In a typical embodiment of the invention, the invention provides a pharmaceutical preparation for treating infantile cough and asthma, which is prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine composition and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials.
The medicinal preparation can be made into various dosage forms, such as patch, decoction, pill, capsule, tablet, powder, granule or oral liquid.
Pharmaceutically acceptable excipients in the pharmaceutical formulation include, but are not limited to: diluents include, but are not limited to, sorbitol, mannitol, starch, lactose, powdered or microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, sugars, and the like; filling agent: sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, gelatinized starch, and the like; disintegrating agent: dry starch, crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium, sodium carboxymethyl starch, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, and the like; lubricant: magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate or aerosil; other adjuvants include one or more of binding agent, flowing agent, composite forming agent, plasticizer, colorant, sweetener, viscosity enhancer, preservative or antioxidant.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the following composition characteristics:
the square bottom of the decoction (radix Ephedrae, semen Armeniacae amarum preparata, Gypsum Fibrosum Preparatum, and radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) is the monarch drug; modified lily and talcum decoction, pulse-activating decoction (radix pseudostellariae and adenophora stricta), and peony and licorice decoction (red white peony root and raw licorice) as ministerial drugs; radix scrophulariae, radix Trichosanthis, semen Ziziphi Spinosae, and Bulbus Lycoridis Radiatae charcoal (stone refers to Limonitum, Fluoritum, Haematitum preparata, pulvis Ferri, cornu Bubali powder, shellfish refers to Concha Ostreae, charcoal refers to charcoal in the text) as adjuvant drugs, and radix Morindae officinalis as fire-inducing component.
The formula principle of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is as follows:
the formula principle is as follows: astringe heart and induce tranquilization, pacify liver and descend lung, secure spleen and kidney.
Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Bulbus Fritillariae Ussuriensis can astringe heart-qi and tranquilize mind; the ephedra, fructus armeniacae amarum, gypsum and licorice (the ephedra herb is ephedra root), the lily and the talcum can clear away lung heat and reduce lung fire; the peony and licorice decoction calms the liver and nourishes the liver; radix Glycyrrhizae, radix Ginseng, and Limonitum (or Limonitum) for astringing and consolidating middle energizer; charcoal enters kidney and strengthens lower energizer and primordial qi.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the following formula thought:
(1) the "Nei Jing" (internal classic): "Heart is the major part of five zang-organs and six fu-organs"; the heart beat is the shaking of the five zang-organs and six fu-organs.
The moral profession: "five colors are visually blind; five tones deaf; five flavors make people feel comfortable; hunting on the galloping field to make people feel mad; hard goods are disturbing. (galloping field hunting can be similar to present electronic games, competitive activities)
The "Nei Jing" (internal classic): "Yang Qi syndrome manifested as restlessness, fatigue, tense and exhaustion" (the most common Jingshi shell herbs in the recipe heavily calm the nerves)
B, the Mongolian field is as follows: "No other learners, ask him to be relieved " (recovering the spirit of dissipating and scattering).
Electronic products, various games, various preschool education and acousto-optic pollution seriously support the essence and spirit of children, so that the spirit of the children floats.
(2) The "Nei Jing" (internal classic): the heart and essence are collected by the loose part, the kidney stores the essence, the healthy qi is stored in the interior, and the pathogenic factors are not dried.
(3) The "Nei Jing" (internal classic): because of the key of yin and yang, yang qi can consolidate … yin and yang, and spirit is treated by this method, yin qi can be harmonized with yang qi, yang qi can consolidate and become dense, and spirit can be normal.
(4) The onset of cough and asthma in children is usually fever first and then cough and asthma. Most parents have antipyretic medicines (ibuprofen, aminophenol huangnamin, ministerial work and resexin and the like) which are used for fever of children, and the medicines are similar to traditional Chinese medicines for relieving exterior syndrome and inducing perspiration. It is cured by sweating for the simple wind-cold syndrome. Therefore, when the house is treated for a long time, the syndrome of wind-cold is rare, and it is sweaty or sweaty a few degrees, impairing yin and consuming body fluids, so it is usually used for tonification. In addition, when the patient contacts the electronic product, the sleep time is reduced, the liver opens into the eyes, the liver yang moves upwards for a long time, the liver yin is consumed for a long time, the kidney is affected, the liver and the kidney are injured, the effect is strengthened, and the patient is firmly scorched. The emotional fluctuation of the children is more severe than that of adults, and the children are easy to cry, shout and move more, and consume more qi and blood, so that the diseases are not invaded by the heart-astringing and nerve-soothing medicines and the spirit and energy. Moreover, in winter, the children are in the season of frequent cough and asthma, are rich in nutrition, are rich in fatness and sweetness compared with the original condition, are positioned at the reinforcement bars of the high-rise buildings, have less activity in winter, have strong fire and eat qi (the food is increased for a long time and is not used), so that the children are frequently attacked, and are particularly suitable for avoiding food. The treatise on the spleen and stomach: "the spleen and stomach are injured internally, and all diseases are caused by the disease. After the infant suffers from the disease, the spleen fails to transport and transform, and if the infant is fed with greasy, sticky and slippery foods such as salted vegetables or meat sea food, the spleen transport is further hindered, so that the spleen is the source of phlegm generation, and then the lung is the device for storing phlegm, so that the cough and asthma are aggravated, and the phlegm-dampness is difficult to transform.
The use method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps:
(1) the medicine is placed in a sterile plaster, and is stuck to the following main acupuncture points: tanzhong, Shenque, Zusanli and Yongquan; can be applied according to the symptoms: tiantu, dove tail, Zhongwan, Lieque, Fenglong and Weishu. Each acupoint is about 2 g.
(2) Except for application to children over 4 years old, the medicine can be taken with 1-2g of water (taken together with vegetable soup, porridge and noodles) each time, and has better effect.
The attention points of the traditional Chinese medicine composition are as follows:
(1) when the cough is accompanied by phlegm, the patient should stay for 3 days without eating any oil, salt or vegetable, and should eat clear soup flour, steamed bread, pancake, steamed bread, rice soup and the like. Pure glutinous rice can be selected to be cooked into porridge with slow fire, and soup can be substituted for water rice to be substituted for rice. (the glutinous rice in the fourteen roll valleys of the Chinese herbal medicine houyuan is mainly used for warming middle-jiao and replenishing qi, warming spleen and stomach, stopping deficiency cold and diarrhea, reducing stool, collecting spontaneous perspiration, acne, asthma, head wind, venomous hemorrhoid.)
(2) When the symptoms are improved by half, people should eat: the cooked noodles, soft and easily digestible food can be added with oil and salt, but meat, fish and shrimp, mutton soup, bone soup, milk powder, rice flour, fruit, etc., or relapse or aggravation of disease.
(3) Eating is prohibited during illness and less eating is usually done: 1. all milks (milk, yogurt, milk powder, rice flour); 2. all fruits (not eaten when ill, less eaten at ordinary times, and not eaten as staple food); 3. marine products (sea cucumber, fish and shrimp, etc.); 4. frying and roasting; 5. leek, pepper, caraway, mushroom, scallion, ginger and garlic (garlic sprout, garlic sprout and onion), aniseed and Chinese toon sprout; 6. all beverages and snack foods; 7. longan, sea cucumber and various tonics; 8. tea, wine, coffee; 9. sheep soup, chicken soup or bone soup, sea cucumber (soup).
(4) The staple food is five times full, and the third of porridge is added. Too full of intelligence and obesity can impair life. The children can sleep well and feel at noon (the children can take a lunch for a while and take the effect for half an hour), and the body is fatigue-resistant.
(5) When the baby sleeps for 20-22 hours every day after being born for about 60 days, any practice (such as bathing, massaging, doing and operating) which interferes with deep sleep is extremely harmful, and the physical health and the intelligence development of the life of the baby are influenced (just like a building does not lay a foundation). The sleep of 60 days, like the deep sleep period from 9 o 'clock to 1 o' clock in the morning of an adult, is also similar to the birth of a house or hibernation of animals and plants. If this period is repeatedly awakened, the mental state and memory of the next day can be thought.
(6) Children are highly concentrated in their efforts to watch electronic products. The infant viscera are delicate and intolerant to light, electricity and sound pollution, and the liver opens into eyes, is homologous with the liver and kidney, and can support the liver and kidney for a long time, so the infant viscera are ill and tender, and cause diseases. Children should strictly control the time of contact with electronic products (televisions, computers, mobile phones, tablets, game machines, etc.) and should not exceed half an hour per day.
Possible side effects:
the green and black soles of the small number of children appear after the patch is applied, which is caused by medicinal pigment (mostly gardenia), and the children can recover after the medicine is stopped.
Few children are allergic to the adhesive tapes and adhesive tapes, have itching, scratching and irritability, and can be replaced by gauze and preservative films when the adhesive tapes and the adhesive tapes are not used in time.
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
