Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating gastritis
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with an exact curative effect on gastritis.
Background
Gastritis is one of the most common digestive disorders, often accompanied by epithelial damage, mucosal inflammatory reactions and epithelial regeneration. Gastritis is generally classified into acute gastritis and chronic gastritis according to the degree of urgency and the length of the clinical course. The former is acute gastric mucositis caused by multiple etiologies; clinically, it is usually manifested as epigastric discomfort, dull pain, nausea, vomiting, etc. Chronic gastritis is a chronic inflammation or atrophic lesion of the gastric mucosa caused by various causes, and is classified into superficial gastritis, atrophic gastritis, bile reflux gastritis, and the like. The disease has long history, is easy to repeatedly attack and is difficult to radically cure; clinically, it is manifested as epigastric pain, abdominal distention, belching, inappetence, acid regurgitation, asthenia, constipation or diarrhea, and even gastric mucosa degeneration and atrophy, and decreased gastric secretion function, which may lead to emaciation, decreased immunity and even gastric mucosa deterioration. The occurrence and development of chronic gastritis are closely related to emotion, stress and life style. With the accelerated pace of life and the increased pressure of life, the incidence of chronic gastritis is high, which greatly harms the health of people and increases the medical burden.
At present, gastric mucosa protective agents, antacids, gastrointestinal motility function regulators, antibiotics and other symptomatic treatment medicines are generally adopted clinically, and continuous medicine taking is needed for one to two months. Antacids are the most commonly used drugs, which, while alleviating the further irritation of gastric acid to the damaged gastric mucosa, relieve stomachache; but also reduces the digestive absorption of food in the stomach.
Gastritis, especially chronic gastritis belongs to the disease scope of traditional Chinese medicine ' epigastric pain ' and stomach stuffiness ' and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that chronic gastritis causes various symptoms due to long-term emotional distress, improper diet and improper work and rest, liver qi stagnation, spleen dysfunction, gastric cavity disharmony and qi deficiency in middle-jiao for a long time. The traditional Chinese medicine has better effect on treating chronic gastritis. For example, the unprocessed rhizoma Pinelliae decoction for purging heart in Guochun was modified to treat 100 cases of chronic gastritis, and 50 cases of the control group were prepared with Xiangsha Liujunzi pills, and 1 month was 1 course of treatment. The results show that the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group are respectively 92% and 76% (P < 0.05) (Guo Chun Sheng, pinellia Tuber and Xixin Tang for treating chronic gastritis 100 cases of clinical observation [ J ]. national medical Forum, 2006, 21(5): 7).
Although a plurality of medicines which take gastritis, particularly various chronic gastritis as indication symptoms, including Chinese patent medicines, appear in the prior art, the incidence rate of the chronic gastritis in China is still up to 30% according to statistics, which shows that the existing medicines can not meet the clinical treatment requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition with remarkable curative effect on gastritis, in particular to various chronic gastritis. For the pathogenesis of gastritis: the traditional Chinese medicine composition takes ' soothing liver, regulating qi ', strengthening spleen and harmonizing stomach ' as main treatment methods, has reasonable and essential formula, has exact curative effect on acute and chronic gastritis in clinical application, generally takes effect in 3-5 days, has obvious effect in 5-10 days, and has low recurrence rate.

Clinical observation example 1The invention relates to a Chinese medicamentClinical effects of composition in treating chronic gastritis
1. General data
100 chronic gastritis patients are randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 treatment groups and 50 control groups in the department of gastroenterology of Guangan department of Chinese science and science.
The age, sex, course of disease, etc. of the two groups of patients were not statistically different and were comparable.
2. Diagnostic criteria
Made according to the clinical research guiding principle of new traditional Chinese medicines of Ministry of health and the diagnostic curative effect standard of traditional Chinese medicine disease of State administration of traditional Chinese medicine.
The inclusion standard is that ① endoscopy meets the diagnosis standard of chronic gastritis, ② has the symptoms of epigastric pain, gastrectasia, acid regurgitation, anorexia, loose stool, hypodynamia and the like, white and greasy tongue coating and wiry pulse, and the course of the disease is more than 2 months.
The exclusion criteria are ① patients with red tongue with little coating or red tongue with yellow coating, ② patients with peptic ulcer or suspected malignant change, ③ patients with other serious systemic diseases, and ④ patients with complications which can affect the observation of curative effect or have contraindications to the tested drugs.
3. Standard of therapeutic effect
The scores of 0, 1, 2 and 3 are respectively recorded as 'none, light, medium and heavy', and the symptoms of epigastric pain, gastrectasia, acid regurgitation, anorexia, loose stool, hypodynamia and the like of the patient are respectively scored before and after treatment, and the total score is calculated. The total score reduction after treatment was calculated according to the following formula.
The ratio of total score reduction ═ (total score before treatment-total score after treatment)/total score before treatment × 100%
According to the total score reduction ratio and combined with the gastroscopy result, the curative effect is divided into near-term clinical cure, obvious effect, effective effect and ineffective effect:
the recent clinical cure is as follows: the total score of the clinical main symptoms is reduced by more than or equal to 75 percent after treatment, the active inflammation disappears in gastroscopy, the chronic inflammation improves, and the pathological examination proves that the gland atrophy seen in the gastroscopy returns to normal or disappears.
The effect is shown: 75% more than the total score of the clinical chief symptoms after treatment is reduced by more than or equal to 55%, the acute inflammation of mucosa basically disappears and the chronic inflammation is improved under the examination of gastroscope, and the gland atrophy and the intestinal metaplasia or atypical hyperplasia seen by the gastroscope are reduced through the verification of pathological examination.
The method has the following advantages: 55% more than the reduction ratio of the total score of the clinical main symptoms after treatment is more than or equal to 40%, the pathological change range of mucosa is reduced by 1/2% in gastroscopy, the inflammation is reduced, and pathological examination proves that the inflammation, gland atrophy and intestinal or atypical hyperplasia seen in the gastroscopy are reduced.
And (4) invalidation: the total score of the clinical chief symptoms after treatment is reduced by less than 40 percent, or the symptoms are worsened.
4. Method of treatment
Treatment groups: the Chinese medicinal composition prepared in example 10 is decocted with water, and is taken twice a day, 5 days is a treatment course, and the treatment course is one treatment course.
Control group: 10g of pinellia ternate, 10g of scutellaria baicalensis, 6g of coptis chinensis, 10g of rhizoma zingiberis, 15g of codonopsis pilosula, 6g of liquorice and 10g of Chinese date (pinellia ternate heart-fire-purging decoction); the decoction is prepared according to the method of example 10, and is taken twice a day, 5 days as a course of treatment, and one course of treatment.
5. Test results
During the treatment, no side effects were observed in both groups. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group is compared with each other, and the data are shown in Table 1.
