Description

Chinese patent medicine preparation for treating acute gastroenteritis
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and particularly relates to a Chinese patent medicine preparation for treating acute gastroenteritis.
Background
In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of life and the increase of the pressure of life and work, the incidence of acute gastroenteritis is one of common clinical diseases and tends to increase year by year. The disease is most frequently seen in summer and autumn, and is usually caused by acute inflammatory changes of gastrointestinal mucosa due to improper diet or food containing pathogenic bacteria and toxins thereof. The clinical manifestations mainly include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, etc., and severe cases may cause dehydration, electrolyte disturbance, shock bowel perforation, septicemia, etc. Seriously affecting the normal life of the patients and bringing endless pain to the patients. Therefore, the development of the medicine for treating the acute gastroenteritis is important for the immediate targeted treatment of the acute gastroenteritis.
At present, the clinical treatment methods of acute gastroenteritis are many, antibiotics, gastrointestinal mucosa protective agents and the like are selected, however, the side effects of the medicaments are relatively large, certain stimulation is caused to the stomach and the body, the health of the patient is extremely bad, and the curative effect is poor. Under the situation, the Chinese patent medicine for treating acute gastroenteritis is produced at the same time, and the medicine is widely favored by people due to the characteristics of small side effect and good curative effect.
The existing Chinese patent medicines for treating acute gastroenteritis are few, and only a few products have the defects of unsatisfactory treatment effect, high cost, complex preparation process, excessive medicinal ingredients and complex components. For example, chinese patent CN109771488A discloses a Chinese patent medicine for treating acute gastroenteritis in children and its preparation process. The Chinese patent medicine for treating infantile acute gastroenteritis is mainly prepared from the following Chinese medicinal materials in parts by mass: 500 portions of astragalus root, 400 portions of engelhardtia chrysolepis, 700 portions of rhizoma coptidis, 50-120 portions of rhizoma coptidis, 500 portions of chuanling, 500 portions of rhizoma cimicifugae, 200 portions of loquat, 350 portions of perilla, and 50-120 portions of perilla. The Chinese patent medicine for treating the acute gastroenteritis of children has reasonable formula, less and refined medicinal ingredients, and can generate good effect of the acute gastroenteritis of children by virtue of synergistic effect of the medicines, however, the Chinese patent medicine is suitable for children, and has the advantage of further improving the treatment effect of the acute gastroenteritis of adults.
Therefore, the Chinese patent medicine preparation for treating acute gastroenteritis, which has the advantages of obvious treatment effect on acute gastroenteritis, no toxic or side effect, less and refined prescription medicine taste, safe use and convenient taking, is in line with market demands, has wide market value and application prospect, and has very important significance for promoting the further development of Chinese patent medicines and relieving the pain of patients with acute gastroenteritis.
