提花布是一种有织纹图案的棉织物或化纤混纺织物,有白织和有色织之分。白织坯布和部分色织坯布须经练漂或染色,面料织造时采用经纬组织变化形成花案,纱支精细,对原料要求极高,织造出的面料质地柔软、细腻、爽滑的独特质感,光泽度好,悬垂性及透气性好,色牢度高。
提花布根据品种特征可供不同用途。一般提花布多用作床单、台布、窗帘等室内装饰;提花府绸、提花麻纱、提花线呢则多用于服装。
相关技术中,根据国际流行趋势,目前服装面料客户需要粗犷风格的裤料,但是如果布料反面也是粗犷风格,就会带来布料偏软造成裤装成型效果不好,而且由于反面粗糙造成贴肤穿着不舒适的弊端。
因此,有必要提供一种双面异针提花布及其制造工艺解决上述技术问题。

一种双面异针提花布的制造工艺,包括以下重量组:
S1、坯布织造:将经纱和纬纱通过34寸24G双面提花机,按照提前设置好的图案进行编织成坯布,经密度为75-80根/cm,纬密度为90-100根/cm;
S2、坯布开幅:将S1中编织成的坯布送入开幅机进行开幅处理,开幅辊线速度为30-50m/min;
S3、染色处理:将S2的坯布放入染缸中,染浴PH 值为4.5-5,染浴开始温度为30℃,初步预热5min,时候染浴温度升温至90℃,持续5-10分钟后,向染缸中加入染剂进行染色;
S4、清洗烘干;将S3染色后的坯布放入清洗装置中清洗,清洗时,可以加入消毒剂进行消毒杀菌处理,然后转移至烘干装置中进行烘干定型,烘干时通过紫外线杀菌灯进行进一步杀菌;
S5、拉毛剪毛:将S4中烘干后的坯布进行拉毛剪毛处理;
S6、后处理:将S5剪毛后的坯布进行65-140℃,压力为15-75kpa,速度为2-9m/min的高温热压定型,随后根据合适的尺寸进行裁剪收卷,得到成品布料。

将布料从左侧开口槽5进入,依次通过左侧的第一导向辊6、第一输送辊9、第三导向辊16、第二输送辊10、第二导向辊8、第三输送辊11、右侧的第一导向辊6后,从右侧开口槽5穿出,通过驱动电机15的启动,驱动电机15旋转带动第二输送辊10旋转,配合第二皮带轮13和两个第一皮带轮12的使用,使得第一输送辊9和第三输送辊11旋转,从而将布料向右输送,隔板7的左侧为肥皂水区域,隔板7右侧为清水区域,布料在肥皂水浸泡后,通过第三导向辊16带出水面,随后通过气缸18伸展,使得刷板19向下移动,抵触在布料上,对布料进行刷洗,刷洗完毕后的布料被第二输送辊10带入水下进行清洗,随后经过第二导向辊8和第三输送辊11带入清水区域进行过水,能够将布料清洗彻底。
优选的,第二导向辊8的上方也可以增设一个刷板19,从而能够对布料进行反复刷洗,提高清洁效果。
所述第二皮带轮13的直径大于两个所述第一皮带轮12的直径,所述第二皮带轮13与两个所述第一皮带轮12的外表面之间通过皮带传动连接。
通过第二皮带轮13大于两个第一皮带轮12的设置,使得第二皮带轮13旋转时能够稳定带动两个第一皮带轮12进行旋转,不会发生打滑现象。
所述刷板19呈弧形,所述刷板19内表面的弧度与所述第三导向辊16外表面的弧度相适配,所述刷板19的内表面设置有刷毛。
本发明提供的双面异针提花布及其制造工艺的工作原理如下:
首先将经纱和纬纱通过34寸24G双面提花机,按照提前设置好的图案进行编织成坯布;其次将编织成的坯布送入开幅机进行开幅处理,开幅辊线速度为30-50m/min;随后将制得的坯布放入清洗装置中清洗,然后转移至烘干装置中进行烘干定型;接着将烘干后的坯布进行拉毛剪毛处理;最后将剪毛后的坯布依次经过染色、整形、上浆、泼水、贴合、包装出库。
与相关技术相比较,本发明提供的双面异针提花布及其制造工艺具有如下有益效果:
本发明制得的双面异针提花布正面风格粗犷漂亮、反面细腻舒适,外观不仅美丽而且穿着起来保证了舒适感,并且加入涤纶包芯纱之后在耐磨性能上更高,提高了布料的使用寿命,融入竹纤维后具备抗菌抑菌、除螨防臭和抗紫外线特性,增加了双面异针提花布的功能性。

Claims (10)

1.一种双面异针提花布,包括基层(1),其特征在于:所述基层(1)的顶部设置有表层(2),所述基层(1)的底部设置有里层(3),所述表层(2)的表面具有由拉毛处理工艺形成的毛绒状的粗犷接触面,所述里层(3)为质感细腻的亲肤棉,所述基层(1)和所述表层(2)以及里层(3)依次连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面异针提花布,其特征在于,所述基层(1)的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,所述表层(2)的厚度为0.2-0.5mm,所述接触层的厚度为0.6-0.8mm,所述里层(3)的厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双面异针提花布,其特征在于,所述基层(1)由采用含有石墨烯成分的复合纤维为经纱和涤纶包芯纱为纬纱相互编织而成,并且表面涂覆有抗菌整理剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双面异针提花布,其特征在于,所述涤纶包芯纱由竹纤维为皮、涤纶短纤纱为芯相互交织而成。
5.一种双面异针提花布的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下重量组:
S1、坯布织造:将经纱和纬纱通过34寸24G双面提花机,按照提前设置好的图案进行编织成坯布,经密度为75-80根/cm,纬密度为90-100根/cm;
S2、坯布开幅:将S1中编织成的坯布送入开幅机进行开幅处理,开幅辊线速度为30-50m/min;
S3、染色处理:将S2的坯布放入染缸中,染浴PH 值为4.5-5,染浴开始温度为30℃,初步预热5min,时候染浴温度升温至90℃,持续5-10分钟后,向染缸中加入染剂进行染色;
S4、清洗烘干;将S3染色后的坯布放入清洗装置中清洗,清洗时,可以加入消毒剂进行消毒杀菌处理,然后转移至烘干装置中进行烘干定型,烘干时通过紫外线杀菌灯进行进一步杀菌;
S5、拉毛剪毛:将S4中烘干后的坯布进行拉毛剪毛处理;
S6、后处理:将S5剪毛后的坯布进行65-140℃,压力为15-75kpa,速度为2-9m/min的高温热压定型,随后根据合适的尺寸进行裁剪收卷,得到成品布料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双面异针提花布的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述S4中清洗时间为30-50min,烘干温度为60-80℃,烘干时间为30-60min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的双面异针提花布的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述S5中坯布与剪毛刀之间的距离控制在0.6-0.8mm之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双面异针提花布的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述S4中清洗装置包括清洗箱(4),所述清洗箱(4)的两侧均设置有开口槽(5),所述清洗箱(4)内壁的两侧均通过支撑块转动连接有第一导向辊(6),所述清洗箱(4)内壁的底部固定连接有隔板(7),所述隔板(7)的顶部转动连接有第二导向辊(8),所述清洗箱(4)内壁的正面转动连接有第一输送辊(9)、第二输送辊(10)和第三输送辊(11),所述第一输送辊(9)、第二输送辊(10)和第三输送辊(11)的一端贯穿所述清洗箱(4)并延伸至所述清洗箱(4)的背面,所述第一输送辊(9)和所述第三输送辊(11)延伸至所述清洗箱(4)背面的一端均固定连接有第一皮带轮(12),所述第二输送辊(10)延伸至所述清洗箱(4)背面的一端固定连接有第二皮带轮(13),所述清洗箱(4)的背面固定连接有固定板(14),所述固定板(14)的底部固定连接有驱动电机(15),所述驱动电机(15)的输出轴固定于所述第二输送辊(10)上,所述清洗箱(4)内壁的正面转动连接有第三导向辊(16),所述清洗箱(4)的顶部固定连接有支撑板(17),所述支撑板(17)的顶部固定连接有气缸(18),所述气缸(18)的底端贯穿所述支撑板(17)并延伸至所述支撑板(17)的底部,所述气缸(18)的底端可拆卸连接有刷板(19),所述清洗箱(4)的两侧均设置有排水槽(20)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的双面异针提花布的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述第二皮带轮(13)的直径大于两个所述第一皮带轮(12)的直径,所述第二皮带轮(13)与两个所述第一皮带轮(12)的外表面之间通过皮带传动连接。
10.根据权利要求8所述的双面异针提花布的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述刷板(19)呈弧形,所述刷板(19)内表面的弧度与所述第三导向辊(16)外表面的弧度相适配,所述刷板(19)的内表面设置有刷毛。
