楂3g、生紫灵芝3g加热熬制;
(2)加热熬制过程中当水蒸发至1000g时停止加热,滤去残渣后得到纯净的骨汤;
(3)将得到的骨汤按每瓶500g装瓶,并在每瓶中添加0.5g山梨酸钾,然后封口即可。
实践验证:
50名45-55岁没患有心脑血管疾病的志愿者参与实验,没人每天喝一瓶(500mL)本发明所述的骨汤保健饮料,连续5年,50名患者中均没有新患心脑血管疾病。
另取50名45-55岁患有心脑血管疾病的志愿者参与实验,没人每天喝一瓶(500mL)本发明所述的骨汤保健饮料,连续5年,期间治疗心脑血管疾病的药物正常服用,50志愿者中,32名患者心脑血管疾病有明显改善,其中有2名本身较为轻微的患者几乎可以停药。

1.一种骨汤保健饮料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取家畜骨头500g放入1500g水中,加盐6g、葱100g、姜50g、生荷叶3g、生山楂3g、生紫灵芝3g加热熬制;
(2)加热熬制过程中当水蒸发至1000g时停止加热,滤去残渣后得到纯净的骨汤;
(3)将得到的骨汤按每瓶500g装瓶,并在每瓶中添加0.5g山梨酸钾,然后封口即可。
