Description

Silver bar powder for traditional Chinese medicine composition and preparation process and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine preparation, in particular to silver bar powder for a traditional Chinese medicine composition, a preparation process thereof and application thereof in the aspects of treating constipation, colic or irritable bowel syndrome and the like.
Background
Silver bars (Stachys floridana Schuttl. Ex Benth) are also known as Diling, silver streaky, silver seedling, silver root vegetable, etc., which are perennial root herbs of stachys genus of Labiatae family. The silver bar She Luan is round, the underground rhizome is white and cylindrical and slender, is similar to grape stem, has fine texture, is crisp, tender and juicy, and has white meat quality. Mainly produced in North China, south China, xinjiang and the like, is mostly in a semi-wild state, and the artificial cultivation is mainly concentrated on the Henan elytrigia, and accounts for more than 95% of the total national cultivation. The product is white, crisp, tender and tasty, has no fiber, long-term and no slag, and has rich nutrition and good taste. There are thousands of years of first-class dishes and defense history in China. According to the records of the Country of the elytrigia, silver bars have been used as palace tributes since the Tang Dynasty. In recent years, the silver strips of the elytrigia are approved as national geographic marking products.
The silver strip is rich in stachyose, vitamin C, crude protein, fat, carbohydrate, amino acid organic matters, etc., and has effects of reducing blood lipid, softening blood vessel and improving blood circulation. Studies show that the silver strip contains stachyose, stachydrine, choline and other bioactive substances, has the effects of moistening lung, enriching blood, tonifying kidney and moistening intestines, and can moisten intestines to relieve constipation, and treat diseases such as asthma, cough due to lung deficiency, lumbago due to kidney deficiency, scrofula, hemoptysis and the like. Silver oligosaccharide can enhance humoral immunity and cellular immunity, and is a vegetable with high medical health care value. The plant is used as raw material to produce stachyose product, and the stachyose content is 2-3 times higher than that of international soybean material.
Stachyose (Stachyose) is a naturally occurring functional oligosaccharide, has the characteristics of high stability, low sweetness, low heat and low calorie, can obviously promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacteria and lactobacillus in the gastrointestinal tract, quickly improve the environment in the digestive tract of a human body, and regulate the microbial flora balance, and is known as a natural super-strong bifidus factor. With the rapid development of world economy and the increasing importance of people on health, stachyose is widely focused in food ingredients, the market demand is continuously increased, and the prospect is wide. Zhong Xianfeng et al found that the major alpha-galactooligosaccharide (alpha-GOS) in silver bars was stachyose, which was present in an amount of about 86.03% of the total alpha-GOS. Research shows that silver bar alpha-GOS has good immunoregulatory activity on organisms. Silver bar alpha-GOS can significantly improve spleen index, ear swelling degree of DTH and lysozyme activity in serum of CTX immunosuppressive mice.
In recent years, research on silver strips has been mainly focused on silver strip planting and tuber cultivation techniques. The utilization aspect is mainly remained in the food processing stages of salting, sauce preparation, can preparation and storage and the like, has very limited application in the aspects of deep processing, traditional Chinese medicine composition, medical health care and the like, and cannot improve the medicinal value of the silver strip.
The existing silver strip processing technology and application mainly have the following aspects: 1. fresh silver strip: the lunar calendar is used as a single proved recipe for treating diseases after the fresh silver strips are blanched in water (vegetables are taken out after being slightly boiled in boiled water) in the mature harvesting season of silver strips from 11 months to three and four months in early spring each year. 2. Silver bar dry product: the fresh silver strips are washed, put in paste, dried in the sun in the natural environment, and the dried silver strips are dried silver strips and are taken as a single proved recipe or dried vegetable. 3. Cold-mix silverfish (omitted). 4. The silverfish (omitted from the drawings) is fried. 5. Modern processing technology prepares silver cans (from the abbreviation).
The main problems of the existing silver strip processing technology are as follows: 1. the fresh silver strips are not suitable for long-term storage and have short service life (generally, 11 months of lunar calendar to two or three months of early spring each year). 2. The dried silver strips are yellowish or earthy yellow in natural environment, and have bitter and astringent taste, so that the dried silver strips are easy to turn yellow, black and deteriorate. Is greatly influenced by external factors, environmental pollution and the like, and can cause harm to human health after being eaten. The cold-mixed silverfish, the fried silverfish and the modern processing technology are made into the silverfish pot head and the like, and the food attribute and the biological effect of the silverfish are changed, so that the cold-mixed silverfish is not suitable for being used as a medicine or a traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical purpose of the invention is as follows: the silver strip powder is prepared by taking fresh silver strips as raw materials, keeping and exerting effective pharmacological components in the fresh silver strips to the maximum extent through improvement of a preparation processing technology, is convenient to store and transport, is convenient to use, has remarkable medicinal effects, can be used singly or in combination with a traditional Chinese medicine composition, and has a good treatment effect on constipation, coliform black illness or irritable bowel syndrome, so that the application of the silver strip powder in medical clinic is enlarged.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Studies in the prior art have shown that: the traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in the aspect of treating constipation, and the methods are various. In the traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treating constipation, the constipation is difficult to treat without a cleaning agent since ancient times. Indicating that cold-cold purgatives occupy important positions in treating constipation. However, if chronic constipation patients use cold-purging drugs for a long time, the drugs are liable to damage the body fluid and consume liquid, and the spleen and stomach are liable to be damaged by cold, so that intestinal diseases such as colon paralysis, large intestine blackness and irritable bowel syndrome are caused for a long time. Therefore, it is urgent to explore a medicine and method for treating constipation without laxatives. For many years, we inherit the traditional Chinese medicine to treat chronic diseases and treat the non-chronic diseases, follow the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine and treat based on syndrome differentiation, and find out a new method for treating both symptoms and root causes of constipation and protecting intestines and relaxing bowels by taking diet therapy as a main part.
Modern researches have shown that silver bars are the highest vegetable content of stachyose, which is a naturally occurring tetraose, and the simple structure is shown as fructose-glucose-galactose, and the molecular formula is C24H42O21, and the relative molecular weight is 666.59. The sugar belongs to functional oligosaccharide, can completely enter colon without being hydrolyzed by human digestive enzyme and be decomposed by intestinal bacteria, can remarkably promote the proliferation of bifidobacteria, reduce the pH value of intestinal canal, promote intestinal peristalsis and improve the intestinal canal function.
The invention provides a silver bar powder product and develops application of the silver bar powder product in medicines for promoting or improving intestinal functions. The preparation process adopts fresh silver strips as raw materials, and prepares the silver strip powder with remarkable medicinal function by matching with a multi-step and orderly processing process. The silver bar powder can be used singly or combined with other medicines with intestinal function improving effect, and can be prepared into various dosage forms suitable for oral administration, such as decoction, powder, pill, granule, oral liquid, etc. according to conventional preparation method. The other medicine is at least one of Tremella, semen Sesami, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, ginseng radix, radix astragali, poria, atractylodis rhizoma, rhizoma Dioscoreae, radix Et rhizoma Fagopyri Tatarici, fructus Hordei Germinatus, testa Tritici, semen lablab album, fructus Ziziphi Spinosae, semen Persicae, fructus Amomi, semen Myristicae, arillus longan, fructus Lycii, thallus laminariae, endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli, fructus Hippophae, and lalang grass rhizome.
The silver strip is used as a raw material, and the raw material suitable for the application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared through the preparation process of the patent. Then, by utilizing the selectivity of the intestinal canal to the effective components such as stachyose and the like, the silver bar powder formulation, the usage, the dosage and the like which are suitable for intestinal canal digestion and utilization are screened out, so that the purposes of increasing the intestinal canal nutrition, improving the intestinal canal environment and recovering the intestinal canal function of the effective components such as stachyose and the like in the silver bar are achieved.
The silver strip product with the function of clearly improving the intestinal canal is obtained by screening natural plants, and the application of the silver strip powder in medical care clinic is widened. The finished product can achieve the purposes of improving the intestinal environment, promoting the intestinal function, relieving and preventing the damage of the abnormal intestinal function to the human body and improving the symptoms, and is suitable for long-term use of patients with functional intestinal diseases and complications such as constipation, large intestine melanosis, irritable bowel syndrome and the like. The silver bar powder traditional Chinese medicine composition has the basic characteristics of large prescription, large quantity, wide range, flat supplement, flat regulation, strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor, prevention and treatment, has no obvious toxic or side effect in application, effectively improves the intestinal environment, solves the problems of functional digestive tract diseases and the like.
The preparation process of the silver bar powder for the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following specific steps of selecting materials, cleaning, carefully selecting, scalding, drying, crushing, sieving, packaging, checking, packaging, warehousing and the like:
s1, selecting materials: the underground rhizome of the silver strip is selected, the quality is good, the silver strip is white, the silver strip is thick, has no fracture, has no hollow, has no sediment and other impurities, the length is generally more than 20cm, and the silver strip is extremely easy to fracture and is not suitable for long-term storage (yellowing, shrinkage and spoilage are easy to occur after long-term storage) due to the fresh quality of the silver strip. It is contraindicated to mix with empty and deteriorated silver strips to avoid affecting quality.
S2, cleaning: generally, the fresh silver strips are easy to adhere to soil, sand and stone and non-edible foreign matters are entrained. Uniformly spreading fresh silver strips on a cleaning machine, and starting the cleaning machine for three groups, wherein the virtual height is not more than 5cm. The silver strip is washed by high-pressure spray head continuously and diffusely, then put into clean water, and thoroughly washed. The quality is ensured by cleaning with clean water, so that the silver strips are pure and white like jade for medicinal use.
S3, carefully selecting: the cleaned silver strips are manually selected, and the dry heads, the tender heads, the sundries and the deformed silver strips are removed. Yellow head, broken head and sundries are not needed, too short silver strips are not needed, and the length is generally more than 20cm.
S4, blanching: during the water scalding process, the clean water in the pot is heated to boiling point, the cleaned silver strips are put in and turned over in time, the complete form of the silver strips is maintained as much as possible, and the contact water and the heated area are reduced. The blanching time is mastered, the silver strips are crisp and tender in texture, and the moisture content is high, for example, the blanching time is too long, and the nutrients are lost along with the discharge of a large amount of moisture. When the crisp silver strips are blanched, the crisp silver strips are slightly rolled after being fed, and the crisp silver strips are blanched for 1-2min and then taken out of the pot. If the time exceeds 2 minutes, the water-solubility (such as vitamin C) and other nutrients of the silver strips can be lost, and even the pharmaceutical effect of the silver strips can be lost. The scientific blanching method not only can remove oxalic acid, peculiar smell, astringency and the like of the silver strips, but also can protect the drug efficacy of the silver strips.
S5, drying: and (3) putting the silver strips which are blanched and cooled into a drying dehumidifier for drying, and placing the silver strips into 2-5 layers generally. The drying temperature is 40-80 ℃ and the drying time is 5-12h. The following problems are noted in the drying process:
(1) The silver strips are not overlapped on the steel wire grid to be too thick or uneven in thickness.
(2) The drying time or temperature should be adjusted according to the texture and humidity of the silver strips. If the drying temperature is lower than 30 ℃, the time is too long and the power consumption is large; if the drying temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the silver strips dried for a long time are easy to be shrunken and deteriorated, and the bioactive components of the silver strips are destroyed. Therefore, the drying time and temperature of the silver strips are controlled, and the silver strips are important steps of 'attenuation and storage property' and medicinal efficacy maintenance.
S6, crushing: and (5) putting the dried silver strips into a pulverizer for pulverizing.
S7, sieving: the crushed silver bar coarse powder is sieved by a third-size sieve (50 meshes), and then the crude product on the obtained sieve is put into a second-size sieve (24 meshes) for sieving, and the sun-dried fine powder with 24-50 meshes is obtained. The silver bar powder with uniform granularity, which is suitable for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine composition, is prepared. Because the silver bar powder does not contain dietary fibers and is easy to digest and utilize in intestinal tracts, the silver bar powder required by the silver bar preparation process of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is not required to be too coarse or fine. If the size is larger than 24 meshes, the medicine is not suitable to be taken; finer than 50 mesh, not only can destroy the effective components of the silver strips and affect the efficacy of the silver strips, but also can increase the preparation difficulty.
S8, packaging, checking, packaging and warehousing: sterilizing silver bar powder according to preparation requirements, quantitatively sealing and packaging; and (3) carrying out fine inspection on the prepared finished silver bar powder, and carrying out coding, labeling, packaging and warehousing on qualified products.
The silver bar powder for the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the preparation process disclosed by the invention is clinically tested and applied as follows:
1. use of silver bar powder for a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating constipation (deficient constipation):
constipation is a common disease, which is classified into excess and deficiency. The real secret is classified into the hot secret, the air secret and the cold secret; the deficient secretes are also qi deficiency secretes, blood deficiency secretes, yin deficiency secretes and yang deficiency secretes. Constipation, which is the most common type of constipation, is indicated for more than 90% of constipation. We observe in clinic that: the etiology of deficiency is usually caused by improper diet, qi stagnation, qi-blood-yin-body fluid deficiency, etc. The aged and the deficiency are high-incidence people, women are obviously higher than men, and the people with sedentary lack of exercise are obviously higher than frequent exercise people. The principle of treatment of deficiency constipation: replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, and relaxing bowel.
In the treatment, a silver bar powder traditional Chinese medicine composition No. 1 is used, and the prescription is as follows: 10-20 parts of silver strip powder, 6-10 parts of tremella, 10-30 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 3-5 parts of American ginseng, 10-20 parts of sesame, 20-40 parts of wheat bran, and according to the addition and subtraction of the disease conditions, the powder is prepared according to law, the powder is decocted slightly, and is taken before meals, 15-30 g of the powder is taken for 2-3 times a day, and 3 months are a treatment course. In recent years, we summarize 100 cases of constipation (deficient constipation) patients, 39 cases of cure, 61 cases of improvement, and the effective rate is 100%.
Typical cases: liu is a woman, 44 years old, with constipation for more than 20 years and a doctor visit in 2013. The study pressure is high from the upper school to the middle school, breakfast is rarely eaten, exercise is less, water is less, fruits, vegetables and vegetables are eaten, patients seek medicine everywhere after constipation, and various laxatives are taken, so that the effect is poor. Often, 1 time of defecation is performed in 7-8 days, sometimes, defecation is not performed in 10 days, and enema is used. The stool is dry and like chestnut, so that the stool is difficult to relieve, and the stool is short in sweat and air after being used for relieving weakness due to anger. Dizziness, pale complexion, listlessness and lazy speaking. No purulent stool, and menopause for more than 4 years. When in diagnosis, the enteroscope is checked, and the routine procedures such as blood, urine, feces and the like are as follows: no obvious abnormalities were seen. Checking: pale tongue with white coating and weak pulse. Constipation (qi deficiency). The pathogenesis is that the patients have long-term improper diet, emotional disorder, deficiency of qi and blood and the like, so that the spleen and lung qi deficiency, intestinal dysfunction and disturbance of transportation and transformation occur. The treatment principle is as follows: replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, and relaxing bowel. A Chinese medicinal composition 1 is prepared from radix Lonicerae powder, tremella, radix astragali, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, semen Sesami, and testa Tritici by adding and subtracting, decocting, and taking 15-30 g each time before meals for 2-3 times daily. Patients are instructed to take cool drugs and laxatives for a long time during treatment, and prevention such as basic therapy (reasonable diet, proper movement, psychological balance) is emphasized. After 1 treatment course, the patients have obviously improved dizziness, pale complexion, tiredness, lazy speaking and the like, can defecate smoothly 1 time every 1-2 days, and have dry and unfavorable feces. After 3 continuous treatment courses, the whole patient feels good, and constipation is cured. The defecation condition is normal after a follow-up period.
2. The application of silver bar powder for Chinese medicinal composition in treating chronic constipation rectal black disease:
colonic Melanosis (MC) refers to a disorder characterized by the pigmentation of the mucosa of macrophages in the lamina propria of the colon, and since 1928 it was proposed that MC is associated with active or passive oral anthraquinone laxatives, chronic constipation and chronic oral anthraquinone laxatives are currently recognized as the major contributors to MC.
The pathogenesis of MC and Rectal Melanism (RM) is basically the same, and RM is clinically included in the MC category. The literature system is less studied. RM onset is also associated with chronic constipation and/or administration of anthraquinone laxatives, with higher incidence of RM onset for longer administration times.
The prescription for treating constipation rectal black disease by using the silver bar powder traditional Chinese medicine composition No. 2 comprises the following components: 10-20 parts of silver strips, 10-20 parts of poria cocos, 10-20 parts of fried Chinese yam, 10-15 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 20-40 parts of fried wheat bran and 5-15 parts of peach kernel, and the Chinese medicinal materials are prepared into powder according to the addition and subtraction of the disease conditions and the following method, are decocted lightly, and are taken before meals, 20 g each time and 3 times each day.
From 5 months 2013 to 8 months 2018, 734 cases of chronic constipation patients were selected, and clinical studies for anoscopy diagnosis of chronic constipation rectal melanosis were performed, of which 291 cases of men and 443 cases of women were aged 18-95 years and the course of the disease was 5 months-52 years. The main clinical symptoms include constipation, abdominal distension, difficult defecation, incomplete defecation and the like. Patients all have the history of long-term oral administration of rhubarb, senna leaf, aloe capsule, phenolphthalein tablet and the like, and the administration time is 2 months to 27 years. Of 734 chronic constipation patients, 138 RM cases were examined with a detection rate of 18.8% (our study paper: zhao Zhanzhou, zhao Jie, ren Longqi clinical value of anoscopy for diagnosis of chronic constipation rectal melanosis [ J ].
