本发明提供一种抗菌阻燃针织布及其生产工艺,所述针织布包括:基布层,由作为经纱的抗菌纱线和作为纬纱的阻燃纱线交织形成;由内至外依次设置于基布层一面的第一抗菌涂层、第一隔热纤维层及第一阻燃涂层;由内至外依次设置于基布层另一面的第二抗菌涂层、第二隔热纤维层及第二阻燃涂层。所述针织布由作为经纱的抗菌纱线和作为纬纱的阻燃纱线交织形成,多种纤维的复合,并配合设置于基布层一面的第一抗菌涂层、第一隔热纤维层及第一阻燃涂层及第一抗氧化涂层及基布层另一面的第二抗菌涂层、第二隔热纤维层及第二阻燃涂层,使得所述针织布具有较好的抗菌、阻燃效果,且针织布制备成本低,经济效益好,利于大规模生产。

本发明属于纺织品领域,具体地,涉及一种抗菌阻燃针织布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
针织布即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物,分经编针织布和纬编针织布。针织面料具有质地柔软、吸湿透气、排汗保暖等特性,大多具有优良的弹性与延伸性。相对梭织布它具有产量高,适合小批量生产的特点。针织服饰穿着舒适、贴身和体、无拘紧感、能充分体现人体曲线。
针织物质地松软,除了有良好的抗皱性和透气性外,还具有较大的延伸性和弹性,适宜于做针织仿羊绒内衣、紧身衣和运动服等。针织物在改变结构和提高尺寸稳定性后,同样可做外衣。针织物可以先织成坯布,经裁剪、缝制而成各种针织品;也可以直接织成全成形或部分成形产品,如袜子、手套等。针织物除作内衣、外衣、袜子、手套、帽子、床单、床罩、窗帘、蚊帐、地毯、花边等衣着、生活和装饰用布外,在工业、农业和医疗卫生等领域也得到广泛应用。如除尘用滤布,输油、输气用高压管,橡胶和塑料工业用衬垫布,石油港口用围油栏,建筑用安全网,农副产品用包装袋,灌溉施肥用低压软管,农作物裁培用网,保护堤岸斜坡用网,渔网,人造血管,人造心脏瓣膜,绷带以及护膝等。针织物的缺点是容易勾丝,且尺寸较难控制。
对于针织布所用面料,大多由单一纤维形成的经纱和纬纱纺织形成,近年来虽然出现多种纤维混纺形成的经纱和纬纱,虽然将两种特性纤维混合,但无法充分发挥两种纤维的特质,难以实现使得针织布具备多种功效的目的。
对于针织布,目前国内主要存在如下专利文献:
中国专利公开号:CN103882706A,公开了一种针织布抗菌处理方法,将成品针织布料进行漂白,之后染色、清洗、烘干;将烘干的针织布放入抗菌剂进行抗菌处理,所述抗菌剂包括活性剂、盐酸和羧甲基纤维素;将处理过的针织布放入烘干机在80℃的温度条件下烘干处理;将烘干的针织布进行柔软处理,采用BM-8柔软剂,浴比1:8,温度45—50℃,时间10—20min;将柔软处理过的针织布在80—100℃的温度条件下烘干,之后充分洗涤,自然晾干即可。生产工艺简单,生产成本低廉,可批量生产,满足众多消费需求;抗菌保健效果明显,可有效避免细菌危害;耐水洗,可重复多次使用,性能持久。然而,该专利所提供的处理方法,是将针织布浸泡于特制的抗菌剂中,只是让针织布表面附着抗菌层,其抗菌效果不长久,且功能单一,只有抗菌功效。

为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌阻燃针织布及其生产工艺,所述针织布由作为经纱的抗菌纱线和作为纬纱的阻燃纱线交织形成,抗菌纱线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;阻燃纱线由PPT纤维和聚四氟乙烯纤维混纺形成,多种纤维的复合,并配合设置于基布层一面的第一抗菌涂层、第一隔热纤维层及第一阻燃涂层及第一抗氧化涂层及基布层另一面的第二抗菌涂层、第二隔热纤维层及第二阻燃涂层,使得所述针织布具有较好的抗菌、阻燃效果,且针织布制备成本低,经济效益好,利于大规模生产。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种抗菌阻燃针织布,所述针织布包括:基布层,由作为经纱的抗菌纱线和作为纬纱的阻燃纱线交织形成;由内至外依次设置于基布层一面的第一抗菌涂层、第一隔热纤维层及第一阻燃涂层;由内至外依次设置于基布层另一面的第二抗菌涂层、第二隔热纤维层及第二阻燃涂层;所述抗菌纱线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;所述阻燃纱线由PPT纤维和聚四氟乙烯纤维混纺形成。
进一步,所述第一、第二抗菌涂层分别为纳米银颗粒抗菌涂层。
另,所述第一、第二隔热纤维层分别由铝箔隔热纤维线和玻璃纤维线经纬交织形成。
另有,所述第一、第二阻燃涂层分别为聚氯乙烯阻燃涂层。
再,所述抗菌纱线的线圈长度为23~25cm/100针。
再有,所述防辐射纱线的线圈长度为25~28cm/100针。
且,所述PTT纤维的纤度为100~200D,纤维截面为圆形、椭圆形或三叶草形。
另,所述针织布克重为130~140克/平方米。
同时,本发明还提供一种抗菌阻燃针织布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:将所述纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维干燥后混纺得抗菌纱线,作为经纱;将所述PPT纤维和聚四氟乙烯纤维干燥后混纺得阻燃纱线,作为纬纱;经纱和纬纱一上一下平纹组织形成基布层,将第一、第二抗菌涂层分别涂覆于所得基布层上、下表面,将所述第一、第二隔热纤维分别通过胶粘剂胶黏于第一、第二抗菌涂层外表面,得第一、第二隔热纤维层,然后浸入聚氯乙烯阻燃涂料中,浸泡30~40min,烘干,完成第一、第二阻燃涂层的涂覆,完成所述抗菌阻燃针织布的生产。
本发明的有益效果在于:
所述针织布由作为经纱的抗菌纱线和作为纬纱的阻燃纱线交织形成,抗菌纱线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;阻燃纱线由PPT纤维和聚四氟乙烯纤维混纺形成,多种纤维的复合,并配合设置于基布层一面的第一抗菌涂层、第一隔热纤维层及第一阻燃涂层及第一抗氧化涂层及基布层另一面的第二抗菌涂层、第二隔热纤维层及第二阻燃涂层,使得所述针织布具有较好的抗菌、阻燃效果,且针织布制备成本低,经济效益好,利于大规模生产。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,但实施例并不限制本发明的保护范围。
参照图1~图2,本发明所述的一种抗菌阻燃针织布,所述针织布包括:基布层1,由作为经纱11的抗菌纱线和作为纬纱12的阻燃纱线交织形成;由内至外依次设置于基布层1一面的第一抗菌涂层2、第一隔热纤维层3及第一阻燃涂层4;由内至外依次设置于基布层1另一面的第二抗菌涂层1’、第二隔热纤维层2’及第二阻燃涂层3’;所述抗菌纱线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;所述阻燃纱线由PPT纤维和聚四氟乙烯纤维混纺形成。
进一步,所述第一、第二抗菌涂层2、2’分别为纳米银颗粒抗菌涂层。
另,所述第一、第二隔热纤维层3、3’分别由铝箔隔热纤维线和玻璃纤维线经纬交织形成。
另有,所述第一、第二阻燃涂层4、4’分别为聚氯乙烯阻燃涂层。
再,所述抗菌纱线的线圈长度为23~25cm/100针。
再有,所述防辐射纱线的线圈长度为25~28cm/100针。
且,所述PTT纤维的纤度为100~200D,纤维截面为圆形、椭圆形或三叶草形。
另,所述针织布克重为130~140克/平方米。

1.一种抗菌阻燃针织布,其特征在于,所述针织布包括:
基布层,由作为经纱的抗菌纱线和作为纬纱的阻燃纱线交织形成;
由内至外依次设置于基布层一面的第一抗菌涂层、第一隔热纤维层及第一阻燃涂层;
由内至外依次设置于基布层另一面的第二抗菌涂层、第二隔热纤维层及第二阻燃涂层;
所述抗菌纱线由纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维混纺形成;
所述阻燃纱线由PPT纤维和聚四氟乙烯纤维混纺形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌阻燃针织布,其特征在于,所述第一、第二抗菌涂层分别为纳米银颗粒抗菌涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌阻燃针织布,其特征在于,所述第一、第二隔热纤维层分别由铝箔隔热纤维线和玻璃纤维线经纬交织形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌阻燃针织布,其特征在于,所述第一、第二阻燃涂层分别为聚氯乙烯阻燃涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌阻燃针织布,其特征在于,所述抗菌纱线的线圈长度为23~25cm/100针。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌阻燃针织布,其特征在于,所述防辐射纱线的线圈长度为25~28cm/100针
根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌阻燃针织布,其特征在于,所述PTT纤维的纤度为100~200D,纤维截面为圆形、椭圆形或三叶草形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌阻燃针织布,其特征在于,所述针织布克重为130~140克/平方米。
8.一种如权利要求1~8中任一项所述的抗菌阻燃针织布的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
将所述纳米二氧化钛触媒纤维和竹炭纤维干燥后混纺得抗菌纱线,作为经纱;将所述PPT纤维和聚四氟乙烯纤维干燥后混纺得阻燃纱线,作为纬纱;经纱和纬纱一上一下平纹组织形成基布层,将第一、第二抗菌涂层分别涂覆于所得基布层上、下表面,将所述第一、第二隔热纤维分别通过胶粘剂胶黏于第一、第二抗菌涂层外表面,得第一、第二隔热纤维层,然后浸入聚氯乙烯阻燃涂料中,浸泡30~40min,烘干,完成第一、第二阻燃涂层的涂覆,完成所述抗菌阻燃针织布的生产。
