Therefore, the total of 10 groups were tested, and 10 persons were divided into 1 normal group, 1 diabetic group and 8 efficacy test groups, and the 8 efficacy test groups were administered with the healthy solid beverages prepared in examples 3, 5, 6, 8, 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively. At the beginning of the test, fasting plasma glucose, blood lipids, weight and other physiological indicators were measured in 10 groups of subjects, as shown in table 3 below.
(2) After the test is started, the subjects of 8 groups of effect test groups take the corresponding healthy solid beverages with 1 bag per day, and each bag is 5 g; the normal group and the diabetic group drink mineral water with the same volume. The test period is 1 month. After the test was completed, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, body weight and other physiological indices of 10 groups of subjects were measured, as shown in table 4 below.

From the test results in tables 3 to 4, it is understood that: the healthy solid beverage can improve fasting hyperglycemia of diabetics and improve symptoms of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia to a certain extent. The healthy solid beverage provided by the invention can obviously reduce the content of triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein of a patient, improve the level of high-density lipoprotein, effectively reverse the symptom of hyperlipidemia, and has the best effect on controlling blood sugar and blood fat of the patient with diabetes.
The total content of the chitosan oligosaccharide, the radix puerariae extract and the folium mori extract in the healthy solid beverage prepared in the example 5 is the same as that of the chitosan oligosaccharide in the healthy solid beverage prepared in the comparative example 1, the radix puerariae extract in the healthy solid beverage prepared in the comparative example 2 and the folium mori extract in the healthy solid beverage prepared in the comparative example 3, while the healthy solid beverage prepared in the example 5 shows better blood sugar and blood fat reducing effects, namely the chitosan oligosaccharide, the radix puerariae extract and the folium mori extract have synergistic effects and jointly improve the regulation effects of hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
