Description

Traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating gastrointestinal diseases and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating gastrointestinal diseases and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) are a class of diseases of the digestive system that have symptoms of the digestive tract and are examined to be either organic or not explained by biochemical structural abnormalities. Patients often have symptoms of poor appetite, early satiety, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, constipation, difficult defecation and the like. The 28 diseases are included according to the current classification, most commonly Functional Dyspepsia (FD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and Functional Constipation (FC).
Functional Dyspepsia (FD) is a clinical syndrome in which clinical symptoms such as epigastric pain or discomfort caused by upper gastrointestinal dysfunction are eliminated, and postprandial epigastric fullness, belching, early satiety, anorexia, nausea, and vomiting are the main symptoms. The disease rate is extremely high, accounting for 20 percent of people and 60 to 70 percent of the outpatient service of the department specialized in digestion. It is very common and frequently indicated. Functional Constipation (FC) is a common disease of the digestive tract, has no obvious organic lesions and is characterized by functional changes, and clinically shows reduced defecation frequency, dry stool and hard defecation. With the change of dietary structure and the influence of various factors such as psychology and society, the FC prevalence rate in China gradually rises, and the life quality of people is seriously influenced. Epidemiological data show that the prevalence rate of chronic constipation in China is as high as 15-20%, wherein the proportion of functional constipation is very large. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a common gastrointestinal non-organic bowel dysfunction disease and has clinical characteristics of chronic recurrent attacks. The prevalence rate in adults is 10% to 22%, and is slightly more frequent in women. It is clinically manifested by abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation and other digestive system symptoms without organic lesions, and its etiology is gastrointestinal dysfunction. There is currently no effective treatment for this type of disease.
