一种抗菌窗帘及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于窗帘技术领域,具体是指一种抗菌窗帘及其制备方法。
背景技术
窗帘是用布、竹、苇、麻、纱、塑料、金属材料等制作的遮蔽或调节室内光照的挂在窗上的帘子。随着窗帘的发展,它已成为居室不可缺少的、功能性和装饰性完美结合的室内装饰品。现在普遍使用的窗帘不具有抗菌效果,连续的阴雨天气极易导致发霉,失去装饰效果,还会对人体健康产生很大的危害;现有专利文件CN103866469B公开的一种窗帘面料,织造完成后在抗菌整理液中浸渍,具有良好的抗菌效果,但是抗菌整理液中加入多种有毒成分,长期使用,会对人体造成很大的伤害,而且抗菌整理液是经过浸泡后加入窗帘内,刚开始时的抗菌效果较好,但是随着清洗次数的增加,抗菌整理液的含量逐渐减少,抗菌效果也会逐渐降低,从而失去抗菌能力。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供了一种有效抗菌、驱虫防螨、去除异味的抗菌窗帘。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种抗菌窗帘,包括窗帘内层、遮光外层、内层抗菌磨砂层和外层抗菌磨砂层,所述窗帘内层和遮光外层缝合而成,内层抗菌磨砂层设于窗帘内层和遮光外层之间,外层抗菌磨砂层设于遮光外层远离窗帘内层的一侧,所述内层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶50-65份、茶树精油5-10份、蛇床子提取物1-3份、尤加利精油4-8份、艾草粉末2-6份、活性炭颗粒5-10份、竹炭颗粒5-10份、含磷阻燃剂6-9份、分散剂10-12份;所述外层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:PA银胶55-71份、纳米二氧化钛10-15份、含磷阻燃剂9-15份、分散剂10-15份。
进一步地,所述窗帘内层采用棉纤维、木棉纤维、玻璃纤维、海藻纤维混纺而成的50S混纺抗菌纱线作经纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元,混纺抗菌纱线的混纺比为棉纤维30-40%、木棉纤维15-30%、玻璃纤维10-30%、海藻纤维15-30%,所述窗帘内层的面料组织为3/1右斜纹组织。
进一步地,所述遮光外层采用玻璃纤维、纳米银纤维、涤纶纤维混纺而成的50S混纺遮光纱线作经纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元,混纺遮光纱线的混纺比为玻璃纤维30-40%、纳米银纤维20-30%、涤纶纤维20-50%,所述遮光外层的面料组织为2/2斜纹组织。
本发明还公开了一种抗菌窗帘的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)窗帘内层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75rh恒温恒湿条件下将30-40%的棉纤维、15-30%的木棉纤维、10-30%的玻璃纤维、15-30%的海藻纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺抗菌纱线,采用50S混纺抗菌纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照3/1右斜纹组织交织得窗帘内层坯布;
2)遮光外层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75rh恒温恒湿条件下将30-40%玻璃纤维、20-30%纳米银纤维、20-50%涤纶纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺遮光纱线,采用50S混纺遮光纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照2/2斜纹组织交织得遮光外层坯布;
3)裁剪:将窗帘内层坯布和遮光外层坯布按照相同规格进行裁剪得窗帘内层和遮光外层;
4)内层抗菌磨砂层制备:按重量称取50-65份聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶、5-10份茶树精油、1-3份蛇床子提取物、4-8份尤加利精油、2-6份艾草粉末、5-10份活性炭颗粒、5-10份竹炭颗粒、6-9份含磷阻燃剂、10-12份分散剂并混合搅拌均匀形成内层抗菌磨砂涂层浆料,采用刮刀将涂层浆涂覆在遮光外层一面上,于170-175℃烘燥5分钟,形成内层抗菌磨砂层;
5)外层抗菌磨砂层制备:按重量称取55-71份PA银胶、10-15份纳米二氧化钛、9-15份含磷阻燃剂、
10-15份分散剂并混合搅拌均匀形成外层抗菌磨砂层浆料,采用刮刀将涂层浆涂覆在遮光外层的另一面上,于170-175℃烘燥5分钟,形成外层抗菌磨砂层;
6)缝合:将遮光外层与窗帘内层对齐,并将内层抗菌磨砂层与窗帘内层贴合,沿遮光外层与窗帘内层将遮光外层与窗帘内层边沿将遮光外层与窗帘内层缝合在一起,即可得抗菌窗帘。
采用上述方案本发明取得有益效果如下:本发明一种抗菌窗帘及其制备方法,通过在窗帘与阳光接触一面设置外层抗菌磨砂层,即可有效遮光,同时外层抗菌磨砂层内纳米二氧化钛与阳光接触产生强烈催化降解功能,有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体,杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理;同时还可释放一定浓度的负氧离子,具备除臭、抗污、净化空气功能,内层抗菌磨砂层内含茶树精油、尤加利精油,可有效杀菌,艾草粉末与蛇床子提取物便于驱虫防螨,活性炭颗粒和竹炭颗粒可有效吸附异味,保持空气清新,同时内层抗菌磨砂层防风效果好,窗帘内层采用棉纤维、木棉纤维、玻璃纤维、海藻纤维混纺而成的混纺抗菌纱线作经纬纱,抗菌效果强,且透气性好,遮光外层采用玻璃纤维、纳米银纤维、涤纶纤维混纺而成的混纺遮光纱线作经纬纱,遮光性好且抗菌性强,垂度好。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1,本发明抗菌窗帘,包括窗帘内层、遮光外层、内层抗菌磨砂层和外层抗菌磨砂层,所述窗帘内层和遮光外层缝合而成,内层抗菌磨砂层设于窗帘内层和遮光外层之间,外层抗菌磨砂层设于遮光外层远离窗帘内层的一侧,所述内层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶50份、茶树精油5份、蛇床子提取物1份、尤加利精油4份、艾草粉末6份、活性炭颗粒10份、竹炭颗粒5份、含磷阻燃剂9份、分散剂10份;所述外层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:PA银胶55份、纳米二氧化钛15份、含磷阻燃剂15份、分散剂15份。
本发明抗菌窗帘的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)窗帘内层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75rh恒温恒湿条件下将30%的棉纤维、15%的木棉纤维、
30%的玻璃纤维、25%的海藻纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺抗菌纱线,采用50S混纺抗菌纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照3/1右斜纹组织交织得窗帘内层坯布;
2)遮光外层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75rh恒温恒湿条件下将30%玻璃纤维、20%纳米银纤维、
50%涤纶纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺遮光纱线,采用50S混纺遮光纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照2/2斜纹组织交织得遮光外层坯布;
3)裁剪:将窗帘内层坯布和遮光外层坯布按照相同规格进行裁剪得窗帘内层和遮光外层;
4)内层抗菌磨砂层制备:按重量称取50份聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶、5份茶树精油、1份蛇床子提取物、4份尤加利精油、6份艾草粉末、10份活性炭颗粒、5份竹炭颗粒、9份含磷阻燃剂、10份分散剂并混合搅拌均匀形成内层抗菌磨砂涂层浆料,采用刮刀将涂层浆涂覆在遮光外层一面上,
于170-175℃烘燥5分钟,形成内层抗菌磨砂层;
5)外层抗菌磨砂层制备:按重量称取55份PA银胶、15份纳米二氧化钛、15份含磷阻燃剂、15份分散剂并混合搅拌均匀形成外层抗菌磨砂层浆料,采用刮刀将涂层浆涂覆在遮光外层的另一面上,
于170-175℃烘燥5分钟,形成外层抗菌磨砂层;
6)缝合:将遮光外层与窗帘内层对齐,并将内层抗菌磨砂层与窗帘内层贴合,沿遮光外层与窗帘内层将遮光外层与窗帘内层边沿将遮光外层与窗帘内层缝合在一起,即可得抗菌窗帘。
实施例2,本发明抗菌窗帘,包括窗帘内层、遮光外层、内层抗菌磨砂层和外层抗菌磨砂层,所述窗帘内层和遮光外层缝合而成,内层抗菌磨砂层设于窗帘内层和遮光外层之间,外层抗菌磨砂层设于遮光外层远离窗帘内层的一侧,所述内层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶53份、茶树精油7份、蛇床子提取物2份、尤加利精油5份、艾草粉末5份、活性炭颗粒5份、竹炭颗粒5份、含磷阻燃剂7份、分散剂11份;所述外层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:PA银胶65份、纳米二氧化钛13份、含磷阻燃剂12份、分散剂10份。
本发明抗菌窗帘的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)窗帘内层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75rh恒温恒湿条件下将35%的棉纤维、25%的木棉纤维、
20%的玻璃纤维、20%的海藻纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺抗菌纱线,采用50S混纺抗菌纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照3/1右斜纹组织交织得窗帘内层坯布;
2)遮光外层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75rh恒温恒湿条件下将35%玻璃纤维、25%纳米银纤维、
40%涤纶纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺遮光纱线,采用50S混纺遮光纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照2/2斜纹组织交织得遮光外层坯布;
3)裁剪:将窗帘内层坯布和遮光外层坯布按照相同规格进行裁剪得窗帘内层和遮光外层;
4)内层抗菌磨砂层制备:按重量称取53份聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶、7份茶树精油、2份蛇床子提取物、5份尤加利精油、5份艾草粉末、5份活性炭颗粒、5份竹炭颗粒、7份含磷阻燃剂、11份分散剂并混合搅拌均匀形成内层抗菌磨砂涂层浆料,采用刮刀将涂层浆涂覆在遮光外层一面上,
于170-175℃烘燥5分钟,形成内层抗菌磨砂层;
5)外层抗菌磨砂层制备:按重量称取65份PA银胶、13份纳米二氧化钛、12份含磷阻燃剂、10份分散剂并混合搅拌均匀形成外层抗菌磨砂层浆料,采用刮刀将涂层浆涂覆在遮光外层的另一面上,
于170-175℃烘燥5分钟,形成外层抗菌磨砂层;
6)缝合:将遮光外层与窗帘内层对齐,并将内层抗菌磨砂层与窗帘内层贴合,沿遮光外层与窗帘内层将遮光外层与窗帘内层边沿将遮光外层与窗帘内层缝合在一起,即可得抗菌窗帘。
实施例3,本发明抗菌窗帘,包括窗帘内层、遮光外层、内层抗菌磨砂层和外层抗菌磨砂层,所述窗帘内层和遮光外层缝合而成,内层抗菌磨砂层设于窗帘内层和遮光外层之间,外层抗菌磨砂层设于遮光外层远离窗帘内层的一侧,所述内层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶65份、茶树精油10份、蛇床子提取物3份、尤加利精油8份、艾草粉末6份、活性炭颗粒10份、竹炭颗粒10份、含磷阻燃剂9份、分散剂12份;所述外层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:PA银胶71份、纳米二氧化钛15份、含磷阻燃剂15份、分散剂15份。
本发明抗菌窗帘的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)窗帘内层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75rh恒温恒湿条件下将40%的棉纤维、30%的木棉纤维、
15%的玻璃纤维、15%的海藻纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺抗菌纱线,采用50S混纺抗菌纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照3/1右斜纹组织交织得窗帘内层坯布;
2)遮光外层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75rh恒温恒湿条件下将40%玻璃纤维30%纳米银纤维、
30%涤纶纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺遮光纱线,采用50S混纺遮光纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照2/2斜纹组织交织得遮光外层坯布;
3)裁剪:将窗帘内层坯布和遮光外层坯布按照相同规格进行裁剪得窗帘内层和遮光外层;
4)内层抗菌磨砂层制备:按重量称取65份聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶、10份茶树精油、3份蛇床子提取物、8份尤加利精油、6份艾草粉末、10份活性炭颗粒、10份竹炭颗粒、9份含磷阻燃剂、12份分散剂并混合搅拌均匀形成内层抗菌磨砂涂层浆料,采用刮刀将涂层浆涂覆在遮光外层一面上,
于170-175℃烘燥5分钟,形成内层抗菌磨砂层;

1.一种抗菌窗帘,其特征在于,包括窗帘内层、遮光外层、内层抗菌磨砂层和外层抗菌磨砂层,所述窗帘内层和遮光外层缝合而成,内层抗菌磨砂层设于窗帘内层和遮光外层之间,外层抗菌磨砂层设于遮光外层远离窗帘内层的一侧,所述内层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶50-65份、茶树精油5-10份、蛇床子提取物1-3份、尤加利精油4-8份、艾草粉末2-6份、活性炭颗粒5-10份、竹炭颗粒5-10份、含磷阻燃剂6-9份、分散剂10-12份;所述外层抗菌磨砂层包括如下重量组分:PA银胶55-71份、纳米二氧化钛10-15份、含磷阻燃剂9-15份、分散剂10-15份;所述窗帘内层采用棉纤维、木棉纤维、玻璃纤维、海藻纤维混纺而成的50S混纺抗菌纱线作经纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元,混纺抗菌纱线的混纺比为棉纤维30-40%、木棉纤维15-30%、玻璃纤维10-30%、海藻纤维15-30%,所述窗帘内层的面料组织为3/1右斜纹组织;所述遮光外层采用玻璃纤维、纳米银纤维、涤纶纤维混纺而成的50S混纺遮光纱线作经纬纱在织机上依次交织成斜纹组织单元,混纺遮光纱线的混纺比为玻璃纤维30-40%、纳米银纤维20-30%、涤纶纤维20-50%,所述遮光外层的面料组织为2/2斜纹组织。
2.一种抗菌窗帘的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)窗帘内层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75%RH恒温恒湿条件下将30-40%的棉纤维、15-30%的木棉纤维、10-30%的玻璃纤维、15-30%的海藻纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺抗菌纱线,采用50S混纺抗菌纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照3/1右斜纹组织交织得窗帘内层坯布;
2)遮光外层制备:在温度25℃,相对湿度75rh恒温恒湿条件下将30-40%玻璃纤维、20-30%纳米银纤维、20-50%涤纶纤维混纺而成的细度为50S的混纺遮光纱线,采用50S混纺遮光纱线作经纬纱在织机上按照2/2斜纹组织交织得遮光外层坯布;
3)裁剪:将窗帘内层坯布和遮光外层坯布按照相同规格进行裁剪得窗帘内层和遮光外层;
4)内层抗菌磨砂层制备:按重量称取50-65份聚丙烯酸酯类织物涂层胶、5-10份茶树精油、1-3份蛇床子提取物、4-8份尤加利精油、2-6份艾草粉末、5-10份活性炭颗粒、5-10份竹炭颗粒、6-9份含磷阻燃剂、10-12份分散剂并混合搅拌均匀形成内层抗菌磨砂涂层浆料,采用刮刀将涂层浆涂覆在遮光外层一面上,于170-175℃烘燥5分钟,形成内层抗菌磨砂层;
5)外层抗菌磨砂层制备:按重量称取55-71份PA银胶、10-15份纳米二氧化钛、9-15份含磷阻燃剂、10-15份分散剂并混合搅拌均匀形成外层抗菌磨砂层浆料,采用刮刀将涂层浆涂覆在遮光外层的另一面上,于170-175℃烘燥5分钟,形成外层抗菌磨砂层;
6)缝合:将遮光外层与窗帘内层对齐,并将内层抗菌磨砂层与窗帘内层贴合,沿遮光外层与窗帘内层将遮光外层与窗帘内层边沿将遮光外层与窗帘内层缝合在一起,即可得抗菌窗帘。
