背景技术
内衣是指贴身穿的衣物,包括肚兜、汗衫、汗襦、半臂、抹胸、胸罩等,通常是直接接触皮肤的,是现代人不可少的服饰之一,但是目前的内衣面料功能单一,常常仅起到贴身保暖等效果,而当人体出汗时,汗液会直接粘附在内衣上,导致内衣黏在皮肤上,造成不适感,且汗液粘附在内衣上会导致内衣上滋生细菌,容易引起皮肤病害等问题,尤其对于女性内衣来说,当内衣滋生细菌后极易引发妇科疾病,为此我们提出一种功能性内衣面料及生产工艺用于解决上述问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种功能性内衣面料及生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种功能性内衣面料,包括亲肤层,所述亲肤层的外侧固定连接透气杀菌层的一侧,所述透气杀菌层的另一侧固定连接吸汗外层,所述吸汗外层的表面固定缝合多个蕾丝花纹层,所述亲肤层通过冰丝经线和羊毛纤维纬线编织形成,所述透气杀菌层通过强化杀菌纱线编织成型,所述吸汗外层通过棉涤纱线编织成型,所述蕾丝花纹层通过氨纶包覆纱线经编成型。

S2、整经:将各个纱线在高速分条整经机上进行整经,将各纱线整理如下:经向经线数包括8300根甲经,加上70*2根边径共为8440根总经,再将纱片平行的卷绕形成良好的经轴;
S3、织造:采用纬编圆纬针织机编织针织坯布,将冰丝经线和羊毛纤维纬线编织成型亲肤层,将强化杀菌纱线编织形成透气杀菌层,将棉涤纱线编织形成吸汗外层,通过多梳栉经编机将氨纶包覆纱线编织成蕾丝花纹层;
S4、清洗脱油:将编织好的亲肤层、透气杀菌层、吸汗外层和蕾丝花纹层均用水洗机进行高温水洗除油,水洗温度为90-101℃,速度为20-27码/min,水洗时间2-5min;

2、强化杀菌纱线通过尼龙纤维丝居中提供纱线整体强度,便于稳定形状,避免内衣变形,竹炭纤维丝和甲壳素纤维丝具有杀菌效果,避免细菌滋生,最外层的棉纤维丝便于汗液渗透传输,从而保持亲肤层干爽,提高舒适度;
3、竹炭纤维丝和甲壳素纤维丝沿尼龙纤维丝外侧圆周交错分布,从而使得竹炭纤维丝和甲壳素纤维丝充分接触棉纤维丝,便于杀菌,且尼龙纤维丝通过PE、EVA和纳米银粉混融拉丝成型,提高韧性的同时,具有银的杀菌效果,提高杀菌效果;

优选的一种实施案例,亲肤层1的内侧面设有横向柔性卡块11,所述透气杀菌层2的下表面开设有横向卡槽21,所述横向柔性卡块11固定粘贴在横向卡槽21的内部。
优选的一种实施案例,吸汗外层3的内侧面设有纵向柔性卡块31,所述透气杀菌层2的上表面开设有纵向卡槽22,所述纵向柔性卡块31固定粘贴在纵向卡槽22中。
优选的一种实施案例,横向柔性卡块11与纵向柔性卡块31均为柔性羊毛编织物。
工作原理:本发明将尼龙纤维丝、竹炭纤维丝、甲壳素纤维丝和棉纤维丝通过开松、并条、纺丝以及自动络筒的工序进行混纺,形成强化杀菌纱线,并将冰丝经线和羊毛纤维纬线编织成型亲肤层,将强化杀菌纱线编织形成透气杀菌层,将棉涤纱线编织形成吸汗外层,通过多梳栉经编机将氨纶包覆纱线编织成蕾丝花纹层,然后将各层面料经过除油、染整定型成型,最终缝合制成成品面料,通过亲肤层1直接贴合人体皮肤,通过冰丝和羊毛纤维增加舒爽度和透气性,便于汗液渗透,穿戴更舒适,最后汗液被吸汗外层3吸收,增加干爽度,且透气杀菌层2通过强化杀菌纱线5增强杀菌效果,并贴合亲肤层和吸汗外层3,从而避免内衣滋生细菌,蕾丝花纹层4增加面料表面美观性,提高内衣整体功能,便于使用。

Claims (10)

1.一种功能性内衣面料,包括亲肤层(1),其特征在于:所述亲肤层(1)的外侧固定连接透气杀菌层(2)的一侧,所述透气杀菌层(2)的另一侧固定连接吸汗外层(3),所述吸汗外层(3)的表面固定缝合多个蕾丝花纹层(4),所述亲肤层(1)通过冰丝经线和羊毛纤维纬线编织形成,所述透气杀菌层(2)通过强化杀菌纱线(5)编织成型,所述吸汗外层(3)通过棉涤纱线编织成型,所述蕾丝花纹层(4)通过氨纶包覆纱线经编成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性内衣面料,其特征在于:所述强化杀菌纱线(5)包括尼龙纤维丝(51),所述尼龙纤维丝(51)外侧缠绕包覆竹炭纤维丝(52)和甲壳素纤维丝(53),所述竹炭纤维丝(52)和甲壳素纤维丝(53)外侧缠绕包覆多根棉纤维丝(54)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种功能性内衣面料,其特征在于:所述尼龙纤维丝(51)、竹炭纤维丝(52)、甲壳素纤维丝(53)和棉纤维丝(54)的重量比为1:2:2:8,所述竹炭纤维丝(52)和甲壳素纤维丝(53)沿尼龙纤维丝(51)外侧圆周交错分布。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种功能性内衣面料,其特征在于:所述尼龙纤维丝(51)中原料按重量份重量计如下:PE180-200份、EVA100-120份和纳米银粉3-5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性内衣面料,其特征在于:所述棉涤纱线为棉涤比成55/45的32SCVC纱线,所述氨纶包覆纱线的捻度为700-800捻。
6.一种功能性内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、纺纱:将尼龙纤维丝、竹炭纤维丝、甲壳素纤维丝和棉纤维丝通过开松、并条、纺丝以及自动络筒的工序进行混纺,形成强化杀菌纱线;
S2、整经:将各个纱线在高速分条整经机上进行整经,将各纱线整理如下:经向经线数包括8300根甲经,加上70*2根边径共为8440根总经,再将纱片平行的卷绕形成良好的经轴;
S3、织造:采用纬编圆纬针织机编织针织坯布,将冰丝经线和羊毛纤维纬线编织成型亲肤层,将强化杀菌纱线编织形成透气杀菌层,将棉涤纱线编织形成吸汗外层,通过多梳栉经编机将氨纶包覆纱线编织成蕾丝花纹层;
S4、清洗脱油:将编织好的亲肤层、透气杀菌层、吸汗外层和蕾丝花纹层均用水洗机进行高温水洗除油,水洗温度为90-101℃,速度为20-27码/min,水洗时间2-5min;
S5、染整:对亲肤层、透气杀菌层、吸汗外层和蕾丝花纹层进行预定型、染色、清洗、干布、磨毛和定型,得到合格面料层;
S501、预定型:将各种胚布放入定型机进行预定型,定型机速度为25-28码/min,温度为180-190℃;
S502、染色:将染色剂按浴比为15:1,采用间歇式的高温高压绳状染色设备搭缸后进行染色加工;
S503、清洗:在温度60~100℃下,采用皂洗剂对染色后面料进行清洗,然后清水漂洗后加柔软剂泡制;
S504、干布:采用平幅机干布,干布温度为120~130℃,干布时间为1~2min;
S505、磨毛:采用磨毛机对布料进行磨毛,磨毛时间3~10s,磨毛2~3次;
S506、定型:将各层布料放入定型机进行定型,定型机速度设置为25-28码/min,温度设置为160-180℃;
S6、缝合:将S5制得的亲肤层、透气杀菌层、吸汗外层和蕾丝花纹层依次贴合并通过棉线和缝合机相互缝制固定,得到功能性内衣面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种功能性内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S1中,所述尼龙纤维丝的加工步骤包括:将PE200份、EVA115份和5份纳米银粉加入加热釜内加热熔融并搅拌混合均匀,并通过拉丝机挤出拉丝形成尼龙纤维丝。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种功能性内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S5中,所述清洗过程,皂洗剂的用量为0.5~3g/L,皂洗时间10~30min;所述柔顺剂AW-9,加入4~5%o.w.f,时间20~40min,温度40~50℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(1)的内侧面设有横向柔性卡块(11),所述透气杀菌层(2)的下表面开设有横向卡槽(21),所述横向柔性卡块(11)固定粘贴在横向卡槽(21)的内部。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性内衣面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述吸汗外层(3)的内侧面设有纵向柔性卡块(31),所述透气杀菌层(2)的上表面开设有纵向卡槽(22),所述纵向柔性卡块(31)固定粘贴在纵向卡槽(22)中。
