Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the rice seed coating agent for comprehensively planting rice and shrimps, disclosed by the invention, is a fermentation liquid obtained by mixing and fermenting sausage fruit, cape gooseberry, cauliflower and sour bean leaves, can give out unpleasant odor of crayfish and pests, prevents the crayfish and the pests from approaching seeds, has a growth promoting effect on rice, can improve the germination effect of rice seeds, can reduce the use of a growth regulator, and can effectively reduce the morbidity of water bakanae disease and bacterial brown spot by matching with jinggangmycin and allicin.
According to the invention, the lactobacillus, the bacillus coagulans and the bacillus subtilis are used for fermenting the sausage fruit, the lantern fruit, the cauliflower and the tamarind leaf, and the fermentation liquor obtained after fermentation can improve the micro-ecological environment of the rice field soil, improve the root activity of seedlings and promote the growth of the seedlings.

The experimental methods used in the present invention are all conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
The materials, reagents and the like used in the present invention can be obtained commercially without specific description.
Example 1
A rice seed coating agent for comprehensive breeding of rice and shrimp comprises the following components: 0.02g of jinggangmycin, 0.01g of allicin, 28g of fermentation liquor, 6.55g of zinc fertilizer, 1.31g of selenium fertilizer, 7.21g of copper fertilizer, 3.93g of boron fertilizer, 5.2g of polyacrylamide, 3.4g of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1.3g of cyclodextrin and 0.1g of rose essence;
a preparation method of a rice seed coating agent for comprehensive breeding of rice and shrimps comprises the following steps:
a. pretreatment of raw materials: respectively grinding the jinggangmycin, the allicin, the trace element fertilizer and the auxiliary agent, and then sieving the ground materials by a 100-mesh sieve; then respectively cleaning sausage fruit, lantern fruit, cauliflower and tamarind leaf, airing, and then mixing according to the weight ratio of 0.4: 1:1.2: 0.2, mixing the sausage fruit, the lantern fruit, the cauliflower and the tamarind leaf, and crushing to obtain a mixture 1;
b. preparing fermentation liquor: adding mixed bacteria accounting for 0.7 percent of the weight of the mixture 1 into the mixture 1, fermenting for 5-7 days at the temperature of 25-30 ℃ and the humidity of 60-80 percent, and filtering to obtain fermentation liquor; the mixed bacteria are obtained by mixing lactic acid bacteria, bacillus coagulans and bacillus subtilis according to the quantity ratio of 1:0.5: 1.8;
c. preparing a seed coating agent: uniformly mixing the fermentation liquor and the auxiliary agent to obtain a mixture 2, uniformly mixing the trace element fertilizer, the jinggangmycin and the allicin to obtain a mixture 3, and uniformly mixing the mixture 2 and the mixture 3 to obtain the seed coating agent.

Test examples
1.1 design of the experiment
The test varieties are: boyou 225;
test time: 7 months in 2018 to 11 months in 2018;
test site: a Jones region of Haikou City, Hainan province;
grouping tests: the test is totally set with 8 treatments, wherein the treatments 1 to 7 are respectively to coat the rice seeds by using the seed coating agents of the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 4, the dosage of the seed coating agent is 0.3kg of the seed coating agent per 1kg of the seeds, the treatment 8 is a blank control, no seed coating agent is used, 500 seeds are sown in each group, and the test area is 0.2 mu;
the test method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing seeds and a seed coating agent, airing, sowing in a seedling raising tray, placing the seedling raising tray in a constant-temperature illumination condition for culture, calculating the germination vigor after the seeds germinate in a standard manner, and investigating the height and the root length of the seedlings 10 days after sowing, wherein the results are shown in table 1; then transferring the crayfish to a rice field for seedling raising, counting the eating rate and the seedling rate of the crayfish after 30d, and investigating the incidence rate of bakanae disease and bacterial brown spot by adopting a 5-point sampling method when the seedlings are in a three-leaf period, wherein the results are shown in a table 2, and the crayfish is normally raised in the rice field in the period.

As can be seen from Table 1, the seed coating agent provided by the invention can significantly improve the germination vigor of rice seeds, can also promote the growth of seedlings and promote the development of root systems, and compared with a blank control group, the germination vigor is improved by 6.39-16.11%, the seedling height is 12.77-22.34%, and the root length is 2.99-8.94%, wherein the seed coating agent in example 3 has the worst effect; compared with comparative examples 1-4, the germination vigor of the rice seeds is obviously improved, the seedling height and the root length are obviously increased, and the growth promoting effect of the fermentation liquor obtained by performing mixed fermentation on the sausage fruit, the lantern fruit, the cauliflower and the tamarind leaf is good.

As can be seen from Table 2, the seed coating agent of the invention can effectively avoid the gnawing of crayfish, reduce the incidence of bakanae disease and bacterial brown spot and improve the seedling rate.

Claims (10)
1. A rice seed coating agent for comprehensive planting and breeding of rice and shrimps is characterized by comprising the following components: according to the weight parts, 0.02-0.03 part of jinggangmycin, 0.01-0.02 part of allicin, 28-36 parts of fermentation liquor, 15.5-19 parts of trace element fertilizer and 5-10 parts of auxiliary agent;
the fermentation liquor is obtained by fermenting sausage fruit, lantern fruit, cauliflower and lima bean leaves.
2. The rice seed coating for the comprehensive planting and breeding of rice and shrimp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the sausage fruit, the lantern fruit, the cauliflower and the tamarind leaf is (0.4-0.5): 1 (0.8-1.2): (0.2-0.5).
3. The rice seed coating for integrated breeding of rice and shrimp according to claim 1, wherein said fermentation is a fermentation using lactic acid bacteria, bacillus coagulans and bacillus subtilis.
4. The rice seed coating for the comprehensive planting and breeding of rice and shrimp as claimed in claim 1, wherein said microelement fertilizer comprises zinc fertilizer, selenium fertilizer, copper fertilizer and boron fertilizer; the mass ratio of the zinc fertilizer, the selenium fertilizer, the copper fertilizer and the boron fertilizer is 1 (0.2-0.3) to 0.8-1.1) to 0.6-0.9.
5. The rice seed coating agent for the comprehensive breeding of rice and shrimp as claimed in claim 1, wherein said adjuvant comprises: film forming agent, dispersant, slow release agent and warning color.
6. The preparation method of the rice seed coating agent for the comprehensive breeding of rice and shrimp as claimed in claim 3, comprising the steps of:
a. pretreatment of raw materials: respectively grinding and sieving jinggangmycin, allicin, trace element fertilizer and auxiliary agent; then respectively cleaning sausage fruit, cape gooseberry, cauliflower and lima bean leaves, airing, mixing and crushing to obtain a mixture 1;
b. preparing fermentation liquor: adding mixed bacteria of lactobacillus, bacillus coagulans and bacillus subtilis into the mixture 1, fermenting for 5-7 d, and filtering to obtain fermentation liquor;
c. preparing a seed coating agent: uniformly mixing the fermentation liquor and the auxiliary agent to obtain a mixture 2, uniformly mixing the trace element fertilizer, the jinggangmycin and the allicin to obtain a mixture 3, and uniformly mixing the mixture 2 and the mixture 3 to obtain the seed coating agent.
7. The preparation method of the rice seed coating for the comprehensive planting of rice and shrimp as claimed in claim 6, wherein in step b, the amount of the mixed bacteria is 0.7-0.8% of 1 weight of the mixture; the number of the mixed bacteria per 1g is 1 × 108~9。

The method for preparing a rice seed coating agent for the comprehensive planting of rice and shrimp as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the step b, the mixed bacteria are lactic acid bacteria, bacillus coagulans and bacillus subtilis which are mixed according to the quantity ratio of 1 (0.3-0.6) to (1.2-1.8).
9. The preparation method of the rice seed coating for the comprehensive planting and breeding of rice and shrimp as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step b, the fermentation temperature is 25-30 ℃ and the humidity is 60-80%.
10. The rice seed coating agent for the comprehensive planting and breeding of rice and shrimp as claimed in any one of claims 1-9, wherein the amount of the seed coating agent added is 0.3-0.45 kg per 1kg of seeds.
