Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic atrophic gastritis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic atrophic gastritis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chronic atrophic gastritis is a type of chronic gastritis that is mainly characterized by a decrease in the intrinsic glands with or without intestinal glands and/or pseudo-pyloroadenogenesis. The world health organization defines chronic atrophic gastritis as a precancerous disease, and the main treatment means of modern medicine at present mainly consists in eradicating Hp, protecting gastric mucosa, promoting gastric motility, supplementing microelements and the like, and has no breakthrough progress on reversing the pathological changes of gastric mucosa and blocking the classical cascade mode of gastric cancer development. The traditional Chinese medicine has reliable curative effect in treating CAG, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, can reverse gastric precancerous lesions, block cancerous processes, and radically reduce the incidence rate of gastric cancer.
The pathogenesis of the disease is considered as weakness of spleen and stomach and accumulation of toxin in the body by the traditional Chinese medicine. The spleen and stomach weakness and abnormal transportation and transformation of middle energizer are likely to produce pathological products such as qi stagnation, blood stasis, congealing cold, fire stagnation, dampness obstruction, etc., which are difficult to bond and separate with each other for a long time to form toxin and evil accumulation in the stomach collaterals, which is the disease. Spleen is yin, spleen diseases are easy to be deficient, qi diseases and yang are easy to occur, cold evil is generated internally, and cold nature is downward, which prevents the spleen from ascending clear; stomach is yang, which is the meridian of qi and blood, and stomach diseases are excessive, and their diseases are caused by yang transforming into heat and heat-inflammatory, which are unfavorable for the turbid reduction, so that the disease is most prone to cold and heat mix-up, deficiency and excess and other complex syndromes. For the treatment, the recipe is flexible and needs to treat both principal and secondary aspect of disease, treat deficiency and excess simultaneously, and regulate cold and heat. In addition, the disease belongs to chronic diseases, the treatment course is long, and the long-term administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the decoction process are complicated, so that the traditional Chinese medicine prescription with outstanding treatment effect is developed into a more portable Chinese patent medicine granule or oral liquid form, the defects can be overcome, and patients can easily adhere to the traditional Chinese medicine granule or oral liquid form to gain more benefit.

Normal and model groups were given equal amounts of physiological saline. The stomach volume was 10ml/kg, and the body weight was measured once a week, 1 time a day. Rats that die during the experiment were dissected to understand the cause of death and to observe changes in gastric mucosa in pathomorphology.
6.3 Experimental results: with reference to figures 1 to 2 of the drawings,
(1) Rat general case comparison: in the modeling process, rats in the normal group and the model group have no obvious abnormal behaviours, the food and water intake of the rats in the normal group are normal, and the weight of the rats is gradually increased. Rats in the model group exhibited reduced water intake and weight loss. In the administration process, rats in normal groups have good growth conditions, more eating, stable weight increase, obesity, good mental state, activity and response, and luster of fur. After model building is stopped, diet of the model group is slightly increased, fur is scattered, and rats of the model group are not obviously increased in weight. The mental state, the food intake, the activity and the like of the residual dose group and the folic acid group are between the two, and the fur is softer and softer than the fur during molding, so that the weight is steadily increased.
(2) Gastric mucosa pathology HE staining results of rats in each group
The normal group of rats has complete gastric mucosa tissue structure, and the epithelial cells are orderly arranged, and no obvious erosion and atrophy are seen. The gastric mucosal layer of the rats in the model group had vasodilatory congestion, glandular atrophy, visible degeneration, necrosis and disordered arrangement of glandular epithelial cells. The folic acid group can be seen in the obvious blood vessel mild dilatation congestion of the mucous membrane layer, gland atrophy, gland epithelial cell degeneration and arrangement disorder. Scattered in small amounts of lymphocyte and monocyte infiltrates. The different dosage groups of the Stephania sinica Diels decoction can cause vasodilation congestion of mucous membrane layers, gland atrophy with different degrees, and small amount of lymphocyte, monocyte infiltration and neutrophil infiltration. The stomach mucosa tissue pathology of rats in the high, medium and low dose groups and folic acid groups of the Stephania sinica Diels decoction is higher than that of rats in the model group, the glands are increased, the arrangement is regular, and inflammatory cell infiltration is reduced. And (3) result prompting: the Stephania sinica Diels stomach-invigorating and detoxifying soup with different dosages has a certain curative effect in improving the pathological histology of gastric mucosa of CAG rats. See fig. 3.
The results show that the pharmaceutical composition provided by the invention can be used for effectively treating chronic atrophic gastritis, and especially has a certain curative effect in improving gastric mucosa histopathology.
