Example 2 evaluation of the quality of Life of the female population by the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the present application
In a cooperative traditional Chinese medicine clinic (the cooperative clinic requires unfair names), 60 women in sub-health state between 35 and 50 years old (the sub-health symptoms such as self-written lassitude, inappetence, dysphoria, irritability and the like, and the sub-health problems such as qi and blood deficiency, kidney deficiency, spleen weakness and the like judged by a clinical traditional Chinese medicine physician without other obvious diseases) are randomly selected:
and (3) inclusion standard: (1) women aged 35-50 years; (2) no long-term outdoor activity or travel plans during the test period; (3) no serious systemic disease and non-allergic constitution; (4) can be performed strictly according to the requirements of the research scheme and signed with an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria: (1) acute inflammation or other skin disorders of the face; (2) pregnant or lactating women; (3) the hormone medicine and the immunosuppressant are used in the last month, and the tested part takes part in other clinical testers at the present or last three months.
Rejection standard: serious adverse reactions occurred during the experiment and the study protocol was not followed.
The influence of the traditional Chinese medicine composition on the health of human bodies is researched by adopting a self-front-back control mode. The intervention mode is that the traditional Chinese medicine composition is taken once a day, 50ml of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is taken after dinner every time, the observation treatment period is 4 weeks, the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and European five-dimensional health scale scores (including EQ-5D and EQ-VAS) of the population before and after treatment are observed, and the effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine composition on improving the body health of the population is observed.
The Chinese medicine symptom scoring items comprise lassitude, weakness, limb numbness, headache, dizziness, inappetence, dysphoria, testiness, waist soreness, lumbago, tongue condition problem and pulse condition problem. Each item was classified into four grades from none to severe, and given a score of 1-4 (when discrimination was insufficient, the score was allowed to be given one digit after the decimal point).
The EQ-5D health description scored on the european five-dimensional health scale includes five dimensions: mobility, ability to care for oneself, ability to do daily activities, pain or discomfort, anxiety or depression. Each project contains three levels: without any, some, or extreme difficulties. The EQ-VAS is a 20 cm vertical visual scale with a top 100 representing the "best health condition in the eye" and a bottom 0 representing the "worst health condition in the eye" (see european society for living and quality website www.quroql.org for details).
The results are as follows:
TABLE 1 comparison of the scores of the symptoms of TCM and the scores of the European five-dimensional health Scale before and after administration
Item Before taking After taking
Traditional Chinese medicine symptom scoring 22.30±3.42 14.25±1.87
European five-dimensional health Scale score EQ-5D 0.624±0.24 0.801±0.17
European five-dimensional health Scale score EQ-VAS 70.69±12.50 87.75±14.97
The results in table 1 show that the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the population taking the traditional Chinese medicine composition are reduced after the traditional Chinese medicine composition is taken, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition can improve the physical health condition of people from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine; after the traditional Chinese medicine composition is taken, the EQ-5D and EQ-VAS data scored by the European five-dimensional health scale of the traditional Chinese medicine composition are obviously increased, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition can also improve the physical health condition of female patients and improve the functions of various aspects of the body from the perspective of western medicine.
