Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic atrophic gastritis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic atrophic gastritis. In addition, the invention also relates to a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Background
Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common and problematic disease of the digestive system, and is a major premalignant disease. The occurrence and development of gastric cancer mostly follow a five-step mode of "normal gastric mucosa-chronic superficial gastritis-chronic atrophic gastritis-intestinal metaplasia-dysplasia-gastric cancer". Since the disease is hidden and most cases are found at the late stage, gastric cancer is a malignant tumor with the death rate of 3 rd position in China, and huge medical resources are consumed. The early discovery and blocking of chronic atrophic gastritis progression is a key to preventing and treating gastric cancer and reducing mortality of gastric cancer.
Preventing and treating chronic atrophic gastritis is a key link for preventing and treating early gastric cancer. At present, no specific medicine exists for the chronic atrophic gastritis in modern medicine, western medicine treatment mainly comprises eradicating helicobacter pylori treatment, supplementing vitamins, symptomatic treatment, and regularly perfecting gastroscopy and pathological biopsy to monitor disease development, and surgical treatment is carried out if necessary, but the current Western medicine treatment has an inaccurate curative effect on the chronic atrophic gastritis.
The chronic atrophic gastritis is an important chronic disease of the digestive system, and the traditional Chinese medicine has reliable curative effect in treating the chronic atrophic gastritis, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve gastric mucosal lesions, block gastric 'inflammation-cancer' transformation and reduce the prevalence rate of gastric cancer. The key pathogenesis of the disease is the internal accumulation of vital qi deficiency and toxin stasis, and the method of tonifying qi and strengthening spleen and removing toxin and stasis can effectively block and reverse the conversion of chronic atrophic gastritis 'inflammation-cancer'.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims at the key pathogenesis of the chronic atrophic gastritis, which is caused by deficiency of vital energy and internal stagnation of toxin and blood stasis, and simultaneously has the effects of invigorating qi and strengthening spleen, clearing heat and detoxicating, activating spleen and stomach, and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and is applied to the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic atrophic gastritis or intestinal epithelial metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia and the preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
in one aspect of the invention, a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic atrophic gastritis is provided, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of roasted astragalus root, 4-6 parts of dangshen, 4-6 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 2-4 parts of dried orange peel, 4-6 parts of Chinese lobelia herb, 5-15 parts of hedyotis diffusa, 5-15 parts of dandelion, 5-15 parts of fried rice sprout, 5-15 parts of roasted malt, 1-3 parts of fructus amomi, 2-4 parts of costus root and 0.5-1.5 parts of pseudo-ginseng.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic atrophic gastritis is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of roasted astragalus root, 5 parts of dangshen, 5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 3 parts of dried orange peel, 5 parts of barbed skullcap herb, 10 parts of hedyotis diffusa, 10 parts of dandelion, 10 parts of fried rice sprout, 10 parts of roasted malt, 2 parts of fructus amomi, 3 parts of costus root and 1 part of pseudo-ginseng.

Dandelion is bitter and sweet in flavor, cold in nature and nontoxic. Enters the liver and stomach meridians. Has effects in clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting urination, and resolving hard mass. Can be used for treating acute mastitis, lymphadenitis, scrofula, furuncle, conjunctivitis, common cold, fever, acute tonsillitis, bronchitis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, chronic gastritis, and gastric ulcer. New formulation of materia medica: dandelion is basic and powerful, and is unknown by the world. The Xuang has the following characteristics: for the sweet and neutral nature, it is used with Bai Hu Tang to purge fire and not hurt stomach qi in order to consolidate yang and improve fire. Excessive fire in the stomach is covered, and it is enough that the stomach is also in the form of soil decline, fire is discharged and soil is weakened. So it is very good at purging stomach fire from Hu Tang, but not in the long term. Dandelion also purges stomach fire, but its qi is very flat, so it can purge fire without losing soil, and it can be taken for a long time without obstruction. For the onset of yang-clear fire, it is often taken with large dosage, with the fire going back and stomach-qi being self-generated. However, it has little effect of purging fire, and it is multipurpose, one or two, five or six less, and can dispel pathogenic factors and assist healthy ear. Or ask dandelion to purge fire, check diarrhea and open fire, and do not recognize fire of each channel, can eliminate fire as much as possible? The following steps: in the most severe cases, the flame of yangming is absent, the flame of yangming is reduced, and the remaining fire is not consumed. Dandelion is not the herb of each meridian, but the fire of each meridian is the most general one, i.e. Dandelion can dispel the fire of each meridian.
The three medicines of the Chinese lobelia, the oldenlandia diffusa and the dandelion are used as ministerial medicines for clearing heat and detoxicating.
In the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the adjuvant drugs are fried rice sprout, fried malt, fructus amomi and costus root, so as to invigorate the spleen and promote appetite.
The stir-baked rice sprouts are sweet in flavor and warm in nature. Enter spleen and stomach meridians. Has effects in promoting digestion, regulating stomach function, invigorating spleen, and stimulating appetite. Can be used for treating dyspepsia, abdominal distention, halitosis, spleen and stomach weakness, and inappetence. The fried rice sprouts are used for promoting digestion and preventing hunger and anorexia. The focal rice sprouts are good at resolving accumulation and stagnation, and are indicated for accumulation and stagnation. Compendium of materia Medica: promoting appetite, descending qi, regulating middle warmer, promoting digestion, and resolving food stagnation.
Roasted malt is sweet in flavor and neutral in nature. Enter spleen and stomach meridians. Has effects in promoting qi circulation, resolving food stagnation, invigorating spleen, stimulating appetite, promoting lactation, and relieving distention. Can be used for treating dyspepsia, abdominal distention and pain, spleen deficiency, anorexia, galactostasis, breast pain, female galactostasis, liver Yu Xie pain, and liver and stomach qi pain. Modern researches have found that the product contains alpha and beta amylase. And starch is a mixture of sugar starch and gum starch. The glucose molecules that make up the sugar starch are linked by alpha-1, 4 glycosidic linkages and are in a linear arrangement. The gum starch is formed by a plurality of short linear chain polyglucans which are arranged in a crossed way. The amylopectin molecule has alpha-1, 6-glycoside bonds in addition to alpha-1, 4-glycoside bonds. Alpha and beta amylase can hydrolyze alpha-1, 4 glycoside bond, and has no effect on alpha-1, 6 glycoside bond. Beta amylase is able to hydrolyze the sugar starch completely to maltose, and alpha amylase breaks down it to short direct bond polyglucose (i.e. dextrins), which in turn are hydrolyzed by beta amylase to maltose. Starch is thus broken down into maltose and dextrins by the action of alpha and beta amylase enzymes. Malt decoction has slight promotion effect on gastric acid and pepsin secretion. For chronic atrophic gastritis, pepsin is reduced, so malt can be used for treatment.
Sha ren is pungent and warm in nature. Enters the spleen and stomach meridians. Can promote qi and regulate middle energizer, and harmonize stomach and invigorate spleen. For abdominal pain, distention, gastric stasis, dysphagia, vomiting, cold diarrhea, cold dysentery, fetal movement in pregnancy. Materia medica Hui Yan: herbs that warm middle energizer and regulate qi also. If the qi stem of the upper energizer is reversed but not downward, the qi of the lower energizer is suppressed but not upward, the qi of the middle energizer is coagulated and not comfortable, and the effect is most effective when the fructus amomi is used. Materia medica true: fructus Amomi is an essential herb for activating spleen and regulating stomach.
The smell of wood is pungent, bitter and warm. Enter the lung, liver and spleen meridians. Can promote qi circulation to relieve pain, warm the middle-jiao and regulate the stomach. For middle-jiao and qi stagnation, chest and epigastric distending pain, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery with tenesmus. Medicine formation sense: bang Xiang is a key herb for regulating qi because it can ventilate and coordinate five zang organs. Ben Cao Zhengyi (materia Medica): near people are better in nourishing medicine, terrible and greasy and heavy stagnation, suffocation but not flexible, and when the medicine is added to dredge qi, the medicine is fast in operation and digestion and healthy, and is also good in assisting and guiding the people.
The four medicines are used as adjuvant medicines for activating spleen and stimulating appetite.
In the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the traditional Chinese medicine is pseudo-ginseng, so as to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.
Notoginseng radix has sweet taste, slightly bitter taste, warm nature, and no toxicity. Enters the liver, stomach and large intestine meridians. Can stop bleeding, remove blood stasis, reduce swelling and relieve pain. For hematemesis, hemoptysis, epistaxis, hematochezia, bloody dysentery, metrorrhagia, abdominal mass, postpartum anemic fainting, lochia, traumatic blood stasis, traumatic hemorrhage, carbuncle, swelling and ulcer. Medicine solution of Yu Zhong (Jade Song): and ying and stopping bleeding, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and astringing new blood. All blood stasis is broken after delivery, menstrual period, traumatic injury and carbuncle; all kinds of new blood can be treated by vomiting and epistaxis, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, incised wound and arrow shooting. In the new book of herbal, sanchi root, radix Notoginseng, a drug for stopping bleeding, is used singly for all cases of blood in the upper, middle and lower regions, and is added to blood-replenishing and qi-tonifying herbs. The cover can stop the medicine without boiling, and the medicine can stop the medicine without quieting.
Notoginseng radix has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and is used as a guiding drug.
Atrophic gastritis is a chronic disease caused by the damage of gastric mucosa for a long time, and the pathogenesis is as follows: early exogenous pathogenic factors (including helicobacter pylori) invade the body, and the pathogenic factors are relatively strong and struggle with each other; in the middle stage, pathogenic factors are corrected, and pathogenic factors enter the stomach collaterals and healthy qi is also increased gradually; in the later stage, pathogenic factors are in quadrature, vital qi deficiency and pathogenic factors are loved, toxic heat and blood stasis are mutually combined, transportation and transformation are blocked, and at the moment, the situation of mucosal atrophy can be found in gastroscopy. Therefore, atrophic gastritis usually occurs in the late stage of stomach diseases, and is characterized by the accumulation of toxic heat and stasis due to lingering pathogenic factors of the vital energy. In terms of therapeutic method selection, therapeutic methods of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, clearing away toxic materials, removing blood stasis, harmonizing the stomach and promoting digestion should be adopted.
In the traditional Chinese medicine composition, astragalus, dangshen, bighead atractylodes rhizome, dried orange peel and the like are used for tonifying qi and strengthening spleen; clearing away heat and toxic materials from herba Scutellariae Barbatae, herba Hedyotidis Diffusae, herba Taraxaci, etc.; the cereal sprout, rice sprout, fructus Amomi, radix aucklandiae, and the like are used for activating spleen and stimulating appetite. Notoginseng radix is used for removing blood stasis and promoting blood circulation; clinical shows that the prescription can take effect for about half a year, and the atrophic gastritis of the effective population can be reversed by rechecking the gastroscope for half a year to one year.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition can be prepared into a traditional Chinese medicine preparation by adopting a conventional method of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, for example, raw material medicines are decocted in water or extracted by an alcohol-water mixture, then concentrated and dried decoction or extract is prepared into dry extract powder, the extract powder and medicines are added with proper auxiliary materials, and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is prepared into a traditional Chinese medicine preparation by adopting a conventional pharmaceutical method of a person skilled in the art, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine preparation comprises tablets, granules, oral liquid and the like.
The Chinese medicinal composition is prepared into Chinese medicinal oral preparations.
In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing the Chinese medicinal composition, comprising the steps of:
firstly, decocting radix astragali Preparata, radix Codonopsis, atractylodis rhizoma, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, herba Scutellariae Barbatae, herba Hedyotidis Diffusae, herba Taraxaci, parched fructus Setariae Germinatus, parched fructus Hordei Germinatus and Notoginseng radix in water for 3 times;
and in the second step, fructus amomi and costus root in the raw materials are added for decoction and extraction.
Preferably, in the first step, the extracting with water for 3 times specifically comprises: 1500ml of water is added in the first decoction, the decoction time is 60 minutes, 150ml of residual juice is taken, 1000ml of water is added in the second decoction, the decoction time is 45 minutes, 1000ml of water is added in the third decoction, and the decoction time is 40 minutes.
Preferably, in the second step, the fructus amomi and costus root added into the raw material medicines are decocted for 5min, and 150ml of residual juice is obtained.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: according to the pathogenesis characteristics of the chronic atrophic gastritis, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine formula with obvious curative effect and no toxic or side effect aiming at the deficiency of healthy qi and internal stagnation of toxin stasis, and the traditional Chinese medicine formula has the effects of tonifying qi and strengthening spleen, clearing heat and detoxicating, activating spleen and stomach, and activating blood and dissolving stasis. Radix astragali, radix Codonopsis, atractylodis rhizoma and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae are used as the principal ingredients, and are mainly used for strengthening the healthy qi, exciting the middle-jiao soil, gradually recovering the spleen and stomach functions, and consolidating the constitution. The Chinese lobelia, the oldenlandia diffusa and the dandelion have the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, and can be used as ministerial drugs for eliminating toxin evil and clearing residual toxin. The stir-fried rice sprout, the stir-fried malt, the fructus amomi, the elecampane, the spleen and stomach activating, the qi-attenuating, the smooth and rapid use, the normal operation recovering, and the auxiliary functions. Pseudo-ginseng has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, removing blood stasis and toxic materials, causing the chronic diseases to become stasis, causing the healthy qi to be increasingly damaged due to deficiency and the pathogenic factors to be increasingly blocked, and the normal digestion function is paralysis, and plays a key role in strengthening the body resistance and eliminating the pathogenic factors due to the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and stirring up disorder, so that the pseudo-ginseng is particularly suitable for patients with chronic atrophic gastritis or atypical hyperplasia. Clinical experiments prove that the effective rate of the treatment group (the traditional Chinese medicine composition) for treating the chronic atrophic gastritis is 96.43% under gastroscope, which is far more than 76% of the effective rate of a control group adopting folic acid combined with gastric rejuvenation, the components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition have synergistic effect, and unexpected treatment effect in the field is achieved.
